Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an exhaust heat power generation system.
Conventionally, large-scale combustion facilities are operating in public or semi-public facilities in order to supply electric power necessary for our lives and to process waste.
For example, in a thermal power plant, fossil fuels such as coal and gas are burned to generate enormous heat, steam is generated and a turbine is rotated to obtain electric power.
Moreover, in the waste incineration plant, the volume of waste is reduced mainly by burning combustible waste, but a huge amount of heat is generated as a result.
The heat generated by such combustion equipment is eventually released into the atmosphere as exhaust gas, but this exhaust gas still has a lot of thermal energy and can be used. It is.
。 So far, a system for generating power by utilizing the thermal energy (exhaust heat) of exhaust gas such as these has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, although the conventional exhaust heat power generation system can generate heat by obtaining heat from the exhaust gas, if the exhaust gas contains air pollutants such as dioxins, particulate matter, nitrogen oxides (NOx), There was no focus on the reduction of these substances.
That is, in the conventional exhaust heat power generation system, in order to remove air pollutants in the exhaust gas, it is necessary to provide a removal device for these harmful substances separately from the power generation system.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can efficiently generate power from exhaust gas generated by combustion, and can effectively reduce harmful substances in the exhaust gas. In the method for manufacturing an exhaust heat power generation system according to the present invention, the exhaust gas exhaust system has an inflow port for flowing in exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber, and an outflow port for flowing out exhaust gas that has flowed in. A gas storage chamber formed to be able to stay in the heat storage layer, a heat storage layer formed around the gas storage chamber that stores the heat of the exhaust gas staying in the gas storage chamber, and a heat storage layer provided around the heat storage layer. And a steam generation chamber for generating steam for driving the turbine by the generated heat, and the power generation steam generation unit has an upward slope toward the lower side in the exhaust gas discharge direction. since built with a plurality disposed state, it is possible to perform efficiently power from the exhaust gases produced by the combustion, moreover, the manufacturing method of the exhaust heat power generation system that can effectively reduce the harmful substances in the exhaust gas It can be provided.
In addition, the heat storage layer pulverizes massive artificial ore obtained by adding iron, aluminum and calcium after the silicon compound is melted, then cooling, and then cooling again after melting again at a high temperature. If it is an ore fired body formed by mixing the artificial ore powder and the silicon carbide powder, press-molded and then fired, the function of the heat storage layer can be dramatically improved.
Further, if the exhaust gas is a gas generated by burning fossil fuel or garbage in the combustion chamber, for example, it is efficient from high-temperature exhaust gas generated by combustion in a thermal power plant or a garbage incinerator. It is possible to generate electric power and to prevent air pollution caused by exhaust gas as much as possible.
In addition, if the fossil fuel is coal or natural gas, for example, while generating highly efficient power at a thermal power plant or the like, the waste heat power generation system is secondary but relatively large scale power generation. In addition, air pollution caused by exhaust gas can be prevented as much as possible.
In addition, a plurality of power generation steam generation units arranged in the exhaust gas vent pipe connect between the outlet provided in one power generation steam generation unit and the inlet provided in the other power generation steam generation unit. If the exhaust gas vent pipe includes a vertical portion that guides the exhaust gas to be vented in the vertical direction, the exhaust gas vented between the gas vents can be mixed by convection in the vertical portion. The heat distribution can be made uniform and efficient heat exchange can be performed for the heat storage layer.
The present invention relates to an exhaust heat power generation system that generates heat by recovering thermal energy from exhaust gas generated by combustion performed in a thermal power plant, a waste incineration plant, or the like.
In particular, the exhaust heat power generation system according to the present embodiment includes an inflow port through which the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber flows in and an outflow port through which the exhaust gas that has flowed in flows out. Arranged in a state where a plurality of states communicate with each other.
Here, what is burned in the combustion chamber is not particularly limited. According to such an exhaust heat power generation system, the exhaust gas is passed through each power generation steam generation unit and gradually conveyed upward as if it were in a climbing kiln, and each power generation provided in the middle part Heat will be dissipated intermittently in the steam generation unit.
At this time, since the gas storage chamber formed in the power generation steam generation unit is formed so that the exhaust gas that has flowed in can be retained, heat exchange can be efficiently performed with the heat storage layer.
The structure capable of retaining gas in the gas storage chamber is not particularly limited, but can be realized by, for example, a box shape including an inflow port and an outflow port.
The heat storage layer for storing the heat of the exhaust gas by heat exchange is formed of an ore fired body formed by mixing and firing a pulverized product of artificial ore and a pulverized product of silicon carbide.
For artificial ore, at least one selected from silicon compounds, tourmaline, and ceramics is melted, and then iron, aluminum, calcium, etc. are added, and then cooled and solidified. This solidified material is melted again at a higher temperature. Then, it is cooled to form a block, and for example, an artificial ore described in International Publication No. 2002/079093 can be suitably used.
As a specific example of production of artificial ore, when the weight of the artificial ore to be produced is 100% by weight, first, 80 to 85% by weight is applied to a vacuum melting furnace heated to 1650 ° C. to 1680 ° C. in a substantially vacuum state. Powdered silicon is charged, and then 5 to 10% by weight of powdered iron, 5 to 10% by weight of powdered aluminum, and 5 to 10% by weight of calcium are sequentially charged at intervals of 3 to 5 minutes. Then, the mixture is stirred and mixed, and then the melt is taken out from the vacuum melting furnace and naturally cooled at room temperature to obtain a solidified product.
Next, the solidified product is melted again in a vacuum melting furnace heated to 1750 ° C. to 1800 ° C. in a substantially vacuum state, and then the molten product is taken out and naturally cooled at room temperature to obtain a massive artificial ore. It is done.
Further, if necessary, the massive artificial ore is melted again in a vacuum melting furnace heated to 2000 ° C. to 2050 ° C. in a substantially vacuum state, and then the melt is taken out and naturally cooled at room temperature. Ore may be generated.
Thus, the artificial ore having good thermal conductivity can be formed by repeatedly performing melting at a high temperature such as cooling after melting and further melting at a high temperature.
The ore fired body is obtained by pulverizing the artificial ore into a powder form (hereinafter referred to as artificial ore powder) and a pulverized product of silicon carbide (hereinafter referred to as silicon carbide powder). : The mixture is mixed at a ratio of 50, and the mixed powder is compressed and molded with moisture. Further, the molded product is dried, and then fired at about 1200 ° C to 1600 ° C.
The ore fired body thus formed has excellent heat conductivity while having extremely excellent thermal conductivity, and can realize good heat exchange.
The steam generation chamber is a box-shaped space forming body with pressure resistance that accommodates a gas storage chamber having a heat storage layer on the surface in a nested manner, and in the space between the heat storage layer and the steam generation chamber wall, Water can be stored. That is, water is brought into contact with the heat storage layer to heat the water and boil it.
Further, the steam generation chamber is provided with a steam delivery pipe for delivering steam generated by boiling, and the steam is led out from the steam production chamber through the steam delivery pipe and supplied to a steam turbine or the like for power generation. I am doing so.
Characteristically, in the exhaust heat power generation system according to the present embodiment, the power generation steam generation unit having such a configuration is climbed toward the lower side in the exhaust gas discharge direction while being spaced apart from each other. It is constructed by arranging a plurality of communication.
Accordingly, the high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber is intermittently deprived of heat by passing through the power generation steam generation unit.
Therefore, after flowing out from a predetermined power generation steam generation unit and before flowing into the next power generation steam generation unit, that is, the outlet and the other power generation steam included in one power generation steam generation unit. The exhaust gas is mixed by convection in the exhaust gas vent pipe connected to the inlet provided in the generation unit so that the temperature can be made substantially uniform throughout the exhaust gas in the next power generation steam generation unit. Since the thermal gradient between the gas and the heat storage layer can be increased, efficient power generation can be performed.
Further, the exhaust gas vent pipe may be configured to include a vertical portion that guides the exhaust gas to be vented in the vertical direction.
With such a configuration, the exhaust gas can be mixed more efficiently in the exhaust gas vent pipe.
As described above, in the conventional exhaust heat power generation system, it is necessary to provide a device for removing these contaminants separately from the power generation system.
If a removal device is not provided, exhaust gas that is highly reactive at high temperatures is directly released into the atmosphere, and pollutants are generated in the atmosphere.
On the other hand, the present invention intermittently takes heat from the exhaust gas and lowers the temperature, so the exhaust gas is not released into the atmosphere at a high temperature, and the production of air pollutants is steadily suppressed. can do.
Hereinafter, the exhaust heat power generation system according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of an exhaust heat power generation system A according to the present embodiment. The exhaust heat power generation system A according to the present embodiment is provided as an incidental facility of the thermal power plant 10.
The thermal power plant 10 includes a combustion chamber 11 that combusts fossil fuel such as coal, generates steam with the thermal energy obtained in the combustion chamber 11, and generates power by rotating a steam turbine (not shown). .
Further, an exhaust
The exhaust heat power generation system A is provided between a plurality of (four in this embodiment) power generation steam generation units U (U1 to U4) provided at intervals from each other and each power generation steam generation unit U. An exhaust
The power generation steam generation unit U is a unit for generating heat by taking heat from the high-temperature exhaust gas introduced through the exhaust
Specifically, the power generation steam generation unit U1 is provided at a position lower than the power generation steam generation unit U2 on the lower side, and the power generation steam generation unit U2 is further on the lower side. The power generation steam generation unit U3 is provided at a position lower than U3, and is further provided at a position lower than the power generation steam generation unit U4 on the lower side.
Further, between the power generation steam generation unit U1 and the power generation steam generation unit U2, between the power generation steam generation unit U2 and the power generation steam generation unit U3, between the power generation steam generation unit U3 and the power generation steam generation unit U4, During the period, exhaust gas can be supplied from the upper power generation steam generation unit U to the lower power generation steam generation unit U by the exhaust
Further, the exhaust
This
Further, each of the power generation steam generation units U1 to U4 is provided with a power generation unit G (G1 to G4), and for each power generation steam generation unit U by the steam generated by each power generation steam generation unit U. Electric power can be generated.

In addition, a
Next, the configuration of the power generation steam generation unit U will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the internal configuration of the power generation steam generation unit U. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the power generation steam generation unit U includes a
The
The
The
Further, the
The
The
Further, the

In the power generation steam generation unit U having such a configuration, the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust
The introduced high-temperature exhaust gas temporarily stays in the
The exhaust gas after the application of thermal energy eventually flows out from the
Further, at this time, the exhaust gas delivered through the
Therefore, even in the lower power generation steam generation unit U, heat can be stably applied to the
On the other hand, since the
Steam generated as a result of boiling is accumulated in the
In particular, in the exhaust heat power generation system A according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of such power generation steam generation units U (U1 to U4) are arranged in an upward gradient state toward the lower side. Therefore, the high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber 11 is, for example, 1200 ° C. (exhaust gas supply pipe 12) → 950 ° C. (temperature of the
Therefore, high-temperature exhaust gas is not directly released into the atmosphere, so air pollutants generated by contact of highly reactive high-temperature exhaust gas with normal temperature air, i.e. dioxins and PM2. Generation of particulate matter such as 5 and nitrogen oxides such as NOx can be suppressed as much as possible.
Moreover, since the high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the combustion chamber 11 is repeatedly radiated and mixed every time it passes through the power generation steam generation unit U and the exhaust
As described above, according to the exhaust heat power generation system A according to the present embodiment, the inflow port (for example, the

For this reason, it is a matter of course that various modifications can be made in accordance with the design and the like as long as they do not depart from the technical idea according to the present invention other than the embodiments described above.
In the exhaust heat power generation system A according to the present embodiment, heat of exhaust gas generated by combustion is taken away by the heat storage layer and steam is generated to generate power, but the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, power generation may be performed by generating the steam by removing the decay heat of radionuclides such as uranium, plutonium, cesium, and strontium by the heat storage layer regardless of combustion.
