Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両用空調装置100のシステム構成図である。
図6を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両用空調装置200について説明する。図6は、車両用空調装置200のコントローラ90が実行する着霜判定制御のフローチャートある。第2実施形態のフローチャートでは、着霜時間tfから着霜度合Fを推定し、着霜度合Fに基づいて着霜判定を実行する態様である点が、第1実施形態とは相違する。なお、以下の実施形態では、第1実施形態と同じ機能を果たす構成には同一の符号を用い、重複する記載を適宜省略して説明する。
図7を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態の車両用空調装置300について説明する。図7は、車両用空調装置300のコントローラ90が実行する着霜判定制御のフローチャートである。第3実施形態のフローチャートでは、推定した着霜度合Fから累積着霜度合Sを算出して着霜判定を実行する態様である点が、第1実施形態及び第2実施形態とは相違する。
ステップS408では、コントローラ90は、累積着霜度合Sが着霜閾値以上であるか否かを判定する。着霜閾値は、例えば1に設定される。コントローラ90は、累積着霜度合Sが1以上の場合にはステップS409の処理を実行し、累積着霜度合Sが1未満の場合にはS411の処理を実行する。

Claims (8)
- 内部を流れる冷媒と外気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器を備えるヒートポンプ式の車両用空調装置において、
前記室外熱交換器の出口側冷媒と外気との温度差を算出する温度差算出部と、
暖房時の前記温度差が前記室外熱交換器に着霜の発生し得る着霜温度差以上になっている状態の経過時間に基づいて、前記室外熱交換器に着霜が発生したと判定する着霜判定部と、
前記室外熱交換器の熱交換性に影響が生じ得る着霜が生じる着霜時間を推定する着霜時間推定部と、
を備え、
前記着霜時間推定部は、前記温度差に応じて前記着霜時間を推定することを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜時間推定部は、前記温度差に加えて、前記室外熱交換器を通過する外気の通過風速に応じて前記着霜時間を推定する、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜時間推定部は、前記温度差が大きいほど、前記着霜時間を短く推定し、
前記着霜判定部は、前記経過時間が前記着霜時間以上である場合に、前記室外熱交換器の熱交換性に影響が生じ得る着霜が発生したと判定する、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜時間推定部は、前記温度差が大きいほど、前記着霜時間を短く推定し、
前記着霜時間に対する前記経過時間の比率に基づいて、前記室外熱交換器に生じた着霜の着霜度合を推定する着霜度合推定部をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜判定部は、前記着霜度合が着霜閾値以上である場合に、前記室外熱交換器に着霜が発生したと判定する、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項4に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜度合推定部は、前記経過時間毎に、前記着霜時間に対する前記経過時間の比率に基づいて着霜度合を推定し、
前記着霜判定部は、
前記経過時間毎に推定される着霜度合を積算して積算値を算出し、
前記積算値が着霜閾値以上である場合に、前記室外熱交換器に着霜が発生したと判定する、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項6に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜判定部は、着霜がなくなる除霜条件が成立した場合に、前記経過時間毎に推定される着霜度合を積算した積算値をリセットする、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置であって、
前記着霜時間推定部は、前記通過風速が速いほど、前記着霜時間を短く推定する、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調装置。
