Claims (7)
- ロータ(120)及びステータハウジング(130)を備える回転機械(100)と共に使用される楕円状密封システム(140)であって、
各々が摩耗性コーティング(170)を含む複数の密封セグメント(260)を備え、
前記摩耗性コーティング(170)を有する前記複数の密封セグメント(260)により形成される密封システムが楕円形の形状(240)を有し、
前記複数の密封セグメント(260)が、第1半部(270)と第2半部(280)のみからなり、
前記ステータハウジング(130)に配置され、前記第1半部(270)と第2半部(280)の中心のみにバイアスを与える複数のバイアス部材(180)を備え、
前記複数のバイアス部材(180)が、前記楕円状密封システム(140)の6時の位置と12時の位置で前記ロータ(120)に対する前記複数の密封セグメント(260)による干渉を提供し、前記楕円状密封システム(140)の3時の位置と9時の位置で前記第1半部(270)と前記第2半部(280)の係合がもたらされる、楕円状密封システム(140)。 - 前記複数の密封セグメント(260)がパッキンリング(150)を含む、請求項1に記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
- 前記ロータ(120)が複数の歯(200)を含み、前記複数の歯(200)が前記複数の密封セグメント(260)の前記摩耗性コーティング(170)に干渉する、請求項1または2に記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
- 前記複数の歯(200)が複数のJ条片(210)を含み、前記複数のJ条片(210)が前記複数の密封セグメント(260)の前記摩耗性コーティング(170)に干渉する、請求項3に記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
- 前記複数の密封セグメント(260)を前記ロータ(120)に向かって偏倚させる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
- 前記複数のバイアス部材(180)が、前記複数の密封セグメント(260)を前記ロータ(120)に向かって偏倚させる複数のばね(190)を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
- 前記楕円状密封システム(140)が前記回転機械(100)である圧縮機(110)に使用される、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の楕円状密封システム(140)。
