Claims (11)
- 全体的にディスク形状であり、軸の周りで回転可能である、ベベルギア及びハイポイドギア用のギア切削工具のカッタヘッドであって、前記カッタヘッドが、
前記カッタヘッドの表面内に配置された複数の切削ブレード位置決め溝を備え、前記複数の切削ブレード位置決め溝のそれぞれが、前記カッタヘッドを通り、前記表面から前記カッタヘッドの対向表面まで延在し、
前記複数のブレード位置決め溝の第1の部分が、切削ブレードを収容するように配向され、それによって前記カッタヘッドは、右側切削するように作動可能であり、前記複数の切削ブレード位置溝の第2の部分が、切削ブレードを収容するように配向され、それにより、前記カッタヘッドは、左側切削するように作動可能であり、
前記ブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドが内側切削ブレードおよび外側切削ブレードと共に作動できるように配置されることを特徴とするギア切削工具のカッタヘッド。 - ブレード位置決め溝の前記第1の部分は、前記カッタヘッドの回転軸に対するフック角度を有して配向されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- ブレード位置決め溝の前記第2の部分は、前記カッタヘッドの回転軸に対するフック角度を有して配向されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドが正面フライス削りできるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドが正面ホブ切りできるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドが溝全幅切削ブレードと共に作動できるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドの周りで等しく離間されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 右側切削のためのブレード位置決め溝の数および左側切削のためのブレード位置決め溝の数は、等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 右側切削のためのブレード位置決め溝および左側切削のためのブレード位置決め溝は、前記カッタヘッドの周りに交互に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、4角または5角の断面形状を有する切削ブレードを収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
- 前記ブレード位置決め溝は、円形または半円形の断面形状を有する切削ブレードを収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカッタヘッド。
