Description
Claims (8)
- 変形量に応じた弾性力を所定方向へ加える一対の板ばねと、
前記一対の板ばねにより前記所定方向へ移動可能に支持された可動部材と、
前記所定方向において前記一対の板ばねの間で作用させる電磁力により、前記可動部材を非接触で前記所定方向へ駆動する駆動部と、
前記可動部材の所定面に対向する対向面を有する第1本体と、
前記一対の板ばねが固定された第2本体と、を備え、
前記第2本体の第1面は、前記第1本体の前記対向面に対向し、かつ前記可動部材の前記所定面とは同一平面上に位置しており、
前記第1本体の前記対向面と前記第2本体の前記第1面との間に所定厚みのシムが挿入された状態で、前記第1本体と前記第2本体とが固定されている
電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記駆動部は、U字状に形成されたコアと、前記コアのU字状の底部に取り付けられたコイルとを備えており、
前記可動部材は、前記コアのU字状の直線状の部分の間に位置している請求項1に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記可動部材において、前記一対の板ばねの間に位置する部分に可動子が固定されており、
前記駆動部は、前記可動子に前記電磁力を作用させる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記可動部材は、所定面において前記所定方向に所定長で開口する開口流路が形成された弁体であり、
前記所定面に対向する対向面に開口する複数のポートが、前記所定方向に前記所定長よりも短い間隔で並んで形成され、且つ前記複数のポートにそれぞれ接続された接続流路が形成された第1本体を備える請求項3に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 - 前記一対の板ばねにより、前記弁体の両端部が支持されている請求項4に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 前記板ばねは、最も面積の大きい主面が前記所定方向に垂直となるように、前記第2本体に固定されている請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 前記駆動部において、前記板ばねが自然状態で前記可動部材を支持する状態における前記可動部材の位置は、前記可動部材を前記所定方向に往復駆動させる電磁力を作用させていない中立位置に設定されている請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の電磁アクチュエータ。
- 変形量に応じた弾性力を所定方向へ加える一対の板ばねと、
前記一対の板ばねにより前記所定方向へ移動可能に支持された可動部材と、
前記所定方向において前記一対の板ばねの間で作用させる電磁力により、前記可動部材を非接触で前記所定方向へ駆動する駆動部と、を備え、
前記可動部材において、前記一対の板ばねの間に位置する部分に可動子が固定されており、
前記駆動部は、前記可動子に前記電磁力を作用させ、
前記可動部材は、所定面において前記所定方向に所定長で開口する開口流路が形成された弁体であり、
前記所定面に対向する対向面に開口する複数のポートが、前記所定方向に前記所定長よりも短い間隔で並んで形成され、且つ前記複数のポートにそれぞれ接続された接続流路が形成された第1本体を備える電磁アクチュエータ。
