Claims (7)
- 一対の部材がそれぞれ備えた挟み面によって、弁体がその厚み方向両側から挟まれてなる逆止弁であって、
前記弁体は、外側枠部と、該外側枠部の内側に配置されて前記一対の部材のうち一方の部材に形成された流体経路を開閉するシール部と、厚み方向への流体の通過を許容するとともに前記外側枠部およびシール部を連結する連結部とを備え、前記外側枠部、シール部、および連結部は弾性体から形成されており、
前記一対の部材の接合状態による挟み面どうしの面間寸法に比べて、前記外側枠部の厚みが大きく設定されており、
前記一対の部材の接合状態において、一対の部材の挟み面で前記外側枠部が挟まれて厚み方向へ弾性圧縮変形されることによって、前記シール部がその厚み方向一方側へ変位されていることを特徴とする逆止弁。 - 前記一対の部材のうち一方の部材に、前記流体経路が連通するとともに前記外側枠部が厚み方向へ弾性圧縮変形されることによって、シール部がその厚み方向一方側へ変位することを許容する空間を備え、前記一対の部材のうち他方の部材に、シール部の厚み方向他方側への変位を規制させる規制部を備えている請求項1記載の逆止弁。
- 前記連結部の厚みは、外側枠部の厚みに比べて小さく形成されている請求項1または請求項2記載の逆止弁。
- 前記シール部の厚みは、前記連結部の厚みに比べて大きく形成されている請求項3記載の逆止弁。
- 外側枠部と、該外側枠部の内側に配置されて流体経路を開閉するシール部と、流体の通過を許容するとともに前記外側枠部およびシール部を連結する連結部とを備えた弁体であって、
前記外側枠部、シール部、および連結部は弾性体から形成されており、
前記外側枠部の厚みは、対向して配置されて弁体を取付ける一対の部材における取付位置での対向面間の寸法よりも大きく設定され、
一対の部材に挟まれることによる外側枠部の厚み方向への弾性圧縮変形が前記連結部に伝達されることによって、該連結部が前記シール部をその厚み方向一方側へ変位させるように構成されていることを特徴とする弁体。 - 前記連結部は、シール部を外側枠部に比べて厚み方向一方側に位置させるよう形成されている請求項5記載の弁体。
- 前記外側枠部は円環形状に形成され、前記連結部は複数本の連結杆から構成され、これら連結杆はシール部を中心に周方向に等間隔とした放射状に配置されている請求項5または請求項6記載の弁体。
