Description
(1)有機廃棄物を再利用する。
(2)自然に近い状態で無臭化、製造されていて、糞の栄養分の減少を極力抑える
(3)有益菌(白神菌)も保持された固形物であり、固形物に触れている水は1年以上放置しても腐らない。
(4)硝酸態窒素の削減に効果がある。
(5)ココナッツ繊維等を用いて水と栄養分を吸収し、堆肥ボードに保持し、かつ水に影響されにくい。
(6)形状及び強度を保持できる構造と性質を持つ。
(7)単なる土に比べ軽量である。
(8)培地として軽量固形化、均一化されているため、流通しやすく、培地が鉢を兼用している為、病気対策を兼ねた養液土耕の鉢植え栽培に最適であり、硝酸態窒素の減少という効果もあり、工場生産型農業の植物工場の農業資材としてすぐれた特徴を示す。
(9)有機堆肥だけで固形化した手間いらずの機能と構造が緑化資材としての使用の可能性を広げるだけでなく、固形にするための材料の混合比率等を変えれば、植物育成を目的とするだけでなく、有機物を再利用した農業資材として使用の可能性もある。
以上のように、本発明による固形有機培地体、イチゴなど多段式の植物栽培に適したシステムを作る事に適した培地とも言える。図示実施例では、ビニール等に包んだ例を示したが、植物の種類によってはビニールに包まない場合もある。

Claims (6)
- 牛糞と木材チップとを混合してなる堆肥に無臭化作用を奏する菌を加えて生成した無臭の堆肥に、ココナッツ繊維等の繊維質とバインダーとを混合して有機培地素材と成し、この有機培地素材を所望形状に固形化し、堆肥内に繊維をはりめぐらせて多孔質繊維状の骨格を形成してなることを特徴とする、固形有機培地体。
- 牛糞に豚糞もしくは鶏糞を添加した家畜糞と木材チップとを混合してなる堆肥に無臭化作用を奏する菌を加えて生成した無臭の堆肥に、ココナッツ繊維等の繊維質とバインダーとを混合して有機培地素材と成し、この有機培地素材を所望形状に固形化し、堆肥内に繊維をはりめぐらせて多孔質繊維状の骨格を形成してなることを特徴とする、固形有機培地体。
