Description
本発明によれば、空気ダクトは、空気冷却器ハウジング内に突出し、給気冷却器に取り付けられるように構成されている。空気冷却器ハウジング内に突出する空気ダクトのために、給気冷却器は、空気冷却器ハウジングの内面に対して密閉する必要はない。
空気冷却器ハウジング2内にある第1接触面5の機械加工は複雑で時間がかかる。十分な表面品質および適切な公差を達成することは困難であり、したがって給気冷却器1と空気冷却器ハウジング2との間の接続は空気漏れを起こしやすい。
図2は、本発明の一実施形態による給気冷却器装置を示す。給気冷却器装置は、図1の給気冷却装器置と同様に大型ピストンエンジンに用いられる。図1の従来技術の給気冷却器構成と同様に、図2の給気冷却器装置は、給気冷却器1と、空気冷却器ハウジング2と、空気ダクト3とを備えている。空気ダクト3は、過給機からの空気を空気冷却器ハウジング2および空気冷却器1に導入するように構成されている。空気ダクト3は図3により詳細に示されている。空気冷却器ハウジング2は、空気流が流れることができる液密空間を形成する。エンジンの吸気システムは、1つの給気冷却器1または2つ以上の給気冷却器1のみを備えることができる。吸気システムが2つ以上の給気冷却器1を含む場合、1つ以上の給気冷却器1は、別の給気冷却器1から加圧された吸気空気を受け、過給器から直接受け取ることはない。エンジンは、直列に配置された2つ以上のターボチャージャを備えることができ、その場合、1つ以上のチャージエアクーラ1をターボチャージステージの間に配置することができ、1つ以上のチャージエアクーラ1を、全てのターボチャージャーの下流川に配置することができる。各空気冷却器ハウジング2は、1つの給気冷却器1を収容する。図2の給気冷却器装置は、エンジンの給気冷却器装置のいずれかにすることができる。他の給気冷却器装置の構成は、図2に示す装置と同様にすることができる。エンジンの吸気は給気冷却器1を通って流れ、吸気からの熱は冷却水回路を流れる冷却水に吸熱される。したがって、給気冷却器1は、空気から水に熱を伝達するガス − 液体熱交換器である。冷却液は、水以外の液体であってもよい。エンジンが2つの給気冷却器1を備える場合、高温冷却水は第1の給気冷却器(高温給気冷却器)で吸入空気の方向で使用され、低温冷却水は第2の給気冷却器(低温給気冷却器)で使用される。
Claims (3)
- ピストンエンジン用の給気冷却器装置であって、
−空気冷却器ハウジング、
−前記空気冷却器ハウジングの内部に配置された給気冷却器と、
−前記給気冷却器に給気を導入するための空気ダクトであって、前記空気ダクトは、前記空気冷却器ハウジング内に突出するように構成され、前記給気冷却器に取り付けられる、空気ダクトを有し、
−前記空気ダクトは、前記空気冷却器ハウジングの外面に対向して配置されたフランジを備え、
−前記空気ダクトは、前記空気冷却器ハウジング内に突出する突出部を備え、
−前記突出部は、前記突出部の端面であり、前記給気冷却器の接触面に対向して配置される接触面を備え、
−前記給気冷却器の接触面と前記突出部の接触面との間にシールが配置され、
−前記空気ダクトは、前記突出部の貫通孔を貫通するとともに前記給気冷却器のねじ付き穴にねじ込まれるボルトにより、前記給気冷却器に固定されている、
給気冷却器装置。 - シールが前記フランジと前記空気冷却器ハウジングの外表面との間に設けられている、請求項1に記載の給気冷却器装置。
- 前記空気ダクトは、前記空気冷却器ハウジングに固定されている、請求項1又は2に記載の給気冷却器装置。
