Description

Claims (17)
- エネルギ貯蔵デバイスと、
無線送受信機と、
電気コネクタと、
前記電気コネクタ及び前記無線送受信機に制御可能に接続されたスピーカを有するイヤフォンと、
前記スピーカに結合されたデータバッファであって、前記データバッファに記憶されたオーディオデータを前記スピーカへ出力するよう構成された、前記データバッファと、
前記データバッファに結合された制御回路であって、前記制御回路による決定、すなわち、
(a)前記オーディオデータが前記電気コネクタによって受信されるとき、前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータは、同じユーザデバイスから受信された、
又は、
(b)前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータは、前記電気コネクタによって受信されたオーディオデータと同一である、
の決定に応答して、前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータを前記データバッファに記憶することから、前記電気コネクタによって受信されたオーディオデータを前記データバッファに記憶することへ遷移させるよう構成された、前記制御回路と、
を備えた、ヘッドフォン。 - 前記電気コネクタは、前記エネルギ貯蔵デバイスから電力を受信するよう構成された第1のコネクタと、
前記スピーカと手段可能に接続された第2のコンタクトと、
を含む、請求項1に記載のヘッドフォン。 - 前記制御回路は、前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータが、前記電気コネクタによって受信されたオーディオデータと同じユーザデバイスから受信されている、又は前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータは、前記電気コネクタによって受信されたオーディオデータと同一である、のいずれでもないという決定をした場合、前記無線送受信機によって受信されたオーディオデータを前記データバッファに記憶することを継続するよう構成されている、請求項1に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記電気コネクタが、前記無線送受信機を介して受信したデータと前記電気コネクタを介して受信したデータとの間でスピーカ制御を継ぎ目なく遷移するように構成された、請求項3に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記無線送受信機又は前記電気コネクタを介して追加のデータを受信することなく、所定の時間の間前記ヘッドフォンを動作させるような、前記データバッファのサイズにされる、請求項1に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記ヘッドフォンが、前記電気コネクタを介してデジタルオーディオデータを受信するように構成された、請求項1に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記ヘッドフォンが、前記電気コネクタを介してアナログオーディオデータを受信するように構成された、請求項1に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記電気コネクタが、USBコネクタを含む、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のヘッドフォン。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵デバイスが、充電式バッテリを含む、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載のヘッドフォン。
- ヘッドフォン内のスピーカの動作を制御するデータソース間を継ぎ目なく遷移する方法であって、
無線データ経路を介してユーザデバイスから前記ヘッドフォンでデータを受信することと、
前記無線データ経路を介して受信したデータをデータバッファに記憶することと、
前記データバッファに記憶された前記データに従って前記スピーカを制御することと、 前記無線データ経路及び有線データ経路を介して前記ヘッドフォンでデータを受信することと、
前記無線データ経路を介して受信したデータ及び前記有線データ経路を介して受信したデータが共に前記ユーザデバイスからのものである場合、前記データバッファに記憶された前記データに従った前記スピーカの前記制御に影響することなく、前記無線データ経路からのデータを前記データバッファに記憶することから前記有線データ経路からのデータを前記データバッファに記憶することに遷移することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記無線データ経路を介して受信したデータ及び前記有線データ経路を介して受信したデータが共に前記ユーザデバイスからのものでない場合、前記無線データ経路を介して受信したデータを前記データバッファに記憶することを継続する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記有線データ経路を介して受信した前記データが前記無線データ経路を介して受信した前記データと同じであることを判定することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記無線データ経路から受信したデータの前記データバッファへの前記記憶を停止することを更に含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記データバッファに記憶され前記無線データ経路から受信された前記データ内の停止点を識別することを含み、前記停止点は、前記無線データ経路から受信され前記データバッファに記憶された最後のデータである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記有線データ経路から受信した前記データ内の前記停止点に対応するデータを識別することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記データバッファ内の前記停止点に対応する前記データの後に前記有線データ経路からデータを記憶することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記データバッファに記憶された前記データに従った前記スピーカの前記制御に影響することなく、前記無線データ経路からデータを前記データバッファに記憶することから前記有線データ経路からデータを前記データバッファに記憶することに遷移することを可能にするような、前記データバッファのサイズにすることを含む、請求項10〜16の何れか1項に記載の方法。
