- 積層グレイジング(10)であって、
− グレイジング材料の第1及び第2のプライ(11、12)と、
− グレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)と第2のプライ(12)との間に配置された、導電性コーティング(61)を保持するキャリアフィルム(31)と、
− 前記導電性コーティング(61)と電気的に接触して配置された母線(41)と、を備え、
前記キャリアフィルム(31)の縁が、グレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)の縁から内方に離間される、積層グレイジング(10)において、
− 前記母線(41)及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)が、前記キャリアフィルム(31)を固定するのに好適であるアンカー部(51)を画定するように配置され、前記アンカー部(51)が、前記母線(41)の縁から外方に延びる前記キャリアフィルム(31)の領域を備え、
前記アンカー部(51)が、実質的に三角形の形状を有し、
前記母線(41)の前記縁及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁が共線状である共線状領域(38)をさらに備え、
前記共線状領域(38)と、前記母線(41)の前記縁及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁が分岐する領域との間に分岐点(39)をさらに備える、

- 前記アンカー部(51)により提供される力に少なくとも部分的に直交する力を提供するために配置された補助アンカー部(53)をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記母線(41)の前記縁と前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁との間の距離が、1mm〜30mmの範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記母線(41)の前記縁と前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁との間の前記距離が、10mm〜20mmの範囲である、請求項4に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記母線(41)が、打ち抜きにより予備形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記母線(41)が、50um〜150umの範囲の厚みを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記母線(41)が、1mm〜15mmの範囲の幅を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁とグレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)の前記縁との間の距離が、5mm〜20mmの範囲である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層グレイジング(10)。
- 積層グレイジング(10)を製造するための方法であって、
− グレイジング材料の第1のプライ(11)及び第2のプライ(12)を提供するステップと、
− グレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)と第2のプライ(12)との間に配置され、導電性コーティング(61)を保持するキャリアフィルム(31)を提供するステップと、
− 前記導電性コーティング(61)と電気的に接触して配置された母線(41)を提供するステップと、
− 前記キャリアフィルム(31)の縁を、グレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)の縁から内方に離間させるステップと、を含む、前記方法において、
− 前記母線(41)及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)が、前記キャリアフィルム(31)を固定するのに好適であるアンカー部(51)を画定するように配置され、前記アンカー部(51)が、前記母線(41)の縁から外方に延びる前記キャリアフィルム(31)の領域を備え、
前記アンカー部(51)が、実質的に三角形の形状を有し、
前記積層グレイジングは、前記母線(41)の前記縁及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁が共線状である共線状領域(38)をさらに備え、
前記積層グレイジングは、前記共線状領域(38)と、前記母線(41)の前記縁及び前記キャリアフィルム(31)の前記縁が分岐する領域との間に分岐点(39)をさらに備える、
ることを特徴とする、前記方法。 - − 結合用樹脂の第1のプライ(21)を用意し、それをグレイジング材料の前記第1のプライ(11)に貼り付けるステップと、
