Claims (6)
- 第1軸受中心軸(10)を有する第1ラジアル軸受(8)と、前記第1軸受中心軸(10)と同心的に延在している第2軸受中心軸(11)を有する第2ラジアル軸受(9)とを備えており、前記第1ラジアル軸受(8)および前記第2ラジアル軸受(9)が排気ガスターボチャージャー(1)の軸(6)を径方向に支持するように構成されている、前記排気ガスターボチャージャーのための軸受装置であって、
前記第1軸受中心軸(10)および前記第2軸受中心軸(11)に対して平行に位置付けられ、且つ、前記第1軸受中心軸(10)および前記第2軸受中心軸(11)から離心量(E)をもって離心して位置付けられている第3軸受中心軸(14)を有し、前記第3軸受中心軸(14)は前記第1軸受中心軸(10)および前記第2軸受中心軸(11)から平行移動して偏位した位置にある、第3ラジアル軸受(13)
を備えることを特徴とする軸受装置。 - 前記第3ラジアル軸受(13)は滑り軸受として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の軸受装置。
- 前記第3ラジアル軸受(13)は、軸心方向において前記第1ラジアル軸受(8)と前記第2ラジアル軸受(9)との間に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の軸受装置。
- コンプレッサ羽根車(4)と、タービン羽根車(5)と、前記コンプレッサ羽根車(4)および前記タービン羽根車(5)が一体回転するように前記コンプレッサ羽根車(4)を前記タービン羽根車(5)に連結している軸(6)とを備えて軸受部(3)の中で軸受装置(7)により回転可能に支持されているロータアセンブリ(2)を備える、排気ガスターボチャージャーであって、
前記軸受装置(7)は請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受装置であることを特徴とする排気ガスターボチャージャー。 - 前記軸(6)と前記第3ラジアル軸受(13)とはいずれも鋼材料製であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
- 前記第3ラジアル軸受(13)は前記軸受部(3)に圧入により嵌着されていることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5記載の排気ガスターボチャージャー。
