Description
Claims (3)
- 内側及び外側が据え込み加工されたパイプ端部を有する非開削水平方向掘削ドリルパイプ部分を鍛造パイプとして形成する形成方法であって、

前記外側テーパ面を移動させて内側テーパ面を有する内側据え込み部を形成するために、内側据え込み金型を使用して前記外側据え込み部をプレスするステップ、および
最終部品を製造するために、内側据え込み金型を使用して前記据え込み部を内側に据え込み鍛造するステップを含み、
前記プレスするステップは、据え込み外径および据え込み内径を有するパイプ端部を形成するために、油圧鍛造プレスを使用して油圧を加えることによって行われ、前記据え込み内径の一部は、内側ねじ穴を形成するために実質的にねじ切りされ、前記内側ねじ穴の領域の前記内径に対する前記外径の比率が約3.5以上であるとともに、
