Description
Claims (10)
- ポンプ室(11)を取り囲み、ポンプロータ(16)を回転可能に支持するハウジング機構(9)を備え、前記ポンプロータ(16)が、軸受部(35)と中空部(36)とを有したロータ本体(22)を備える車両用機械式真空ポンプ(10)であって、
前記ロータ本体(22)は、
径方向に移動可能なポンプベーン(18)を支持するベーンスリット(19)を、前記中空部(36)に備えると共に、
前記ハウジング機構(9)の円筒状の軸受面(37)と共に摩擦軸受(38)を構成する円柱状の軸受面(39)を、前記軸受部(35)に備え、
前記ロータ本体(22)の前記軸受部(35)は、潤滑用環状溝(60)を備え、
前記ハウジング機構(9)の前記軸受面(37)には、前記潤滑用環状溝(60)が延在する横断平面上にあって前記潤滑用環状溝(60)に対向する潤滑用流入口(66)が設けられ、
前記潤滑用流入口(66)は、前記車両用機械式真空ポンプ(10)の前記ハウジング機構(9)に設けられた潤滑剤ポンプ接続部(70)に直接的に接続され、
前記潤滑用環状溝(60)は、前記潤滑用環状溝(60)と前記ベーンスリット(19)とを流体的に接続する連通路(62)により、前記ベーンスリット(19)に流体的に接続され、
前記連通路(62)は、前記ロータ本体(22)に設けられて前記ベーンスリット(19)に直接接続して形成された、軸線方向に沿う連通溝である
ことを特徴とする車両用機械式真空ポンプ。 - 前記潤滑用環状溝(60)は、前記摩擦軸受(38)の前記ポンプ室(11)の側にある軸線方向一端に対し、前記摩擦軸受(38)の軸線方向他端よりも軸線方向で近接して位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記中空部(36)における前記ロータ本体(22)の径(dR)は、前記軸受部(35)における前記ロータ本体(22)の径(dB)と同一であり、前記ロータ本体(22)の外周面が、前記ロータ本体(22)の全長にわたり、段のない円柱を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ本体(22)は、樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプロータ(16)の軸線方向一端部が径方向で支持される一方、前記ポンプロータ(16)の軸線方向他端部が径方向で支持されないように、単一の前記摩擦軸受(38)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ベーンスリット(19)は、前記ポンプベーン(18)の軸線方向一端面が、前記ハウジング機構(9)に軸線方向で直に接するように、軸線方向一端が軸線方向に開口することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ベーンスリット(19)は、前記ポンプベーン(18)の前記軸線方向一端面が、前記ハウジング機構(9)のカバーリッド(14)に軸線方向で直に接するように、軸線方向一端が軸線方向に開口することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ本体(22)は、前記ハウジング機構(9)の軸線方向環状軸受面(41)によって、軸線方向で支持される軸線方向環状軸受面(42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ベーンスリット(19)は、樹脂製の前記ロータ本体(22)に挿入された金属製の別体のスリット部材(20)によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
- 前記ロータ本体(22)の前記軸受部(35)は、前記ポンプロータ(16)を駆動手段に機械的に連結可能とする機械的連結機構(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の車両用機械式真空ポンプ。
