Description
Claims (10)
- 積層された構成で並んで配置され、正のセル端子および負のセル端子を有する複数の電池セル(102)と、
前記電池セルを横断して延び、前記電池セルに結合されたカバーアセンブリ(104)とを備え、前記カバーアセンブリは、ハウジング(110)と、前記ハウジングによって保持されており、前記電池セルの対応する正のセル端子および負のセル端子に係合して、隣接する電池セルを電気的に接続するバスバー(112)とを含み、前記カバーアセンブリは、前記電池セルに面している前記カバーアセンブリの取付け表面(156)に取り付けられ、前記取付け表面(156)に沿って延びる温度監視アセンブリ(158)をさらに含み、前記温度監視アセンブリは、電気ケーブル(160)と、前記電気ケーブルに取り付けられて電気的に接続された温度感知デバイス(162)と、前記温度感知デバイスを覆う熱伝導インターフェース部材(164)とを含み、前記熱伝導インターフェース部材は、前記電池セルの少なくとも1つに係合し、前記温度監視アセンブリは、前記熱伝導インターフェース部材が係合する前記少なくとも1つの電池セルの温度を監視する、
電池モジュール(100)。 - 前記温度監視アセンブリ(158)は、前記温度監視アセンブリ上の接着剤層(190)を介して前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記電気ケーブル(160)は平坦であり、対向する第1の面(176)および第2の面(178)を含み、前記温度感知デバイス(162)は、前記第1の面に取り付けられ、前記温度監視アセンブリ(158)は、前記電気ケーブルの前記第2の面に固定された付勢部材(166)をさらに含み、前記付勢部材は、前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)に係合し、前記付勢部材は、圧縮可能または撓み可能のうちの少なくとも1つであり、前記温度監視アセンブリの前記熱伝導インターフェース部材(164)を付勢して、前記熱伝導インターフェース部材が係合する前記少なくとも1つの電池セル(102)に持続的に係合させる、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記付勢部材(166)は、微孔性のプラスチック発泡材料から少なくとも部分的に形成されている、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記付勢部材(166)は圧縮可能なものであり、前記付勢部材は、前記電気ケーブル(160)と前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)との間で弾性変形する、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記電気ケーブル(160)は、前記電気ケーブルの幅にわたって並んで配置された少なくとも2つの電気導体(180)を有するフレキシブルフラットケーブルまたはフレキシブルプリント回路基板のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記熱伝導インターフェース部材(164)は、熱伝導性のエポキシ材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)と前記電池セル(102)の外面(200)との間にチャネル(198)が画定され、前記温度監視アセンブリ(158)は、前記チャネル内に配置され、前記電気ケーブル(160)は、取付け端部(161)から電気コネクタ(116)まで複数の電池セルを横断して延びている、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記温度監視アセンブリ(158)は、前記電池セル(102)にかかる電圧を監視するように前記バスバー(112)に電気的に接続された電圧監視電気ケーブル(168)に直接取り付けられ、前記電圧監視電気ケーブルは、前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)を画定している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
- 前記バスバー(112)は、端子部分(130)および基礎部分(128)を含み、前記端子部分は、前記電池セル(102)の前記対応する正のセル端子および負のセル端子に係合し、前記温度監視アセンブリ(158)は、前記バスバーのうちの1つの前記基礎部分に直接取り付けられ、前記バスバーの前記基礎部分は、前記カバーアセンブリ(104)の前記取付け表面(156)を画定している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(100)。
