[Aspect 1]
A mask comprising a mask body having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, and ear hooks extending from both side edges of the mask body extending along the longitudinal direction,
The mask body includes a fabric that includes a skin facing surface and a non-skin facing surface located on the opposite side thereof, and forms a part of the skin facing surface;
The mask body has a nose cover portion extending in the longitudinal direction from the upper end edge portion extending in the lateral direction and made of a synthetic fiber fabric so as to cover the wearer's nose, and the synthetic fiber MIU (average friction coefficient) of the skin facing surface of the fabric is 0.09 to 0.20 and MMD (variation of average friction coefficient) is 0.005 to 0.015,
MIU of the skin facing surface of the fabric is more than 0.20 or MMD is more than 0.015.
The mask.

Since the mask of this aspect includes a nose cover portion made of a synthetic fiber fabric that is disposed so as to cover the wearer's nose and has a predetermined friction characteristic in the mask body, the nose cover portion is the face of the wearer, In particular, even if it touches the nose part, it is difficult to irritate the part. In addition, the mask of the present aspect has a MIU or MMD higher than that of the synthetic fiber fabric by providing the nose cover portion in the mask body, and gives a stimulus to the face when the wearer's face is touched. It is easy to suppress that the said easy cloth touches a wearer's face, especially a nose part directly. Therefore, the mask of this aspect is easy to suppress a sense of incongruity on the wearer's face, and is excellent in wearing feeling.

[Aspect 2]
The mask according to aspect 1, wherein the fabric is a cellulose fabric.

In the mask of this aspect, since the cloth is made of a cellulose cloth, it is easy to ensure the hygroscopicity of the mask body and is excellent in wearing feeling.

[Aspect 3]
The mask according to aspect 1 or 2, wherein the fibers constituting the fabric are formed by twisting a plurality of short fibers.

In the mask of this aspect, since the fibers constituting the fabric are formed by twisting a plurality of short fibers, the fiber ends of the short fibers and the fiber bundle formed by twisting the short fibers are protruded. The short fibers tend to protrude from the skin-facing surface of the fabric in the direction in which the wearer's face is present, and easily give a stimulus such as a tingling sensation to the wearer's face, particularly the nose. However, since the mask according to this aspect includes the nose cover portion having the above-described configuration at a predetermined position, the mask main body is thus configured by the fabric having a texture that is easy to irritate the wearer's face, particularly the nose portion. Even if it wears, it is easy to suppress the discomfort in a wearer's face, and it is excellent in a wearing feeling.

The mask of this aspect has an SMD within a predetermined range despite the fact that the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion is provided with a plurality of point-like embossed portions. The unevenness of the nose cover part is hardly perceived by the wearer, and the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face is easily suppressed. Further, since the mask has a plurality of predetermined point-like embossed portions, it is easy to suppress the fluffing of the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion, and the fluffing is suppressed even when a certain amount of use time elapses. It is easy to maintain the state, and it is easy to suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face. Therefore, the mask of this aspect is easy to suppress a sense of incongruity on the wearer's face at both the use start stage and the stage after a certain amount of time has elapsed from the start of use, and has an excellent wearing feeling.

[Aspect 5]
The mask body has a pleated structure for rising to the non-skin facing surface side in use,
The pleated structure includes a first base portion and a second base portion that respectively constitute the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the mask main body, and a flange portion therebetween.
The mask according to any one of aspects 1 to 4, wherein the nose cover portion extends beyond an end of the first base portion on the lower edge side in the longitudinal direction.

In the mask of this aspect, since the nose cover portion and the pleated structure are in a predetermined positional relationship, it is easier to prevent the fabric from touching the wearer's face, and to ensure a sense of incongruity on the wearer's face.
[Aspect 6]
The mask body has a notch portion forming region in which a notch portion that is concave toward the central portion in the lateral direction is formed at each of the side edge portions, and the notch portion is not formed. A notch non-formation region,
The mask body has a side sheet that covers the notch from the non-skin-facing surface side and the skin-facing surface side at least in the notch-forming region of each of the side edges,
The mask body has a side edge embossed portion extending along the longitudinal direction in each notched portion non-forming region of each of the side edges,
The mask according to any one of aspects 1 to 5, wherein the rigidity of each notch portion forming region of each side edge portion is lower than the rigidity of each notch portion non-forming region of each side edge portion.

When the wearer wears the mask 1, the mask body 3 is applied so as to face the wearer's face, and the wearer's ears 5 are hung on the wearer's ears.

[Mask body]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the mask body 3 has a longitudinal direction (L) and a lateral direction (C), and in the lateral direction (C) in plan view before wearing (unused). It has a long rectangular shape. The mask body 3 includes a skin facing surface S1 and a non-skin facing surface S2 located on the opposite side of the skin facing surface S1.

In the present embodiment, the base material sheet 7 constituting the mask body 3 is composed of a cellulose fabric 9 (in the present disclosure, “fabric” or “mask body facing the skin”) that constitutes a part of the skin facing surface S1 of the mask body 3. And a synthetic fiber fabric 11 constituting the non-skin facing surface S2 (in the present disclosure, sometimes referred to as "non-skin facing surface side fabric"). And a two-layer structure.
The fabric constituting a part of the skin-facing surface of the mask main body in the present disclosure can be formed by appropriately selecting a material having good hygroscopicity, air permeability and touch. For example, the gauze having 80 to 120 implants It is particularly preferable to be formed from a sheet material made of woven fabric, knitted fabric or non-woven fabric made of cellulosic fibers, such as cotton cloth.

The fabric constituting a part of the skin facing surface of the mask main body in the present disclosure has an MIU (average friction coefficient) of more than 0.20 or an MMD (variation of average friction coefficient) of more than 0.015 of the skin facing surface of the fabric. It is.
The MIU on the skin facing surface of the fabric is an index of slipperiness or slipperiness that the wearer feels when rubbing the skin facing surface of the fabric. It is easy to impress. Also, the MMD of the fabric facing surface of the fabric is an index of the smoothness or roughness that the wearer feels when rubbing the skin facing surface of the fabric. The larger this value, the more the wearer feels the roughness. It is easy to feel.
Since the fabric constituting a part of the skin-facing surface of the mask main body in the present disclosure has the above-mentioned MIU or MMD, there is a risk of giving a certain degree of irritation or discomfort to the wearer's face, particularly the nose.

In this specification, the measurement method of MIU and MMD of a fabric is as follows.
After cutting out a test piece of a predetermined size (for example, 100 mm × 10 mm) from the cloth to be measured, MIU and MMD in each direction of the test piece (that is, the direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the cloth to be measured) The MIU and MMD of the cloth can be obtained by measuring using a friction tester KES SE (manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd.) and calculating the average value of each direction.

In the present disclosure, the fabric having hygroscopicity refers to the following cases.
A fabric sample to be evaluated for hygroscopicity is vacuum-dried at 110 ° C. for 24 hours, and the mass (W 0 ) of the sample when completely dried is measured. Next, the sample is allowed to stand for 24 hours in a thermo-hygrostat adjusted to a temperature of 20 ° C. and a humidity of 90% RH, and the mass (W 1 ) of the sample after standing is measured. When the mass of the sample is W 1 > W 0 , it is evaluated that the fabric according to the sample has hygroscopicity.

In addition, the non-skin facing side fabric in the present disclosure is, for example, a breathable material among various known synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric sheets such as a melt blown nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, an SMS nonwoven fabric, and an air-through nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 10 to 40 g / m 2 . A good material can be selected as appropriate. In addition, although the sheet material which consists of a woven fabric or a knitted fabric may be sufficient as the non-skin opposing surface side fabric in this indication, from a viewpoint that each of the upper end edge of the said fabric and a lower end edge is hard to give irritation to a wearer's face, It is preferable that it is a sheet material which consists of a nonwoven fabric.
Examples of the synthetic fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric sheet include polyolefin fibers such as polyethylene (PE) fibers and polypropylene (PP) fibers, polyester fibers, and polyamide fibers such as nylon. As will be described later, the synthetic fiber is preferably a heat-fusible fiber from the viewpoint that the base sheet constituting the mask body is preferably embossed.

In addition, the base material sheet which comprises a mask main body is not limited to the said structure, The thing of 1 layer structure comprised only from the fabric which comprises a part of skin opposing surface of a mask main body may be sufficient. Or the base material sheet which concerns on this indication is a filter function and / or a fragrance | flavor which adsorb | suck microparticles | fine-particles between the fabric which forms a skin opposing surface, and the non-skin opposing surface side fabric which forms a non-skin opposing surface, for example. An intermediate sheet containing an antibacterial agent may be interposed. Further, one or more fabrics made of a woven fabric, a knitted fabric or a nonwoven fabric of natural fibers or synthetic fibers may be interposed between a fabric constituting a part of the skin facing surface of the mask body and the non-skin facing surface side fabric. .

In the present embodiment, the cellulose fabric 9 is made of gauze made of a knitted yarn made by twisting together a plurality of short cellulose fibers. As shown in FIG. 4, the skin facing surface T1 of the cellulose fabric 9 is such that the fiber ends of the cellulose short fibers are likely to protrude from the skin facing surface T1 in the thickness direction T, and the fiber ends are in contact with the wearer's skin. This may give the wearer a stimulus such as a tingling sensation.

On the other hand, in this embodiment, the synthetic fiber fabric 11 is comprised by the spun bond nonwoven fabric by a long fiber. Unlike the cellulose fabric 9, the synthetic fiber fabric 11 is unlikely to protrude in the thickness direction T from the surface (skin facing surface or non-skin facing surface) of the synthetic fiber fabric 11. Therefore, even if the synthetic fiber fabric 11 comes into contact with the skin of the wearer, there is little possibility of giving a stimulus such as a tingling feeling to the wearer.
In addition, in this specification, a short fiber means a fiber with an average fiber length of 0.5-100 mm. Further, the long fiber means an average fiber length of more than 100 mm, and includes continuous fibers.

In the present disclosure, the average fiber lengths of synthetic fibers such as heat-fusible fibers and the like, and cellulose-based fibers other than pulp, for example, regenerated cellulose fibers and semi-synthetic fibers, are defined in Annex A of JIS L 1015: 2010. “A7.1 Measurement of fiber length” in “A7.1.1 Method of measuring the length of individual fibers on a glass plate with A method (standard method) scale”.
The above method is a test method corresponding to ISO 6989 issued in 1981.

In the present disclosure, the number of fiber ends per unit area in the fabric constituting a part of the skin facing surface of the mask body is preferably larger than the number of fiber ends per unit area in the non-skin facing surface side fabric. In addition, the fabric which comprises a part of skin opposing surface of a mask main body, and the non-skin opposing surface side fabric can evaluate the number of the fiber ends per unit area with the following method.
Samples of 10 mm × 10 mm are cut out from the fabric that forms part of the skin-facing surface of the mask body and the non-skin-facing surface-side cloth, and the fabric that forms part of the skin-facing surface of the mask body in each sample. It can be obtained by observing the skin facing surface and the non-skin facing surface of the non-skin facing surface side fabric with an electron microscope and visually counting the number of fiber ends protruding in the thickness direction from the surface of each sample.

In the present embodiment, the mask body 3 has an upper end edge 3a and a lower end edge 3b extending in the lateral direction (C). In the present disclosure, the total area of the dotted embossed portions is preferably 15 to 30%, more preferably 18 to 25% with respect to the area of the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion. This is from the viewpoint of achieving both the feel and strength of the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion.

Moreover, in this indication, SMD (surface roughness) in the skin opposing surface of the synthetic fiber fabric which comprises a nose cover part is 2.0-4.5 micrometers, More preferably, it is 2.0-4.0 micrometers, More preferably Has a numerical range of 2.0 to 3.5 μm.
The SMD on the skin facing surface of the synthetic fiber fabric indicates the degree of unevenness on the skin facing surface of the fabric, and the larger the value, the more uneven the surface.

In the present specification, the method for measuring the SMD of the fabric is as follows, similar to MIU and MMD.
After cutting a test piece of a predetermined size (for example, 100 mm × 10 mm) from the cloth to be measured, the SMD in each direction of the test piece (that is, the direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction and the horizontal direction of the cloth to be measured) is rubbed. The SMD of the fabric can be obtained by measuring using a sensitivity tester KES SE (manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd.) and calculating the average value of each direction.

[Holding member]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, in this embodiment, the mask body 3 includes a holding member 41 that is provided on the upper edge 3 a side and holds a part of the upper edge 3 a in a predetermined shape. The holding member 41 is disposed between the synthetic fiber fabric 11 and the cellulose fabric 9 and is fixed so that the position thereof is not shifted by an embossed portion 43 disposed around the holding member 41.

The holding member in the present disclosure preferably has a thin plate rectangular shape and is formed of a flexible thermoplastic resin (for example, plastic). The holding member 41 can be bent easily by the wearer, and once deformed into a predetermined shape, the predetermined shape is held unless an external force is applied again. For this reason, when the wearer wears the mask 1 and deforms the holding member 41 according to the shape of the nose, the holding member 41 matches the shape of the wearer's nose in the vicinity of the upper end edge 3a of the mask body 3. Can be held in a state. Thereby, the holding member 41 can suppress that a clearance gap arises between the upper end edge 3a and a wearer's face.

[Ear hook]
The ear hook is preferably elastically stretchable and can be formed of a known material such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a plastic film, or a rubber string.

Next, the operation of the mask 1 according to this embodiment will be described.
The mask 1 of the present embodiment has a three-dimensional structure of the mask body 3 in use by the embossed portion 29 extending along the longitudinal direction (L) in each of the pleat structure P and the side edge portions 3c and 3c. Easy to maintain shape retention. Further, since the mask body 3 is provided with the notches 15 at the respective side edges 3c and 3c, the notches 15 serve as starting points for deformation induction. Therefore, in use, the mask body 3 can be fitted to the face. Easy to increase.

Moreover, since the mask 1 of this embodiment is provided with the nose cover part 39 which consists of a synthetic fiber fabric which is arrange | positioned so that a wearer's nose may be covered in the mask main body 3, and has a predetermined friction characteristic, Even if it touches the wearer's face, particularly the nose, it is difficult to irritate the part. Moreover, the mask 1 of this embodiment is provided with the nose cover part 39 in the mask main body 3, so that MIU or MMD is higher than the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover part 39, and the mask 1 touches the wearer's face. In addition, it is easy to suppress the cellulose fabric 9 that easily gives a stimulus to the face from directly contacting the wearer's face, particularly the nose. Therefore, the mask 1 of this embodiment is easy to suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face, and is excellent in wearing feeling.
More specifically, since at least a part of the skin-facing surface S1 of the mask main body 3 is composed of the cellulose fabric 9, the breath exhaled by the wearer in the mask main body 3 due to the hygroscopic property of the cellulose-based fibers is absorbed and evaporated. It is easy to make it hard to stuffy. On the other hand, when the cellulose fabric 9 constituting a part of the skin-facing surface S1 of the mask body 3 is formed of a knitted yarn made by twisting cellulose short fibers such as gauze, the cellulose short fibers are used. The end tends to protrude from the skin facing surface T1 in the thickness direction T, and the fiber end comes into contact with the wearer's skin, which may give the wearer a stimulus such as a tingling sensation. However, by providing the mask body 3 with the nose cover portion 39 made of a synthetic fiber fabric at a predetermined position, it is possible to make it difficult for the wearer to sense irritation or a sense of discomfort.
As mentioned above, the mask 1 of this embodiment is easy to suppress the discomfort in a wearer's face, improving the hygroscopic property of the mask 1, and is excellent in a wearing feeling.
In addition, the mask 1 of this embodiment is provided with the holding member 41 in the mask main body 3, and the mask main body 3 is especially easy to adhere to a wearer's nasal root part in the part in which the said holding member 41 is provided. Further, due to the rigidity of the holding member 41, the wearer 41 is particularly irritating to the wearer's nasal root portion or the like through the skin facing surface S 1 of the mask body 3 in the portion where the holding member 41 is provided. easy. Therefore, when the nose cover portion 39 is provided so as to cover the holding member 41 as in the present embodiment, it is easier to more reliably suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face.

Further, in the mask 1 of the present embodiment, since the fabric constituting a part of the skin facing surface S1 of the mask body 3 is made of a cellulose fabric, it is easy to ensure the hygroscopicity of the mask body more reliably.

Further, the mask 1 of the present embodiment is configured by twisting the fiber ends of the short fibers and the short fibers because the fibers constituting the cellulose fabric 9 are formed by twisting a plurality of short fibers. The short fibers protruding from the fiber bundle are likely to protrude from the skin facing surface S1 of the cellulose fabric 9 in the direction in which the wearer's face is present, and easily give a stimulus such as a tingling feeling to the wearer's face, particularly the nose. However, since the mask 1 of the present embodiment includes the nose cover portion 39 having the above-described configuration at a predetermined position, the mask body 3 thus has a textured cellulose that is likely to irritate the wearer's face, particularly the nose portion. Even if it is comprised by the fabric 9, it is easy to suppress the discomfort in a wearer's face, and it is excellent in a wearing feeling.

Further, in the mask 1 of the present embodiment, since the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion 39 has a plurality of point-like embossed portions 45, the mask 1 has an SMD within a predetermined range. At the stage of starting use, it is difficult for the wearer to sense the unevenness of the nose cover portion 39, and it is easy to suppress a sense of discomfort on the wearer's face. Further, since the mask 1 has a plurality of predetermined point-like embossed portions 45, it is easy to suppress the fluff of the synthetic fiber fabric constituting the nose cover portion 39, and in particular, the fluff is suppressed even after a certain period of use. It is easy to maintain the done state, and it is easy to suppress a sense of incongruity on the wearer's face. Therefore, the mask 1 of this embodiment is easy to suppress a sense of incongruity on the wearer's face at both the use start stage and the stage after a certain period of time has elapsed from the start of use, and is excellent in wearing feeling.

Moreover, since the nose cover part 39 and the pleat structure P are in the above-mentioned positional relationship, the mask 1 of this embodiment can suppress more easily that the cellulose fabric 9 touches a wearer's face, and in the wearer's face. It is easy to suppress uncomfortable feelings more reliably.

Moreover, in the mask 1 of this embodiment, the pleated structure P and the embossed portion 29 having the above-described configuration facilitate maintaining the shape retaining property of the three-dimensional structure of the mask body 3 during use, and the mask body 3 is notched. By providing the portion 15, the cutout portion 15 serves as a starting point for deformation induction, and thus it is easy to improve the fit of the mask body 3 to the face during use.
Further, in the mask 1 of the present embodiment, the mask body 3 covers the notch 15 from the non-skin facing surface side S2 and the skin facing surface side S1 at least in the notch portion forming regions 17 of the side edges 3c. Since the side sheet 13 is provided, it is easy to suppress the notch 15 from directly touching the wearer's face, and the rigidity of the notch formation region 17 is lower than the rigidity of the notch non-formation region 19. Therefore, even if the notch portion formation region 17 touches the wearer's face, it is easy to suppress a sense of discomfort on the wearer's face.
As described above, the mask 1 of the present embodiment can more easily suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face while enhancing the fit of the mask body 3 to the face during use.

Moreover, in the mask 1 of this embodiment, since the notch part formation area 17 does not have an embossed part, even if the said notch part formation area 17 touches a wearer's face, the mask 1 of this embodiment is worn. It is hard to give a stimulus to a person's face, and it is easy to suppress uncomfortable feeling in a wearer's face more reliably.

Moreover, in the mask 1 of this embodiment, since the cellulose fabric 9 is a woven fabric, it has moisture permeability while maintaining moisture absorption, so that it is difficult to be stuffy. Further, since the synthetic fiber fabric 11 is fused at the notch 15 in each of the side edge portions 3c, the mask main body 3 is welded to the synthetic fiber fabric 11 and the cellulose fabric 9 at the fused portion. Since it is easy to suppress misalignment and to ensure the strength of the mask 1 more reliably and to maintain the shape retaining property of the three-dimensional structure of the mask body 3, it is possible to more reliably secure the fit of the mask body 3 to the face. It is easy to suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face more reliably.

In the mask 1 of the present embodiment, since the cellulose fabric 9 is covered with the synthetic fiber fabric 11 in the vicinity of the lower end edge 3b of the mask body 3, the cellulose fabric 9 is placed on the wearer's face in the vicinity of the lower end edge 3b. Hard to touch directly. Therefore, the mask 1 of the present embodiment can more reliably suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face.

Further, in the mask 1 of the present embodiment, the rigidity in the vicinity of the lower end edge 3b is increased by the second folded portion 33 of the mask body 3, so that the shape retaining property of the three-dimensional structure of the mask body 3 is enhanced. Therefore, the mask 1 of the present embodiment can more reliably secure and ensure the fit of the mask body 3 to the face, and can more easily suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face.

Moreover, the mask 1 of this embodiment can maintain the shape retaining property of the three-dimensional structure of the mask main body 3 more easily by the auxiliary embossed portion 37. Therefore, the mask 1 of the present embodiment can more easily ensure the fit of the mask body 3 to the face, and can more reliably suppress the uncomfortable feeling on the wearer's face.
