本発明の実施の形態に係るケーシング(20)の周壁及び底壁(20a)には、逃がし孔や切欠、又は、隙間等が形成されない構成としているから、プラグ筒(23)にソケットを接続させる際に、開閉蓋(15a)を開放させても、床板(4)の下方の冷気が、ケーシング(20)を介して、化粧板(42) の窓部(43)から室内に流れ込む不都合がない。
なお、上記実施の形態では、床板埋設式のガス栓の取付構造について説明したが、壁板にでも同様に設置可能であることは言うまでもない。

Claims (5)

壁板又は床板に形成されたガス栓取付用孔内に落とし込んで固定されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの底壁を貫通した状態で固定されるガス栓本体と、
前記ケーシングの開放端から半径方向外側に張り出すと共に、前記ガス栓取付用孔周辺の壁板又は床板の表面に添設される鍔部と、
前記ガス栓取付用孔周辺の壁板又は床板の裏面に添設される添設板と、
前記鍔部及び添設板を貫通し且つ前記ケーシングの周壁側へ揺動可能な締付けネジとを有し、
前記締付けネジを締め付けることにより、前記鍔部と前記添設板とで、前記ガス栓取付用孔の周辺の壁板又は床板を表裏から挟圧する形式の埋設式ガス栓の取付構造において、
添設板の一辺から、添設板に対して直角方向にガイド板を延設させて断面略L字状の揺動金具が形成され、
締付けネジのネジ軸はケーシングの深さよりも長く設定され、
前記ネジ軸に、前記揺動金具を抜け止め状態に支持し且つ締付けネジの締め付けに伴って鍔部側へ移動可能なナット金具が螺合され、
前記ナット金具が締付けネジのネジ軸の先端近傍に位置するとき、ガイド板がケーシングの底壁の裏面に略平行に位置し且つ添設板が前記底壁の周縁より外側にてネジ軸の先端に向く挿入姿勢に保持されるように揺動金具を付勢する付勢手段が設けられ、
締付けネジが締付けられると、揺動金具は、ナット金具の移動に伴って、前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して90度回動し、ガイド板がケーシングの周壁に沿い且つ添設板が鍔部の裏側に略平行に位置する取付姿勢となる埋設式ガス栓の取付構造。
