Abstract
Description
本発明では、前記軸部材には、回転羽根が取り付けられており、前記回転羽根に対する前記流体の作用により、前記回転羽根を備える前記軸部材の全体を回転させながら、軸方向へのストロークを可能としたことが好ましい。
本発明では、前記回転駆動室は、前記回転駆動室内に前記流体を供給するポートと、前記流体を外部へ排出する排出口と、を有することが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- シリンダ本体と、前記シリンダ本体内に支持された軸部材と、を有する流体シリンダであって、
流体の作用により、前記軸部材を回転させながら、軸方向へのストロークを可能とし、
前記軸部材には、回転羽根が取り付けられており、前記回転羽根に対する前記流体の作用により、前記回転羽根を備える前記軸部材を回転させることを特徴とする流体シリンダ。 - 前記軸部材は、前記シリンダ本体内で浮いた状態で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体シリンダ。
- 前記シリンダ本体には、前記回転羽根を配置する回転駆動室が設けられており、前記回転駆動室は、前記回転羽根の軸方向へのストロークを許容する空間を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の流体シリンダ。
- 前記回転駆動室は、前記回転駆動室内に前記流体を供給するポートと、前記流体を外部へ排出する排出口と、を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流体シリンダ。
- 前記軸部材は、前記シリンダ本体から前方へ突出するストロークが許容されており、前記軸部材の後端に、前記回転羽根が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の流体シリンダ。
- シリンダ本体と、前記シリンダ本体内に支持された軸部材と、を有する流体シリンダであって、
流体の作用により、前記軸部材を回転させながら、軸方向へのストロークを可能とし、
前記軸部材は、回転駆動体を備え、
前記軸部材の軸方向への位置を測定可能な位置センサが、前記軸部材に非接触で配置されており、
前記軸部材は、前記シリンダ本体から前方へ突出するストロークが許容されており、前記軸部材には、軸中心に沿って後端面に開口する孔が形成されており、前記孔内に、前記回転駆動体と非接触の前記位置センサが配置されることを特徴とする流体シリンダ。 - 前記軸部材は、エアベアリングを備えており、前記シリンダ本体には、前記エアベアリングにエアを噴出するエア供給口が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の流体シリンダ。
