Claims (11)
- 補綴具を体内の場所に送達するための送達システムであって、
長手方向軸線を有する筐体と、
前記筐体内から延びるシースであって、このシース上に外ねじが設けられた前記シースと、
前記筐体の外部からアクセス可能な第1のシース制御器と、を備え、
前記第1のシース制御器は、その回転が前記シースの前記筐体に対する軸線方向の並進を引き起こすように、前記シース上の前記外ねじと整列した内ねじを含み、前記シースと操作可能に係合させられ、
前記第1のシース制御器の第1の作動により、前記シースが前記第1のシース制御器に対して軸線方向に近位方向に移動し前記第1のシース制御器が前記シースと係合していたときには前記補綴具の少なくとも一部分を解放し、
前記筐体に連結され前記筐体の外部からアクセス可能なシース係合制御器であって、前記第1のシース制御器を前記シースと選択的に係合および係合解除させるために、ユーザが押下することによって圧力を提供可能なシース係合制御器と、
前記筐体の軸線方向に延びるスロットに連結され前記筐体に対し軸線方向に移動可能な第2のシース制御器と、を備え、
前記第2のシース制御器は、前記シースに固定され、前記第1のシース制御器が前記シースから係合解除されるように前記シース係合制御器が作動させられると、前記シースを前記第2のシース制御器と一緒に軸線方向に移動させ、前記補綴具の少なくとも一部分を解放させ又は引き込め、
前記第1のシース制御器が、前記筐体に対して軸線方向に移動しない、
ことを特徴とする送達システム。 - 前記第1のシース制御器の第2の作動が、前記シースを前記筐体に対して軸線方向に遠位方向に移動させる、
請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記第1の作動は、前記第1のシース制御器を第1の方向に移動させ、
前記第2の作動は、前記第1のシース制御器を第2の方向に移動させ、
前記第2の方向は、前記第1の方向と異なる、
請求項2に記載の送達システム。 - 前記第1のシース制御器は、ホイールを備え、前記ホイールは、前記筐体に回転可能に取付けられている、
請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記ホイールは、前記ホイールの軸が前記筐体の前記長手方向軸線と一致するように配置される、
請求項4に記載の送達システム。 - 前記ホイールは、前記ホイールの軸が前記長手方向軸線と実質的に垂直に交差するように配置される、
請求項4に記載の送達システム。 - 前記ホイールは、前記ホイールの軸が前記筐体に対して横方向に延びるように配置され、
前記ホイールの軸は、前記長手方向軸線からオフセットしている、
請求項4に記載の送達システム。 - 前記第1のシース制御器が、レバーを備える、
請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記筐体は、前記筐体の側面を長手方向に貫通する近位スロットを備えている、
前記第2のシース制御器は、前記近位スロット内でアクセス可能かつ軸方向に摺動可能である、
請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記筐体の外部からアクセス可能な停止制御器と、前記筐体に対する前記シースの軸線方向の運動を限定するシース停止部と、を更に備え、
前記停止制御器の作動が前記シース停止部を係合解除または係合させ、前記シース停止部は、係合時に、シースの軸線方向移動を可能にするが軸線方向の前記シースの移動の範囲を制限する、
請求項1に記載の送達システム。 - 前記シース係合制御器の作動は、第1のシース制御器を前記シースと係合解除または係合させ、
前記停止制御器および前記シース係合制御器が、前記筐体から突出するように前記筐体の一部分を通じて延びる要素である、
請求項10に記載の送達システム。
