Claims (2)
- 基板設置部に設置されている基板に塗工されている樹脂に、モールドに形成されている微細な転写パターンを転写する転写装置において、
前記モールドを支持している転写ローラの移動によって前記転写をするように構成されており、
前記転写ローラの移動による前記モールドの前記基板設置部に設置されている前記基板に塗工されている樹脂への押し当てがされるときに、前記転写ローラをガイドする転写ローラガイド部が設けられており、
前記転写ローラガイド部は、前記基板設置部に一体的に設けられている傾斜部材で構成されており、
前記傾斜部材は、前記転写ローラの移動方向に長く形成されていて前記基板設置部から前記転写ローラの移動方向に突出している転写ローラ係合部位を備えて構成されており、
前記転写ローラ係合部位は、前記基板設置部側に位置している基端側部位と前記基板設置部から離れている先端側部位とを備えて構成されており、
前記基端側部位は、前記転写ローラの移動方向に延伸しており、前記先端側部位は前記転写ローラの移動方向に対して僅かな角度傾いて斜めに延伸していることを特徴とする転写装置。 - 基板設置部に設置されている基板に塗工されている樹脂に、モールドに形成されている微細な転写パターンを転写する転写装置において、
前記モールドを支持している転写ローラの移動によって前記転写をするように構成されており、
前記転写ローラの移動による前記モールドの前記基板設置部に設置されている前記基板に塗工されている樹脂への押し当てがされるときに、前記転写ローラをガイドする転写ローラガイド部が設けられており、
前記転写ローラガイド部は、前記基板設置部に一体的に設けられている傾斜部材で構成されており、
前記傾斜部材は、前記転写ローラの移動方向に長く形成されていて前記基板設置部から前記転写ローラの移動方向に、前記転写ローラの移動方向に対して僅かな角度傾いて斜めに延伸して突出していることを特徴とする転写装置。
