- セラミックマトリックス複合材部品(100)用のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)であって、
シャンク(106)の頂部(230)に当接し、前記シャンク(106)の頂部(230)全体に延在する1以上の頂部プライ(210)と、
前記シャンク(106)の側部(240)に当接し、前記シャンク(106)の側部(240)に沿って延在する1以上の側部プライ(220)と、
積層物と
を備え、
前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)及び前記1以上の側部プライ(220)が、前記セラミックマトリックス複合材部品(100)のシャンク(106)上にエンジェルウィング(108)を形成し、前記1以上の側部プライ(220)及び前記積層物が、前記シャンク(106)上にスカート(110)を形成し、該積層物が前記エンジェルウィングには配設されていない、タービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)が、連続プライ(200)である、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)が、終端プライ(202)である、請求項1に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)が、織込まれている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)が、編込まれている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)を取り囲むマトリックス(406)を更に備える、請求項5に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
- 前記1以上の頂部プライ(210)が、炭化ケイ素繊維補強セラミックマトリックス複合材、炭素繊維補強セラミックマトリックス複合材、アルミナ又はアルミナ−ケイ酸塩繊維補強酸化マトリックス複合材、又はそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。

- 前記1以上の側部プライ(220)が、炭化ケイ素繊維補強セラミックマトリックス複合材、炭素繊維補強セラミックマトリックス複合材、アルミナ又はアルミナ−ケイ酸塩繊維補強酸化マトリックス複合材、又はそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のタービンブレード封止構造体(120)。
