Description
(実施例1)
以下の手順で、金属管(鋼管)、めっき層、化成処理層、プライマー層及び樹脂層から構成される被覆金属管を作製した。
表1に示す組成のプライマー液を用いたことの他は実施例1と同様にして、被覆金属管を作製した。表中、括弧内の数値は、プライマー液における、溶剤以外の成分の合計質量を基準とする各成分の割合である。
プライマー液及び被覆金属管に関して、以下の評価を行った。評価結果を表1に示す。
(液性状)
各成分の溶剤への溶解性に基づいて、液性状を評価した。各成分が溶媒に均一に溶解したときは「良」、溶け残りがあって均一なプライマー液が得られなかったときを「不良」とした。
被覆金属管の樹脂層に、2mmの幅で切り込みを入れた。被覆金属管を固定し、切り込みの間の帯状の樹脂層を引張試験器によって引張ることで、密着力を評価した。密着力を以下の基準で判定した。
PA皮膜の剥がれ無しの場合は「良」、剥がれ有りの場合は「不良」とした。
樹脂層の表面から、プライマー層に達する深さの切り込みを入れた。切り込みの長さは120mmとした。切り込みを入れた被覆金属管を80℃の5質量%食塩水に144時間浸漬した。浸漬後、切込みから樹脂層が剥離している部分の幅(最大幅3mm)を測定した。耐食性を以下の基準で判定した。
良:1.4mm以下
可:1.5〜1.9mm
不良:2.0mm以上

・ポリフッ化ビニル:テドラー(商品名)、デュポン株式会社製

・ポリテトラフルオロエチレン:テフロン(登録商標、商品名)、鹿島化学金属株式会社製
・シランカップリング剤:A−1120(商品名)、日本ユニカー株式会社製
・エポキシ樹脂:エピクロン7050(商品名)、大日本インキ化学工業株式会社社製
・フェノール樹脂:フェノライト(商品名)、大日本インキ化学工業株式会社社社製
・フェノール系樹脂:YSポリスターUH115(商品名)、ヤスハラケミカル株式会社製
・ポリエステル:PET樹脂(商品名)、ユニチカ株式会社製
・塩素樹脂:PVC−HA(商品名)、積水化学工業株式会社製
・ポリブタジエン:B−3000(商品名)、日本曹達株式会社製
Claims (7)
- 金属管と、該金属管の外周面を覆う多層被膜と、を備える被覆金属管であって、
前記多層被膜が、化成処理層及びプライマー層を有し、これらが内側からこの順で設けられており、
前記プライマー層が、ポリアミドイミドと、ポリアミド、フッ素樹脂、シランカップリング剤及びエポキシ樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加成分とを含み、
前記プライマー層における前記ポリアミドイミドの割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として30質量%を超え、
前記プライマー層における前記添加成分の割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として15質量%以下である、
車輌配管用被覆金属管。 - 前記プライマー層におけるフェノール樹脂の割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として0質量%以上11質量%未満である、請求項1に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- 前記プライマー層におけるポリエステルの割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として0質量%以上11質量%未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の車輌配管用被覆金属管。
- ポリアミドイミドと、
ポリアミド、フッ素樹脂、シランカップリング剤及びエポキシ樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種の添加成分と、
これらを溶解又は分散する溶剤と、を含む、
車輌配管用プライマー組成物であって、
当該プライマー組成物における前記ポリアミドイミドの割合が、当該プライマー組成物中の前記溶剤以外の成分の合計質量を基準として30質量%を超え、
当該プライマー組成物における前記添加成分の割合が、当該プライマー組成物中の前記溶剤以外の成分の合計質量を基準として15質量%以下である、
車輌配管用プライマー組成物。 - 当該プライマー組成物におけるフェノール樹脂の割合が、当該プライマー組成物のうち前記溶剤以外の成分の合計質量を基準として0質量%以上11質量%未満である、請求項4に記載の車輌配管用プライマー組成物。
- 当該プライマー組成物におけるポリエステルの割合が、当該プライマー組成物のうち前記溶剤以外の成分の合計質量を基準として0質量%以上11質量%未満である、請求項4又は5に記載の車輌配管用プライマー組成物。
- 金属管の外周面上に、該外周面を覆う多層被膜を形成する工程を備える、被覆金属管を製造する方法であって、
前記多層被膜を形成する前記工程が、
前記金属管の外周面側に管状の化成処理層を形成することと、
前記化成処理層の外周面上に請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプライマー組成物の膜を形成し、前記プライマー組成物の膜から前記溶剤を除去して、前記ポリアミドイミド及び前記添加成分を含むプライマー層を形成することと、
を含み、
前記プライマー層における前記ポリアミドイミドの割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として30質量%を超え、
前記プライマー層における前記添加成分の割合が、前記プライマー層の質量を基準として15質量%以下である、
方法。
