Claims (4)
- 被検者のある測定部位を圧迫する血圧測定用のカフと,
前記被検者の血流のある生体組織に光を照射して透過光又は反射光の光情報を検出するプローブと,
前記被検者の心音を電気信号に変換するマイクロフォンを備えたチェストピースと,
前記被検者の皮膚に接触して身体電位を検出する複数の電極と,
装置本体と,を備え,
前記装置本体は,
前記カフ内のカフ圧を加圧及び減圧することによって前記被検者の血圧を測定し,
前記プローブが検出した光情報に基づいて前記被検者の血中酸素飽和度及び脈拍の少なくともいずれか一方を測定し,
前記複数の電極が検出した身体電位に基づいて前記被検者の心電図を測定するものであり,
前記複数の電極の少なくとも一つは,前記カフに設けられ,
前記複数の電極の少なくとも一つは,前記プローブ内の前記被検者の皮膚に接触する部分に設けられ,
前記複数の電極の少なくとも一つは,前記チェストピースの前記被検者の皮膚に接触する部分に設けられており,
前記プローブと前記チェストピースは着脱自在に組み合わされている

請求項1に記載のバイタルサイン測定装置。 - 前記装置本体は,前記心電図から前記被検者の心臓の収縮期及び拡張期の両方又はいずれか一方の時間帯を抽出するとともに,前記マイクロフォンによって取得した心音信号から前記抽出した時間帯において心音中に心雑音が存在するかどうかを判定する
請求項1に記載のバイタルサイン測定装置。 - 前記装置本体は,前記心電図から前記被検者の心臓の収縮期及び拡張期の時間帯を区別するとともに,前記収縮期及び前記拡張期における被検者の血圧の差を求める
