Description
・主として係留索によるプラットフォームの安定化
緊張係留索は、海底に対してプラットフォームを固定し、実質的にプラットフォームを動かなくする。これによりプラットフォームが安定する。しかし、緊張係留索を用いたプラットフォームの安定化は、(1)運搬中に補助浮体システムを必要とする、(2)プラットフォームを位置決めし、プラットフォームを海底に固定する作業が複雑、(3)設置コストが極めて高い、という事実ゆえに不利である。
・主としてバラストによるプラットフォームの安定化
このプラットフォームは、水面上に表出する表面が少ないことが特徴である。これにより、プラットフォームに対する波の作用が抑えられて、プラットフォームの動きも抑えられる。プラットフォームが位置決めされると、浮体要素はほとんど水中に沈む。また、当該浮体要素は、重心位置を下げるために強力なバラストを備え、これによりプラットフォームが安定する。
・主として浮力によるプラットフォームの安定化
喫水を低下させるために、バラストの使用をできる限り控える必要がある。その場合、バージのようにメタセンターを重心よりも高い位置に保持するために、水面上に表出する表面をできるだけ大きくして安定化を図ることが一つの選択肢となる。さらに、波に誘発されるプラットフォームの動きをできる限り抑えることを目的として、波の周期から十分に離れた振動周期を有する、プラットフォームの構造、形状、配置、及び物理的特性を獲得するという点でさらなる課題がある。
Claims (9)
- 風力エネルギーを利用するための浮体式プラットフォームであって、少なくとも、
風力タービン(2)のための支持タワー(1)と、
同一の2つの浮体要素(3)と、
上記支持タワー(1)と上記2つの浮体要素(3)とを連結するバー構造体(5)と、
上記2つの浮体要素(3)に付帯し、かつ、当該2つの浮体要素(3)の直下に配される平らな安定化要素(4)と、を備え、
上記2つの浮体要素(3)はそれぞれ、鉄筋コンクリート製又はプレストレスト・コンクリート製であり、円筒形状であり、平行であり、端部が閉じられており、
上記安定化要素(4)は、2つの略矩形状の第1コンクリートスラブ(4a)を備え、
上記第1コンクリートスラブ(4a)は、堅固又は軽量なリブ構造であり、上記2つの浮体要素(3)の軸に対して垂直に配されており、補助バー構造体(7)を用いて当該2つの浮体要素(3)に連結していることを特徴とする浮体式プラットフォーム。 - 上記安定化要素(4)は、2つの略矩形状の第2コンクリートスラブ(4b)を備え、
上記第2コンクリートスラブ(4b)は、堅固又は軽量なリブ構造であり、上記2つの浮体要素(3)の外側において、当該2つの浮体要素(3)の軸に対して平行に配されており、上記補助バー構造体(7)を用いて上記2つの浮体要素(3)に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。 - 上記2つの浮体要素(3)はそれぞれ、卵型の断面を有し、凸形状により端部が閉じられており、横方向の仕切り又は隔壁によって、コンパートメント化され、かつ内部が補剛されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
- 上記バー構造体(5)及び上記支持タワー(1)は鉄筋コンクリート製又はプレストレスト・コンクリート製であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
- 上記バー構造体(5)及び上記支持タワー(1)は鋼鉄製であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
- 上記バー構造体(5)及び上記支持タワー(1)は、鋼鉄とコンクリートとの混合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
- ブイ(8)を組み込んでおり、
上記ブイ(8)は、海底上のアンカー手段、信号を電気的に送受信する回転手段、及び/又は、上記浮体式プラットフォーム自身の係留(12)を連結するスイベル・ジョイント(13)を備えた係留用回転手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。 - 海底への上記アンカー手段は、自身を海底に固定するための、対応する、アンカー(14)、コンクリートブロック、及び/又は杭を有する、少なくとも3つの係留索(9)を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
- 上記回転手段は、
上記ブイ(8)上又は上記浮体式プラットフォーム上に配されたスイベル・コネクタ(10)と、海底から延び、上記浮体式プラットフォームに達するケーブル(11)と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の浮体式プラットフォーム。
