The present invention relates to a contactless power transmission device and a contactless power transmission system, and more particularly to a contactless power transmission device and a contactless power transmission system that transmit power to a power receiving device in a contactless manner.
There is known a non-contact power transmission system that performs non-contact power transmission from a power transmission device to a power reception device (see
For example, Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2014-207795 (Patent Document 1) discloses a non-contact power feeding system that feeds power from a power feeding device (power transmission device) to a vehicle (power receiving device) in a non-contact manner. In this non-contact power supply system, the power supply apparatus includes a power transmission coil, an inverter, and a control unit. The power transmission coil transmits power in a non-contact manner to a power reception coil mounted on the vehicle. An inverter produces | generates the alternating current according to a drive frequency, and outputs it to a power transmission coil. The control unit obtains the charging power command to the battery and the output power to the battery from the vehicle side, and feedback-controls the drive frequency of the inverter so that the output power follows the charging power command (see Patent Document 1).
When the inverter is a voltage-type inverter, and the transmission power corresponding to the drive frequency is supplied to the transmission coil, by adjusting the duty of the inverter output voltage and the inverter drive frequency, the transmission coil and the reception coil Power transmission to and from can be controlled. For example, the transmission power can be controlled by adjusting the duty of the inverter output voltage. In addition, for example, by adjusting the drive frequency of the inverter so that the current flowing through the power transmission coil is minimized while the power received by the power reception device is constant, the power transmission efficiency between the power transmission coil and the power reception coil is increased. be able to.
However, since the magnitude of the transmitted power depends not only on the duty of the output voltage of the inverter but also on the inverter driving frequency, the transmitted power is also affected by the adjustment of the inverter driving frequency. Therefore, if the transmission power changes with the adjustment of the drive frequency of the inverter, the transmission power may become unexpectedly large. For example, in a situation where the coupling coefficient between the power transmitting coil and the power receiving coil is small or the transmitted power is small, the change in the transmitted power tends to increase with respect to the change in the drive frequency of the inverter. Therefore, in such a situation, when adjustment of the drive frequency of the inverter is performed, an overshoot of the transmission power occurs, and the transmission power can be unexpectedly large. Such a problem and its solution are not particularly examined in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to transmit power when the inverter drive frequency is adjusted in a power transmission device that transmits power to a power receiving device in a contactless manner. It is to suppress overshoot as much as possible.
Another object of the present invention is to suppress transmission power overshoot as much as possible when the inverter drive frequency is adjusted in a power transmission system that transmits power from a power transmission device to a power reception device in a contactless manner. .
A non-contact power transmission device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a power transmission unit, a voltage-type inverter, and a control unit. The power transmission unit is configured to transmit power to the power receiving device in a contactless manner. The voltage-type inverter supplies transmission power corresponding to the drive frequency to the power transmission unit. The control unit controls the inverter. The control unit adjusts the duty of the output voltage of the inverter and adjusts the drive frequency. The transmission power is controlled to the target power by adjusting the duty. And a control part performs operation which reduces the duty of an output voltage with the change of a drive frequency.
A contactless power transmission system according to another aspect of the present invention includes a power transmission device and a power reception device. The power reception device includes a power reception unit configured to receive power from the power transmission device in a contactless manner. The power transmission device includes a power transmission unit, a voltage-type inverter, and a control unit.
In these contactless power transmission devices and contactless power transmission systems, the duty of the output voltage of the inverter decreases when the drive frequency of the inverter is changed. When the duty of the output voltage of the inverter decreases, the transmission power decreases. Therefore, it is possible to suppress overshoot of transmitted power due to adjustment of the drive frequency of the inverter.
According to the present invention, in a power transmission device that transmits power to a power receiving device in a contactless manner, overshoot of transmitted power can be suppressed as much as possible when the drive frequency of the inverter is adjusted.

[Embodiment 1]
(Configuration of power transmission system)
FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of a power transmission system to which a contactless power transmission device according to
The
The
The
As main control executed by the
Further, the
The transmission power is also affected by the adjustment of the drive frequency of the
The
On the other hand,
The
The
The
Charging
As main control executed by the charging
The
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of a circuit configuration of the
Although not particularly illustrated, the configurations of the
Referring to FIG. 1 again, in this power transmission system, transmission power (alternating current) is supplied from
In the
(Transmission power overshoot suppression)
In the
Therefore, in
FIG. 3 is a diagram for describing a control example of

Since the operating point T1 is far from the target power, the duty of the output voltage of the
Then, the drive frequency of the
As described above, in a situation where the coupling coefficient between the power transmitting coil and the power receiving coil is small or the transmitted power is small, the contour lines of the transmitted power tend to be dense. As shown in FIG. 3, if no measures are taken when the drive frequency of the
As described above,
(Explanation of transmission power control and primary coil current control)
FIG. 4 is a control block diagram of transmission power control and primary coil current control executed by
The
The F / F operation
The F / F operation
The
Thus, in
FIG. 5 is a diagram for describing a control example of
The drive frequency is changed from f1 to f2 by primary coil current control, and the duty is reduced by feedforward control. As a result, the operating point changes to T03. Such an operation is repeated, and the drive frequency of the
Thus, in
(Description of operating point search procedure)
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a processing procedure for operating point search in the
Referring to FIG. 6, when
When the target power Psr is set, the
When the transmission power control and the primary coil current control are executed, the
Thereafter,
As described above, in
In the examples shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the transmission power is increased by operating in the direction of increasing the drive frequency of the

[Other embodiments]
As described above, the first embodiment has been described as the embodiment of the present invention. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the first embodiment. Here, an example of another embodiment will be described.
In the first embodiment, the primary coil current control is executed by adjusting the drive frequency of the
Further, both the primary coil current control and the turn-on current control may be executed by controlling the drive frequency of the
