Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In recent years, it is said to be a “rice field dam” that prevents flood damage such as river flooding by temporarily storing rainwater that has fallen on paddy fields and draining it gradually into public drainage channels over time. The system is spreading mainly in Niigata Prefecture. In the rice field dam, in general, each of the drainage outlets of the drainage basins provided in each paddy field is individually installed with a falling water amount adjustment plate (orifice plate) with a hole smaller in diameter than the drainage port. The amount of drainage into the drainage channel is suppressed.
For example,
In the individual type rice field dam as described above, if the falling water amount adjusting plate is left installed in the drainage basin, there is a risk of hindering normal drainage. For this reason, the falling water amount adjusting plate is generally installed only when there is a lot of rainfall, and is not installed during other normal drainage. However, it takes time and effort to individually attach and detach the falling water amount adjusting plate in each paddy field according to the rainfall.
Therefore, a connected-type rice field dam system has been proposed as a next-generation type rice field dam. In this rice field dam system, a plurality of paddy fields are defined as one paddy field, and the amount of drainage from the plurality of paddy fields included in the paddy field is collectively regulated.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, in the connected type rice
In the connection type rice field dam system, individual drainage pipes provided in each paddy field are connected by a collective drainage pipe. For this reason, when it is applied to a paddy field including multiple paddy fields with different field heights, if the amount of rainfall is greater than the amount of drainage from the collective drainage pipe, There is a risk that damage such as the breakage of the shore will flow into the lower paddy field (backward paddy field) and concentrate on the lower paddy field. For this reason, in the conventional connected-type rice field dam system, maintenance work is performed in advance so as to equalize the surface height of each paddy field so that rainwater is substantially evenly stored in each paddy field. However, since such maintenance work is costly, a rice field dam system that can be directly applied to a paddy field area including a plurality of paddy fields with different surface heights is desired.
Here, in order to prevent the backflow of the drainage to a paddy field without performing the maintenance work which makes a field surface level, it is possible to provide the backflow prevention apparatus with respect to an individual drainage pipe. At this time, the backflow prevention device needs to be configured so as not to hinder the drainage from the paddy field during normal times.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a novel backflow prevention device and a rice field dam system.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a backflow prevention device and a rice field dam system capable of ensuring normal drainage performance and appropriately preventing backflow of drainage when the drainage flows back.
1st invention is a backflow prevention apparatus which prevents the backflow of waste_water | drain, Comprising: On the downstream side rather than the 1st branch port and 1st branch port which are formed in the vertical tubular main pipe part and the side wall of a main pipe part A valve box having a bypass pipe part connecting the formed second branch port, a float valve body provided in the valve box and moving according to the water level in the valve box, upstream of the first branch port In the main pipe section, it is provided in a valve seat having a water passage opening and closing by a float valve body, and in a pipe line between the first branch port and the second branch port, and holds the float valve body during normal drainage It is a backflow prevention apparatus provided with the base which performs.
In the first invention, the backflow prevention device includes a valve box having a main pipe portion and a bypass pipe portion, and is used in, for example, a rice field dam system to prevent backflow of drainage. The main pipe portion of the valve box is formed in a vertical tubular shape, and a first branch port and a second branch port are formed on the side wall of the main pipe portion, for example, so as to be arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction. And a bypass pipe part is provided so that a 1st branch port and a 2nd branch port may be connected. In addition, a float valve body that moves according to the water level is provided in the valve box, and a valve seat having a water flow opening and closing port that is opened and closed by the float valve body is provided in the main pipe portion. Further, the valve box is provided with a pedestal that holds the float valve body during normal drainage in a pipe line between the first branch port and the second branch port. That is, at the time of normal drainage, the float valve body is accommodated in the main pipe part or the bypass pipe part between the first branch port and the second branch port. And if the water level in a valve box goes up, the water flow port of a valve seat will be closed by a float valve body, and the backflow of waste_water | drain is prevented.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the mechanism that opens and closes the water flow port using the float valve element is employed, the backflow of the waste water can be appropriately prevented without requiring power. Moreover, since the valve box has two drainage paths, the main pipe part and the bypass pipe part, the drainage performance during normal drainage is appropriately ensured. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately secure the drainage performance at the normal time and appropriately prevent the backflow of the drainage when the drainage flows backward.
The second invention is dependent on the first invention, the pedestal is provided in the main pipe part, and the float valve body is accommodated in the main pipe part during normal drainage.
In the second invention, the float valve body is accommodated in the main pipe portion during normal drainage. Thereby, since the float valve body is washed by the waste water every time there is waste water, mud or the like does not accumulate, and a clean state is maintained. Moreover, it becomes easy to visually confirm the state of a float valve body by accommodating a float valve body in a main pipe part.
A third invention is dependent on the first invention, and the pedestal is provided in the bypass pipe portion, and the float valve body is accommodated in the bypass pipe portion during normal drainage.
In 3rd invention, a float valve body is accommodated in a bypass pipe part at the time of normal drainage. As a result, during normal drainage, drainage can be performed without being affected by the float valve element, so that normal drainage performance can be ensured appropriately.
A fourth invention is a rice field dam system that is applied to a paddy field area including a plurality of paddy fields having different surface heights and prevents the occurrence of flood damage by suppressing the amount of drainage from the paddy field area to a public drainage channel. A plurality of individual drain pipes provided in each of the rice fields, a collective drain pipe provided so as to straddle the plurality of paddy fields, and connecting a downstream end of the plurality of individual drain pipes and a public drainage channel, downstream of the collective drain pipe A drainage amount adjusting unit provided at the side end, and a backflow prevention device provided at least for a separate drainage pipe provided in a paddy field having a low paddy surface height, the backflow prevention device is a vertical tube connected to the individual drainage pipe A valve box and a valve having a main pipe part and a bypass pipe part connecting the first branch port formed on the side wall of the main pipe part and the second branch port formed on the downstream side of the first branch port The water in the valve box is provided in the box. A float valve body that moves according to the valve seat, a valve seat that is provided in the main pipe portion upstream of the first branch port and has a water passage opening and closing by the float valve body, and a first branch port and a second branch port It is a rice field dam system provided with a pedestal that is provided in a pipeline between the two and holds a float valve body during normal drainage.
In 4th invention, a rice field dam system is a connection type rice field dam system provided with a several separate drainage pipe and a collective drainage pipe, Comprising: It applies to the paddy field area containing the several rice field from which field height differs. And when there is a lot of rainfall, the amount of drainage from a plurality of paddy fields included in the paddy field area is regulated by using a drainage amount adjustment unit provided at the downstream end of the collective drainage pipe. Prevent water damage. In this 4th invention, a backflow prevention apparatus is provided with respect to the individual drainpipe with which the paddy field (paddy field of a low rank part) with a low paddy field height is provided at least. This backflow prevention device includes a valve box having a main pipe part connected to an individual drain pipe and a bypass pipe part. The main pipe portion of the valve box is formed in a vertical tubular shape, and a first branch port and a second branch port are formed on the side wall of the main pipe portion, for example, so as to be arranged at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction. And a bypass pipe part is provided so that this 1st branch port and the 2nd branch port may be connected. And if the water level in a valve box rises, the reverse flow of the waste_water | drain to a paddy field will be prevented by closing the water flow opening of a valve seat with a float valve body.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the backflow prevention device is provided for the individual drainage pipes of the lower paddy fields, even if the amount of rainfall is greater than the drainage amount from the collective drainage pipes, Thus, the drainage is prevented from flowing back, and rainwater is stored approximately evenly in each paddy field. Therefore, even if it is applied to a paddy field including a plurality of paddy fields with different field heights, it is possible to prevent damage from being concentrated on the lower paddy fields.
Moreover, since the mechanism for opening and closing the water flow port using the float valve element is employed in the backflow prevention device, it is possible to appropriately prevent the backflow of drainage without requiring power. In addition, since the valve box of the backflow prevention device has two drainage paths of the main pipe part and the bypass pipe part, drainage performance during normal drainage is appropriately ensured. Therefore, it is possible to appropriately secure the drainage performance at the normal time and appropriately prevent the backflow of the drainage when the drainage flows backward.

The above object, other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of embodiments with reference to the drawings.

The rice
Hereinafter, the configuration of the rice
The
The
The
A drainage
In this embodiment, the amount of drainage is adjusted in three stages shown in FIG. 4 by moving the
When such a rice
Therefore, in the rice
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Specifically, the
Further, a short cylindrical

Further, a
Furthermore, a
Specifically, the
Further, a
And the
In the rice
At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Further, when a relatively large amount of waste water flows into the
On the other hand, when there is a lot of rain (during heavy rain) or when there is a possibility that the amount of rainfall will increase, the manager of the rice
When the amount of rain falling in the
In the state where the
In addition, when drainage to the
As described above, in the rice
Therefore, the rice
Further, if the water level of the
Furthermore, since the
Next, another embodiment of the
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The
Further, a
In this embodiment, a
A
In such a
On the other hand, when the drainage flows back to the
As described above, in the
In each of the above-described embodiments, the
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
In each of the above-described embodiments, the tapered
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
Furthermore, in each above-mentioned Example, although the
It should be noted that the specific numerical values such as the dimensions mentioned above are merely examples, and can be appropriately changed according to the needs of product specifications and the like.
