Description
The present invention relates to an electret material that is used in an apparatus that mutually converts mechanical energy and electrical energy, and a manufacturing method thereof.
An electret material, which is a charged substance that provides an electrostatic field to the surroundings, has been conventionally used for an electret condenser microphone (ECM), a dust collection filter, and the like. In recent years, the use of electrostatic vibration generators, which are one type of energy harvesting technology, is considered promising, and microwatt to milliwatt generators with built-in integrated circuits that use environmental vibration as a drive source. As a power generation element for use, research and development for practical use has been made (see
In vibration power generation, in order to obtain larger electric power, it is effective to increase the surface potential of the electret material used for vibration power generation. In
In the method described in
The method of
The method described in
As described above,
The present invention has been made in consideration of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide an electret material capable of realizing a high surface potential of 2000 V or more in a stable state and a method for manufacturing the same. To do.
(I OH (s)/I CH2 (s))の変化の割合と、W r (x)の変化に対する混合物群xの該強度比
Here, apatite is a general term for compounds represented by the composition formula M 10 (ZO 4 ) 6 (X) 2 . However, it often takes a non-stoichiometric composition. M includes divalent cations such as alkaline earth metal ions, Cd 2+ (cadmium (II) ions), Pb 2+ (lead (II) ions), Sn 2+ (tin (II) ions), Rare earth ions, alkali metal ions, etc. are contained, and ZO 4 includes SiO 4 4- (orthosilicate ion), PO 4 3- (phosphate ion), VO 4 3- (orthovanadate ion), AsO 4 3- (Arsenate ion), SO 4 2− (sulfate ion), CrO 4 2− (chromate ion), MnO 4 2− (manganate ion) and the like enter. X represents a monovalent anion such as halogen ion, OH − (hydroxide ion), or CN − (cyanide ion), S 2− (sulfide ion), O 2− (oxide ion). Anion such as CO 3 2- (carbonate ion) enters.
Apatite is characteristic of fluorapatite (Ca 10 (PO 4 ) 6 F 2 ), which is a typical apatite mineral. The unit cell is classified as a hexagonal system, and the space group is P6 3 / m. Often has a good crystal structure. In this case, the cation M is composed of a nine-coordinate site (columnar site) linearly arranged along the c-axis and a seven-coordinate site (screw site) in which equilateral triangles perpendicular to the c-axis are spirally stacked. The independent anions ZO 4 form a three-dimensional array so as to fill the gap between them. Moreover, the anion X is linearly arranged along the c-axis, like the cation M occupying the columnar site.
The six cubic crystal hydroxyapatite, a composition of if you meet stoichiometry (Ca 10 (PO 4) 6 (OH) 2), and unit cell is classified into hexagonal, and space group It is a compound having a crystal structure such as P6 3 / m.

In step S101, a molded body was produced. First, an aqueous solution of commercially available polyvinyl alcohol having a degree of polymerization of about 1500 (distributor code = 160-03055: manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) was prepared, and this was prepared as a commercially available monoclinic hydroxyapatite powder (distributor code = 01-114882: manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) to prepare a mixture. At this time, the amount of polyvinyl alcohol was set to 3.2 mass% of the entire mixture.
The mixture was then dried at a temperature of 60 ° C. The dried mixture was pulverized in a mortar and further classified to a particle size of 40 to 150 μm using # 400 and # 100 sieves.
About 0.30 g of the classified powder was weighed and placed in a tablet molding machine having a diameter of 13 mm, and uniaxial pressure molding was performed to produce a molded body having a diameter of about 13 mm and a thickness of about 1.1 mm.

(Evaluation of polarization relaxation characteristics based on TSDC measurement)
FIG. 23 shows a TSDC measurement result of the
It can also be seen that the temperature at which this peak appears shifts to the high temperature side as the firing temperature increases. This is thought to be because the energy of metastable sites occupied by carriers moved by polarization treatment is dispersed. Basically, the more stable the site, the higher the position where the TSDC peak appears. It seems to shift to the side.

FIG. 24 shows the time variation of the surface potential of the
24 and 25, in all
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 24, among the
