Description
Claims (13)
- 開放後端(11a)、および吸入弁(50)を担持する頂部壁(12)によって閉鎖された前端(11b)からなる円筒の管状スカート(11)を有するピストン(10)と、往復運動でピストン(10)を駆動するように該ピストン(10)に接続される作動手段(30)とによって形成される可動アセンブリを備えるタイプのリニアモータ圧縮機用の吸入マフラーであって、前記マフラーは第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)を備え、少なくともその第2のインサートが、スカート(11)の内部に完全に配置され、前記第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)が、互いから間隔を置いて配置される向かい合う開放端(61a、62a)と、ピストン(10)の頂部壁(12)および作動手段(30)にそれぞれ取り付けられる閉鎖された反対向きの端部(61b、62b)とを有し、第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)が、その内部に、それぞれ第1のチャンバ(C1)および第2のチャンバ(C2)を画定し、低熱伝導率材料の第3の管状インサート(63)が、ピストン(10)のスカート(11)を内部に内張りするように設けられ、環状通路(15)が、第3の管状インサート(63)と第2の管状インサート(62)との間の半径方向間隔によって画定され、これは、第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)の開放端(61a、62a)を通して第1および第2のチャンバ(C1、C2)に通じており、スカート(11)の開放後端(11a)を吸入弁(50)と連通させ、第3の管状インサート(63)が、第2の管状インサート(62)と単一体で構成され、互いに対して角度的にオフセットされて配置される複数の半径方向フィン(64)によって第2の管状インサート(62)に接合されることを特徴とする、吸入マフラー。
- 第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)が同軸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)が、同じ外径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第1のインサート(61)が、スカート(11)の内部に突出する開放端(61a)に隣接したその延長部分の一部を有し、環状通路(15)に向かい合いかつ環状通路(15)におよび第1および第2のチャンバ(C1、C2)の内部に通じているもう1つの環状通路(16)を形成するために、第3の管状インサート(63)に対して半径方向間隔を画定することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 環状通路(15)および他の環状通路(16)が、第3のインサート(63)に対して第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)から同じ一定の半径方向間隔によって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第3のインサート(63)は、反対側端部(63b)と、スカート(11)から僅かに間隔を置いて配置される第3の管状インサート(63)を維持し、冷媒ガスがスカート(11)と第3の管状インサート(63)との間に画定される縮小半径方向間隔の内部に入ることを防止するために、前記反対側端部(63b)の領域に設けられ、スカート(11)の開放後端(11a)の領域でスカート(11)に半径方向に当接される少なくとも1つの小さな外側環状突起(63c)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第1のインサート(61)が、作動手段(30)に密封して着座されかつそれに取り付けられるその閉鎖された反対側端部(61b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第1の管状インサート(61)の閉鎖された反対側端部(61b)が、作動手段(30)に設けられる環状壁(31)に密封して当接されるべき環状端縁(61c)と、作動手段(30)に設けられるそれぞれのねじ部(33)に係合されるべき内部ねじ部(61d)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 圧縮機には、頂部壁(12)の領域においてピストン(10)に取り付けられる第1の端部(21)と作動手段(30)に取り付けられる第2の端部(22)とを有する、ピストン(10)内側にロッド(20)が設けられ、第1および第2の管状インサート(61、62)が、ロッド(20)の周りに配置され、ロッド(20)の第1の端部(21)によってピストン(10)の頂部壁(12)に、かつロッド(20)の第2の端部(22)および作動手段(30)の部分のうちの1つにそれぞれ取り付けられるその閉鎖された反対向きの端部(61b、62b)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の吸入マフラー。
- ロッド(20)の第1の端部(21)は、外側ねじ山(21b)が設けられ、かつピストン(10)の頂部壁(12)のねじ付き軸方向孔(12a)の内部に係合される、縮小された直径の軸方向突起部(21a)形態であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 第2の管状インサート(62)の閉鎖された反対側端部(62b)が、ロッド(20)の第1の端部(21)の領域の周りに、緊密に着座されかつ軸方向にロックされる内部環状壁(62c)を組み込むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 内部環状壁(62c)には、外方に向いた、かつピストン(10)の頂部壁(12)の向かい合う切欠き領域に着座される中央凹部(62d)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸入マフラー。
- 開放後端(11a)、および吸入弁(50)を担持する頂部壁(12)によって閉鎖された前端(11b)からなる円筒の管状スカート(11)を有するピストン(10)と、往復運動でピストン(10)を駆動するように該ピストン(10)に接続される作動手段(30)とによって形成される可動アセンブリを備えるタイプのリニアモータ圧縮機であって、それの可動アセンブリが、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に画定されるような吸入マフラーを担持することを特徴とする、リニアモータ圧縮機。
