特に、部品の表面の被膜率を評価することによって、プレス硬化部品上のリン酸塩結晶の分布を決定するために、リン酸塩処理性試験を使用する。
まず、一連の3つのサンプルを作成し、1、2および3とする。
別の一連のサンプルを作成し、4、5および6とする。
別の一連のサンプルを作成し、7、8および9とする。
プレス硬化された部品に堆積された電気泳動層の接着力を決定するために、この方法を使用する。
カッターを使用して塗装された部品に格子を作る。その後、部品から剥がれた塗料を肉眼で評価する。0は優良であること、即ち、塗料が剥がれなかったことを示し、5は非常に不良であること、即ち、塗料の65%超が剥がれたことを示す。結果を以下の表に示す。
最初に、塗装された部品を、50℃の温度で10日間密閉チャンバー内の脱塩水に浸漬する。次に、実施例2aに記載の格子を作成する。以下の結果が得られた。
腐食に対する耐性、特に塗装された部品の赤錆の存在を決定するために、この方法を使用する。
この方法を使用して、サンドイッチを形成するために結合された2つの鋼を分離するのに必要な力を決定する。これらの鋼を、未被覆または本発明に従って亜鉛が被覆されたUsibor(R) AluSi(R)鋼板から得る。
この方法を使用して、オーステナイト熱処理中に吸収される水素の量を決定する。
[実施例6a:溶接範囲]
この方法を使用して、サンプルに対する有効な溶接強度範囲、即ち、金属被膜からの金属の排出のような不都合もなくスポット溶接を行うことができる強度範囲を決定する。溶接範囲は、一般に、自動車製造業者の仕様書により1kAより大きいものとする。
この方法を使用し、スポット溶接の機械的特性を決定する。この目的のために、スポット溶接部に、それが破損するまで機械的応力を加える。
この方法を使用して、電極の耐用年数、即ち、電極があまりに劣化してスポット溶接の品質がもはや許容できなくなる前に、一対の電極を用いて行うことができるスポット溶接の回数を決定する。
Claims (21)
- 1.1μm以下の厚さを有する第2の亜鉛被膜をさらに含む、アルミニウム系被膜で被覆されたプレス硬化のための鋼板。
- 前記第2の亜鉛被膜の厚さが、1.0μm以下である請求項1に記載の鋼板。
- 前記第2の亜鉛被膜の厚さが、0.7μm以下である請求項2に記載の鋼板。
- アルミニウム系被膜は、3重量%までの鉄および9重量%から12重量%のケイ素を含み、残りはアルミニウムである請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- 鋼板が少なくとも片面に、5μmから50μmの間の厚さを有するアルミニウム系被膜で被覆されている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- アルミニウム系被膜が、前記第2の亜鉛被膜と直接接触している請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。
- アルミニウム系被膜の厚さと前記第2の亜鉛被膜の厚さとの和が、2μmから25μmの間である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の鋼板。

- 前記第2の亜鉛被膜が、セメンテーションまたは電気メッキによって堆積される場合、当該第2の亜鉛被膜はアルミニウム系被膜上に直接堆積される請求項10に記載の方法。
- セメンテーションによって堆積された前記第2の亜鉛被膜が浸漬または噴霧によって行われる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の亜鉛被覆が、真空下で音波ジェット蒸気によって堆積される場合、ステンレス鋼の薄層がアルミニウム系被膜と当該第2の亜鉛被膜との間に堆積される請求項11に記載の方法。
- A) 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のまたは請求項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されたプレス硬化のための鋼板を準備する工程、
B) 工程A)で得られた鋼板を切断してブランクを得る工程、次いで
C) ブランクを840℃から950℃の範囲の温度T1で加熱して、鋼板中に完全なオーステナイト構造を得る工程、
D) 次いでブランクをプレスに移す工程、
