Description
また、本発明は、金属ケースの内部空間を充分確保して内圧を低めることができる構造を有する電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を提供することを他の目的とする。
また、本発明は、内部ターミナルの外周端が金属ケースの内壁に密着して低抵抗特性を有する電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を提供することをさらに他の目的とする。
本発明による電気エネルギー貯蔵装置は、前記フランジ部の上端よりも前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部の上部縁端が高く位置し、前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部が前記フランジ部を加圧し得る。
Claims (7)
- 少なくとも一つ以上の電解質含浸用通孔が形成された板状のターミナル本体及びフランジ部からなる正極側の内部ターミナルを備えた電気エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、
前記ターミナル本体141の上面と前記フランジ部145のいずれか一面とがセル組立体90と接触することで前記正極側の内部ターミナル140と前記セル組立体とが結合し、
前記ターミナル本体141の下面がケース100の下端部の内面と接触し、
前記フランジ部145がターミナル固定用ビーディング部102によって加圧され、前記ケースの内部に正極側の内部ターミナル140が固定されることを特徴とする電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記フランジ部145が、前記ターミナル本体141の外周において上方へ延びるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記フランジ部145の一面が、前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部102によって加圧され、前記フランジ部145の他面が、セル組立体90によって支持されることで前記ケース100の内部に密着して固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記フランジ部145は、前記フランジ部145の上端よりも前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部102の上部縁端102bが高く位置し、前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部102が前記フランジ部を加圧することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 少なくとも一つ以上の電解質含浸用通孔が形成された板状のターミナル本体を有する正極側の内部ターミナルを備えた電気エネルギー貯蔵装置であって、
前記正極側の内部ターミナル140の前記ターミナル本体141の下面が、ケース100の下端部の内面と接触し、前記ターミナル本体141の上面角141aがターミナル固定用ビーディング部102によって加圧されて前記ケース100の内部に固定され、
前記ターミナル本体141が、前記ケース100の内部角によって押し上げられないよう、前記ターミナル本体141の下面角141bが面取り加工されたことを特徴とする電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記正極側の内部ターミナル140は、前記ターミナル固定用ビーディング部102の下部縁端102cと前記ケース100の下端部の内面との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ターミナル本体141が、ビーディング部の加工時、前記ターミナル本体141の上面角141aによって前記ケース100が破損することを防止するために、前記ターミナル本体141の上面角141aが面取り加工されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置。
