Claims (12)
- 表面に作為的に形成された凹部を有する粒状芯部と、
前記粒状芯部の前記表面を覆う被覆層部と、を備え、
前記被覆層部の一部は、前記凹部内に入り込んでおり、
前記被覆層部の表面における前記凹部上に位置する部分は、窪んでおり、
前記粒状芯部は、円柱に前記凹部としてV溝が設けられた形状をしていることを特徴とする吸水処理材。 - 請求項1に記載の吸水処理材において、
前記被覆層部は、前記粒状芯部の前記表面の全体を覆っている吸水処理材。 - 請求項1に記載の吸水処理材において、
前記被覆層部は、前記粒状芯部の前記表面の一部のみを覆っている吸水処理材。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の吸水処理材において、
前記粒状芯部は、複数の前記V溝を有しており、
前記複数のV溝は、前記粒状芯部の前記表面に規則的に配設されている吸水処理材。 - 表面に凹部を有する粒状芯部を形成する芯部形成工程と、
前記粒状芯部の前記表面を覆う被覆層部を形成する被覆形成工程と、を含み、
前記芯部形成工程においては、前記凹部を作為的に形成し、
前記被覆形成工程においては、前記被覆層部の一部が前記凹部内に入り込むとともに前記被覆層部の表面における前記凹部上に位置する部分が窪むように当該被覆層部を形成し、
前記粒状芯部は、円柱に前記凹部としてV溝が設けられた形状をしていることを特徴とする吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆形成工程においては、前記粒状芯部の前記表面の全体を覆うように前記被覆層部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記被覆形成工程においては、前記粒状芯部の前記表面の一部のみを覆うように前記被覆層部を形成する吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項5乃至7の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記芯部形成工程は、貫通孔を有するダイスを用いて、前記粒状芯部を構成する芯部材料を押出造粒する造粒工程を含む吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項8に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記貫通孔の内面には、凸部が設けられている吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記凸部は、前記ダイスの厚み方向に延在する突条である吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項9に記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記凸部は、前記貫通孔の出口近傍に設けられた突起である吸水処理材の製造方法。 - 請求項9乃至11の何れかに記載の吸水処理材の製造方法において、
前記貫通孔の内面には、複数の前記凸部が設けられており、
前記複数の凸部は、前記貫通孔の周方向に等間隔で配設されている吸水処理材の製造方法。
