Description
When a disaster such as a tsunami occurs, this is related to a high place evacuation device that moves refugees to the top floor of the tsunami evacuation tower, the upper floor of the hierarchical building, or the rooftop floor, and evacuates, especially when a power outage occurs. The present invention relates to an altitude evacuation device that can be moved to an altitude and evacuated in a short time.
When a disaster such as a tsunami occurs, it is necessary to evacuate refugees in a short time, for example, on the top floor of a tsunami evacuation tower having a height of 10 m or more, or on the upper floor or the roof floor of a hierarchical building such as a factory / apartment. In this case, if the refugee is a normal person, it is possible to evacuate by rushing to the rooftop or upper floor using a tsunami evacuation tower or a staircase or slope of a hierarchical building.
However, it is difficult for an elderly person, an infant, or a disabled person to move and evacuate quickly. Therefore, a lifting device such as an elevator can be used in such a case.
However, when a disaster occurs, a power outage is expected. When a power outage occurs, the elevator and other lifting devices driven by electric power cannot be used. Therefore, there is an emergency rooftop evacuation device disclosed in
This emergency rooftop evacuation device uses a balance between the weight of the gondola on which the evacuee is placed and the balance weight, so that the driving force for raising and lowering the gondola is extremely small, and the electric motor operates manually or with a small generator It can be used even during a power outage.
Further, in
However, since the emergency rooftop evacuation device shown in
In addition, when the elevator rescue device and the elevator rescue method shown in
The present invention has been made based on such points, and the purpose thereof is to use a power source as a drive source for directly moving the gondola up and down even when a disaster such as a tsunami occurs and a power failure occurs. An object of the present invention is to provide a high place evacuation device capable of moving a gondola to a tsunami evacuation tower or a rooftop or upper floor of a hierarchical building without operability in a short time.
Another object of the present invention is to enable stable movement of the gondola and safe and reliable stop by controlling the moving speed of the gondola.
In order to achieve the above object, the high place evacuation device according to
The following effects can be obtained by the above means . That is, according to the high altitude evacuation device according to the present invention, even when a disaster such as a tsunami occurs and the power source is lost, the power source is not used as a driving means for moving the gondola up and down. Can be evacuated quickly and safely to the rooftop and upper floors of hierarchical buildings.
Specifically, by adopting a structure using a weight balance that uses a gondola and a counterweight, the gondola carrying the evacuees is lifted toward the target position with the driving force of only gravity to evacuate the evacuees It becomes possible. Furthermore, in the present invention, a variable weight that can be adjusted in weight is applied as the counterweight itself or an auxiliary weight attached to the counterweight. It is possible to raise the gondola carrying the to the target position. And the drive source is comprised by the simple structure of only the weight of the counterweight itself or the counterweight and the auxiliary weight.
In addition, when the weight of the variable weight is set to a predetermined descendable weight, the gondola raised to the rooftop or upper floor is lowered, and the gondola is again moved to the lower floor or the ground surface where the next refugee waits. Can be rescued using only the weight of the gondola as the driving force.
Further, when the variable weight is configured by including a liquid storage tank that stores the liquid and a predetermined weight of liquid stored in the liquid storage tank, the liquid is used as means for adjusting the weight of the variable weight. The weight of the variable weight can be easily set to a desired predetermined weight by adjusting the amount of liquid accommodated.
Also, a liquid injection port and a liquid discharge port are provided for the liquid storage tank, and when the liquid storage tank moves to a predetermined liquid discharge position and stops, the liquid is discharged from the liquid discharge port to On the other hand, when the liquid storage tank moves to a predetermined liquid injection position and stops, the liquid recovered in the recovery tank can be supplied again to the liquid storage tank and injected from the liquid injection port. When configured as described above, the gondola can be lifted and lowered efficiently and without waste by circulating and using a liquid as a medium for adjusting the weight of the variable weight.
The hydraulic motor further includes a lifting speed control device for the high place evacuation device, and acts on the rotating shaft of the first pulley provided in the gondola to reduce the rotation of the rotating shaft. And a hydraulic oil tank that supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor, and an inflow and discharge hydraulic pipe that connects the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic oil tank. Because the braking force of the magnitude corresponding to the output of the hydraulic motor acts on the rotating shaft to reduce the rotational speed of the rotating shaft, sudden changes in the lifting speed of the gondola are prevented, making it safe, secure, and reliable It is possible to move the passenger to the roof floor or upper floor, or to the lower floor or the ground surface.
In addition, a slow-down device is further provided for the above-mentioned high altitude evacuation device, and the slow-down device is provided with a hydraulic circuit having a slow-down valve and a flow rate adjusting valve for ascending and descending, and the slow-down valve. A lever arm that controls the operation of the slow-down valve according to the rotation angle thereof, and a plurality of guide bars that are in contact with the lever arm and disposed at positions corresponding to each level where the gondola stops; When the gondola approaches the level where the gondola is stopped, the speed of the gondola is further reduced, and it becomes possible to stop at the level safely and reliably.
Also, when the gondola starts, it starts at a low speed at first, and then can safely and reliably move to the next stop position at a speed set by the lifting speed control device. In addition, the use of the slow down valve and flow rate adjustment valve improves the safety of the lift and slow down operations, and the smooth change in speed enables the gondola to be moved up and down safely and reliably at a stable speed. Become.
Further, a stop device is provided for stopping the gondola and resuming the raising / lowering operation by operating the gondola with respect to the high place evacuation device, and the stop device is disposed on the rotation shaft of the first pulley. In the case of comprising a brake means and a brake switching means provided in a gondola that switches between braking and releasing of the brake means, an operator who rides on the gondola basically sets the brake switching means. Unless operated, the gondola will not rise, lower or stop, so the safety of the high altitude evacuation device will be maintained.
On the other hand, the operator in the gondola who has confirmed the safety of the passenger himself / herself operates the brake switching means to raise, lower and stop the gondola, so that the safety when starting, moving and stopping the gondola is also improved. improves.

(3) Details of the evacuation method for high places (see Figs. 7 to 9)
The altitude evacuation method according to the present embodiment is an altitude evacuation method executed by using the above-described
Hereinafter, the contents of these five steps will be specifically described.

FIG. 10 is a graph showing a change in speed when the
As shown in FIG. 10, when the lifting
