Description
The present invention relates to a surface-mounted solar power generation apparatus that generates power by installing it in a place covered with water, such as a pond, a reservoir, a fish pond, a lake, a sea, and the like, and more specifically, simple installation is possible. The present invention relates to a surface-mounted photovoltaic power generation apparatus and a floating body mooring apparatus that can prevent the installation state of a surface-mounted photovoltaic power generation apparatus as a floating body from being damaged by wind and waves.
The surface-installed solar power generation apparatus includes a solar cell panel and a power generation float that floats on the water surface. The above-described photovoltaic power generation apparatus for installation on water in
In this connection structure, when the connection rings allow the power generation floats to swing with each other and the power generation floats try to leave each other, the connection rings are prevented from being pulled apart beyond a certain level, and conversely, the power generation floats are The connecting rings to be approached are elastically brought into contact with the opposing power generation floats to prevent the power generation floats from approaching each other.
Each of the plurality of power generation floats moves relatively freely and prevents separation or approach beyond a certain level. This makes it possible to follow the waves caused by strong winds and improve durability.
In addition, the above-described photovoltaic power generation apparatus for installation on water includes a cable extending in a grid pattern along the power generation float group below the power generation float in order to supplement the action of the connection structure as described above. Is moored by mooring means. The mooring means includes a fixing cable connected to the cable and an anchor connected to the end of the fixing cable. The anchor is fixed to the bottom of the water, and holds the grid-shaped cable in a grid pattern in cooperation with the fixing cable.
In order to achieve the intended purpose of the grid-shaped cable, the anchor needs to be firmly fixed so as not to move.
In order to fix the anchor firmly, a large-scale construction is required such as driving the anchor deep into the bottom of the water or constructing the anchor structure on the bottom of the water. For this reason, it was not easy to install a photovoltaic power generator for water installation. In addition, considering the removal work of the photovoltaic power generation apparatus for installation on the water and the subsequent work, it is desirable that the apparatus can be installed with as simple a configuration as possible.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to make it easy to prevent the installation state of the floating body from being damaged by the influence of wind and waves.
A means for that is a surface-mounted solar power generation device having a solar cell panel and a power generation float that floats on the water surface, and a rope extending from the surface-mounted solar power generation device is connected and placed on the bottom of the water. A movable body that can be moved along the movable body, and a holding body that is fixed to the water bottom in a state in which the movable body is held while allowing the movement, and a portion of the movable body that is held by the holding body. A bite portion extending obliquely below the bottom surface of the movable body is formed in the portion on the rope side , and the bite portion is moored by an anchor directed forward in the moving direction of the movable body. It is an installed solar power generation device.
Another means is a floating body mooring device comprising a rope extending from a floating body floating on the water surface, and an anchor that is connected to the rope and installed at the bottom of the water, wherein the anchor is connected to the rope and is connected to the water. comprising a are placed on the bottom moving capable mobile along the water bottom, the holding member is fixed to the bottom of water while holding while allowing the movement of the moving body, the holding member in the moving body A biting portion extending obliquely downward from the bottom surface of the moving body is formed in a portion on the rope side with respect to the portion held by the wire , and the biting portion is directed forward in the moving direction of the moving body. It is a floating mooring device.
When there is mud at the bottom of the water, the anchor is installed to be flat to some extent by removing mud.
In the above-described configuration, when the rope is pulled by the installation of a floating solar power generation device or a floating body, the moving body moves while being held on the bottom of the water by the holding body, and with this movement, the biting toward the front in the moving direction is performed. The part bites into the bottom of the water, so that the position of the movable body can be fixed firmly with respect to the bottom of the water. The mooring using such an anchor maintains the installation state of the floating solar power generation apparatus or floating body.
According to this invention, when the moving body held movably by the holding body is pulled and moved by the rope, the moving body bites into the bottom of the water, so that a firm fixed state with respect to the bottom of the water is obtained. In addition, the holding body movably holds the moving body, and the moving body itself bites into the bottom of the water and is fixed. Therefore, the holding body is simpler than the case where the member that directly receives the tensile force is fixed to the bottom of the water. The necessary holding force can be obtained by fixing. For this reason, the holding body can be fixed to the bottom of the water with a small and simple device such as a screw anchor, and a water-mounted solar power generation device or a floating body can be easily installed. In addition, installation is easy because there is no need to modify the bottom of the water on a large scale.
An embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The present invention relates to a surface-mounted solar power generation device and a floating-body mooring device for mooring a floating body such as this surface-mounted solar power generation device. The description of the mooring device used in the above will be replaced with that description.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an installation state of a water-mounted solar power generation device 11 (hereinafter referred to as “water power generation device”), FIG. 2 is a partial enlarged view of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a side view thereof. As shown in these figures, the
First, the main body of the
<Body part of water power generator>
The main body portion of the
The
As the foamed
On the upper surface of the float
The
Since the
FIG. 8 is a plan view of the
Weather resistance against ultraviolet rays is also required for the side surface portion of the
The panel mount 17 is fixed to the upper surface of the
The
In addition to the
FIG. 12 is a side view of the
Specifically, the
The inclination angle of the receiving
Since the
Although the
The
<Connecting device>
A plurality of power generation floats 11a are connected as described above to form a main body portion of the surface
FIG. 16 is a plan view showing a part of a gap portion of four power generation floats 11a arranged in a grid shape in the vertical and horizontal directions, and FIG. 17 is a plan view showing a connecting
As shown in these drawings, two
As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, the connecting device 51 (A portion in FIG. 17) fixed to the
The connecting
The fixing
In the
As shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the connecting device 51 (B portion in FIG. 17) fixed to the
Since the structure of the connecting
The fixing bracket is not provided separately as shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, and the
By the connection by the connecting
The plurality of power generation floats 11a are connected according to the shape of the installation location. The connection is performed by arranging the power generation floats 11a vertically and horizontally, but as shown in FIG. 1, the power generation floats 11a are arranged in an appropriate shape, not limited to a square shape, according to the shape of the installation water surface, the daily conditions, the desired power generation amount, and the like. Since the connecting
<Mooring device>
Next, the
As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the mooring device 61 includes a
For the
As shown in FIG. 22, the
Specifically, the moving
The aforementioned biting
The inclination angle of the biting
The holding
That is, the holding
The
The position of the
Such an
A plurality of power generation floats 11a are connected as described above to constitute the main body of the floating
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In mooring, when the power generation floats 11 a are arranged in the same manner in a plurality of rows as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is preferable that they are collectively moored to one
In order to moor a plurality of power generation floats 11a collectively, the ropes 62 (62a) fixed to both corners of each
The
When mooring using the
Since the holding
The
As described above, the
<Oscillating resistor>
When the main body of the
The
The
If such a
<Rack float>
Next, the
As described above, the main body of the floating
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
As shown in FIG. 26, the
The
As the
The

For example, as described above, two connecting devices may be provided on each side of the power generation float, or three or more connecting devices may be provided.
Also, the anchor moving body is not limited to one that moves in a straight direction, and may move in other directions. The biting portion has a plurality of ones facing the same direction or a plurality of ones facing different directions. You can also.
