Description
Claims (12)
- 宇宙機の姿勢安定化のためのフライホイール装置であって、
キャリア(1)と、
回転子(2)と、
前記キャリア(1)に対して前記回転子(2)を回転駆動させるための磁気駆動機構(4)と、
前記回転子(2)と前記キャリア(1)との間に配置される転がり軸受(3)と
を含み、
前記磁気駆動機構(4)によって、前記回転子(2)と前記キャリア(1)との間に、前記転がり軸受(3)にプレストレスを付与するための磁力を発生させることができ、
前記回転子の外径(A)が、最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の2.5倍である、フライホイール装置。 - 前記回転子(2)の前記外径(A)が、
最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の2倍、
最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の1.5倍、
最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の1.3倍、
最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の1.2倍、
最大で前記転がり軸受の直径(W)の1.0倍
の群から選ばれるように前記回転子(2)が形成される、請求項1に記載のフライホイール装置。 - 前記磁気駆動機構(4)が、
前記回転子(2)に配置された、磁極を含む磁気リング(5)と、
前記キャリア(1)にて前記磁気リング(5)とは反対側に配置される磁気回路閉鎖手段(7)と、
前記キャリア(1)にて前記磁気リング(5)と前記磁気回路閉鎖手段(7)との間に配置される磁気コイル(6)と
を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のフライホイール装置。 - 前記フライホイール装置の動作中に、前記磁気リング(5)と前記磁気回路閉鎖手段(7)との間に前記磁力を発生させることができる、請求項3に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記回転子(2)と前記キャリア(1)との間に、厳密に1つの転がり軸受(3)が配置される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。
- ラジアル力及び軸力を支持するように前記転がり軸受(3)が形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記転がり軸受(3)が、
前記キャリア(1)に設けられた下側の軌道輪(9)と、
前記回転子(2)に設けられた上側の軌道輪(8)と
を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。 - 前記上側の軌道輪(8)が前記回転子(2)と一体的に形成される、請求項7に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記回転子(2)に付加質量(11)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記付加質量が、前記回転子(2)上に配置される付加質量リング(11)として形成されている、請求項9に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記回転子(2)と前記キャリア(1)との間に磁気保持力を発生させるように、前記回転子(2)と前記キャリア(1)との間に作用する保持マグネットが、前記回転子(2)にて又は前記キャリア(1)上に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。
- 前記転がり軸受に給脂するための給脂装置を備える、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のフライホイール装置。
