Description
図4A〜図4Cにそれぞれ断面図、上面図および斜視図として保持部分2を示す。この実施形態の保持部分2は、実質的に筒状の形状を有し、これは、操作スタッフが安全に把持できるように外面にテクスチャを付与された側面を有する。使用中、保持部分2は片手で保持され、たとえば親指を用いて操作部分4を押してもよい。保持部分2は、近端27から遠端28に向けて延在する内側ボアを含む。比較的大きい直径を有する第1のボア部分22は、近端部分27から延在し、第2のボア部分23は、遠端部分28から延在する。第2のボア部分23は、第1のボア部分22と比較してより小さい直径を有する。共通の長手方向軸に沿ってともに延在する第1のボア部分22と第2のボア部分23との間の移行部において、以下に説明する弾性部材6の一端のための遠位当接面として作用する肩部24が形成される。
Claims (14)
- 骨アンカー装置の受け部品(7)を骨アンカー要素(9)の頭部(91)上に配置するための装置(1)であって、
保持装置(2)と、
長手方向軸(Z)を有し、前記保持装置(2)により移動可能に保持され、かつ、管形状を有するコレット(3)とを備え、前記コレットは、前記長手方向軸(Z)に垂直な半径方向(R)に可撓性に拡大(E)および/または圧縮(C)されるように構成された遠端部分(31)を含み、
前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)の外側輪郭に、係合特徴部(34)が設けられ、前記係合特徴部(34)は、前記受け部品(7)のロッド受けチャネル(74)に形成されたU字状の内壁(79)の部分(77)に係合するように構成され、
前記受け部品(7)において前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)を選択的にロックおよび解放するように構成されたプランジャ(5)をさらに含み、前記係合特徴部(34)は、前記受け部品(7)に形成された前記内壁(79)の前記部分(77)に係合し、
前記プランジャー(5)は、ロッド形状を有し、少なくともその一部が前記コレット(3)を通って延在する、装置。 - 前記コレット(3)は、少なくとも、
前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)が、前記プランジャ(5)の一部により圧縮することが防止される第1のロック位置と、
前記遠端部分(31)が弾性的に圧縮(C)され得る第2の解放位置と、
の間でその長手方向軸(Z)に沿った方向に前記プランジャ(5)に対して移動可能となるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記プランジャ(5)は、前記保持装置(2)に固定的に結合された、請求項2に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、固定装置(21)を介して前記保持装置(2)に結合され、前記固定装置(21)は、前記コレット(3)に形成された横長のアパーチャ(38)を通って延在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 弾性部材(6)をさらに含み、前記弾性部材(6)は、前記第1のロック位置を確立するために、前記コレット(3)を近位方向に推進させるように、前記保持装置(2)と前記コレット(3)に設けられた近端部分(35)との間に結合された、請求項2または3に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)は、先端部分(52)を有し、前記先端部分(52)は、前記第1のロック位置において、前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)の圧縮(C)を防止するように、前記遠端部分(31)に入るように構成された、請求項5に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記プランジャ(5)の前記先端部分(52)は、テーパ状または円錐状部分(55)をさらに含み、前記テーパ状または円錐状部分(55)は、圧縮を防止するとともに、前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)をさらに拡大させるように構成された、請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 操作部分(4)をさらに含み、前記操作部分(4)は、前記コレット(3)に設けられた前記近端部分(35)に取外し可能に接続され、固定され、または一体的に形成され、前記操作部分(4)は、操作者が、前記コレット(3)を前記弾性部材(6)の推進力に対抗して前記保持部材(2)および前記プランジャ(5)に対して動かし、前記第2の解放位置を確立することができるように構成された、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記骨アンカー装置の前記受け部品(7)は、前記受け部品(7)の第1の端(72)から第2の端(73)に延在するボア(700)をさらに含み、前記ロッド受けチャネル(74)は、前記第1の端(72)から延在し、前記第2の端(72)において、前記骨アンカー要素(9)の頭部(91)のための収容空間を設ける座部(75)が形成され、内側キャップ(8)は、前記収容空間内に移動可能に配置され、前記内側キャップ(8)は、前記頭部(91)を弾性的に締付けるように構成された可撓性頭部受け部分(82)を含み、
前記弾性部材(6)は、前記プランジャ(5)が前記遠端部分(31)を解放する状態を達成するように、ある力により張力を掛けられるように構成され、前記力は、前記内側キャップ(8)の前記可撓性頭部受け部分(82)により作用される締付け力より小さい、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。 - 前記コレット(3)の前記遠端部分(31)は、2つ以上の可撓性舌部(311,312)を含み、前記可撓性舌部(311,312)は、前記長手方向軸(Z)に垂直な半径方向(R)に可撓性に拡大(E)および/または圧縮(C)されるように構成された、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の装置(1)。

前記受け部品(7)の第1の端(72)から第2の端(73)に延在し、かつ内壁(71)を含むボア(700)と、
前記第1の端(72)から延在し、かつ内壁(79)を含むロッド受けチャネル(74)と、
前記第2の端(73)に設けられ、かつ前記ボア(700)内に前記頭部(91)を導入することを可能にするように構成された前記ボア(700)の開口(701)と、
前記開口(701)に隣接して形成され、かつ、前記骨アンカー要素(9)の前記頭部(91)のための収容空間を設ける座部(75)とを備え、
前記ロッド受けチャネルの前記内壁(79)または前記ボア(700)の前記内壁(71)は、受け部品を骨アンカー要素の頭部上に配置するための前記装置の対応する係合特徴部(34)に係合するように構成された係合特徴部(77)を含む、システム。 - 前記受け部品(7)が、前記頭部(91)を弾性的に締付けるように構成された可撓性頭部受け部分(82)を含む内側キャップ(8)をさらに含み、前記内側キャップ(8)は、前記収容空間内に移動可能に配置された、請求項13に記載のシステム。
