−必要に応じて、好ましくはマイクロシリカ、および/または、発熱性および/または沈降性シリカの形態での、多くとも10質量%、特に多くとも5質量%の乾燥微粉砕されたシリカ(SiO2)、
−必要に応じて、多くとも10質量%、特に多くとも5質量%の少なくとも1つの酸化防止剤のような耐火性製品用の更なる添加物、
−それぞれ残り100質量%までの少なくとも1つの他の固形物、加えて、
−低アルカリ、好ましくは無アルカリのシリカゾルの形態での、乾燥固形物に換算して少なくとも2質量%の液状バインダー。
Claims (37)
- 重非鉄金属製錬システムを内張りするための耐火性バッチ用の乾燥物質混合物であって、
−少なくとも70質量%のフォルステライト成分を含有し、0.1mm超が100質量%に相当する粒子サイズを有する、30〜60質量%の粗粒状の粗オリビン物質と、
−1mm以下が100質量%に相当する粒子サイズを有し、90質量%超のMgO含有量を有する、粉末の形態での、35〜50質量%のマグネシアと、
−1mm以下が100質量%に相当する粒子サイズを有し、90質量%超のSiCの純度を有する、粉末の形態での、5〜20質量%のシリコンカーバイドと、
−0〜10質量%の乾燥粉砕されたシリカと、
−0〜10質量%の少なくとも1つの耐火性製品用の更なる添加物と、
−それぞれ残り100質量%までの少なくとも1つの他の固形物とを含有する乾燥物質混合物。 - 次の混合比で、以下の前記固形物を含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
粗オリビン物質:40〜50質量%
マグネシア :40〜45質量%
シリコンカーバイド :10〜15質量%
シリカ :0〜5質量%
耐火性添加物 :0〜5質量% - 前記乾燥物質混合物は、40〜60質量%の前記粗粒状の粗オリビン物質を含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥物質混合物は、前記粉末の形態での、40〜50質量%の前記マグネシアを含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥物質混合物は、前記粉末の形態での、10〜20質量%の前記シリコンカーバイドを含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥物質混合物は、0〜5質量%の前記乾燥粉砕されたシリカを含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥物質混合物は、0〜5質量%の前記更なる添加物を含有する請求項1に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記添加物は、酸化防止剤である請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥粉砕されたシリカは、マイクロシリカ、発熱性シリカまたは沈降性シリカの少なくとも一つの形態である請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記粗オリビン物質は、天然の粗オリビン物質または合成的に製造されたフォルステライト材料またはその混合物であり、前記粗オリビン物質の前記粒子サイズは、0.1〜6mmのサイズ範囲に存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記粗オリビン物質の前記粒子サイズは、0.1〜6mmに存在する請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記粗オリビン物質の前記粒子サイズは、1〜6mmに存在する請求項11に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記粗オリビン物質の前記粒子サイズは、ガウスの粒子サイズ分布を有する請求項11または12に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記マグネシアの粉末の粒子サイズ分布は、ガウスの粒子サイズ分布に一致することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記マグネシアの前記MgO含有量は、95質量%超である請求項14に記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記乾燥物質混合物は、銅精錬転炉を内張りするための耐火性バッチの使用に適している請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 前記シリコンカーバイド粉末は、94質量%超のSiCの純度を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物。
- 請求項1ないし17のいずれかに記載の乾燥物質混合物を含有する耐火性バッチであって、
当該バッチは、前記乾燥物質混合物に加えて、低アルカリのシリカゾルの形態での、乾燥固形物に換算して2〜10質量%の液状バインダーを含有することを特徴とするバッチ。 - 前記バッチは、前記乾燥物質混合物から、90質量%超で形成されている請求項18に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリカゾルは、アモルファス二酸化シリコン粒子の水コロイド分散液であり、15〜50質量%のSiO2濃度を有し、前記二酸化シリコン粒子の比表面積が100〜400m2/gに存在することを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載のバッチ。
- 前記シリカゾルは、前記乾燥固形物に換算して、3〜6質量%の割合で存在する請求項18ないし20のいずれかに記載のバッチ。
- 前記バッチは、少なくとも2つの容器のパッケージ内に分割されて提供され、乾燥固形物が一方の前記容器に収容され、前記シリカゾルが他方の前記容器に収容されることを特徴とする請求項18ないし21のいずれかに記載のバッチ。
- 前記バッチは、重非鉄金属製錬システムを内張りするための使用に適している請求項18ないし22のいずれかに記載のバッチ。
- 前記バッチは、銅精錬転炉を内張りするための使用に適している請求項23に記載のバッチ。
- 請求項18ないし24のいずれかに記載のバッチの使用であって、
前記バッチの成分は、水性化合物に混合された後、その混合物は、成形圧縮で成形レンガに圧縮され、その後、前記成形レンガは、乾燥されることを特徴とする使用。 - 前記成形レンガは、2質量%の最大残存水分含有量に乾燥される請求項25に記載の使用。
- 前記成形レンガは、2.6〜2.7kg/m3の見掛け密度を有する請求項25または26に記載の使用。
- 前記成形レンガは、25〜50MPaの圧縮強度を有する請求項27に記載の使用。
- 前記乾燥された成形レンガは、セラミック炉内で、酸化性雰囲気中セラミック様に焼成されることを特徴とする請求項25または26に記載の使用。
- 前記乾燥された成形レンガは、1000〜1300℃の温度で焼成される請求項29に記載の使用。
- 前記乾燥された成形レンガは、1150〜1250℃の温度で焼成される請求項30に記載の使用。
- 前記乾燥された成形レンガは、4〜8時間の焼成持続時間で焼成される請求項29ないし31のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記バッチの乾燥および乾燥された成分が、焼成時に、互いに全く反応しないか、あるいは僅かに反応するように、焼成条件が選択される請求項29ないし32のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記焼成されたレンガは、2.55〜2.65kg/m3の見掛け密度を有する請求項29ないし33のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記焼成されたレンガは、30〜55MPaの圧縮強度を有する請求項34に記載の使用。
- 前記焼成されたレンガは、40〜50MPaの圧縮強度を有する請求項35に記載の使用。
- 耐火性鋳造混合物または耐火性振動混合物を製造するための請求項18ないし24のいずれかに記載のバッチの使用であって、前記混合物の延性は、前記シリカゾルの水分がその目的のために十分でない場合、追加の水によって好適に調整される使用。
