As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the notch 31 is formed from the outer periphery of the main body 30 to the center of the main body 30. That is, the notch 31 is formed so that the circumferential length (groove width) is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the mounting groove 28, and the radial length (depth) is the inner diameter of the mounting groove 28. It is formed longer than.

Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the retaining member 26 is inserted into the main body 30 by inserting the notch 31 of the main body 30 corresponding to the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 of the operating member 21. 30 is configured to be rotatably disposed in the mounting groove 28. Further, the retaining member 26 engages the main body 30 with the locking recess 29 in the mounting groove 28 by rotating the operating member 21 in a state in which the rotation of the main body 30 with respect to the mounting groove 28 is prevented. It is comprised so that the convex part 32 may engage.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the retaining member 26 is operated by engaging the engaging convex portion 32 of the main body portion 30 with the engaging concave portion 29 in the mounting groove 28 in a releasable manner. It arrange | positions in the state which can be removed with respect to the attaching part 27 of the member 21, and while rotating integrally with the operation member 21 in this state, the operation member 21 comes out of the watch case 1 from the through-hole 20 of the watch case 1. It is configured to prevent this.

In this case, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the retaining member 26 is rotated by the operation member 21 so that the locking recess 29 in the mounting groove 28 is positioned below the watch case 1, that is, on the back cover 6 side. In this case, since the open side of the cutout portion 31 of the main body portion 30 is located on the upper side, the main body portion 30 is configured to be able to be removed from the mounting groove 28 along the cutout portion 31.

For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the retaining member 26 is configured not to fall off from the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21 by the drop-off preventing portion 33. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the drop-off prevention unit 33 is provided integrally with a pressing member 8 that presses the timepiece module 7 into the wristwatch case 1.

That is, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the drop-off prevention portion 33 is a plate-like portion that is provided upright on the outer peripheral edge located on the 3 o'clock side of the presser member 8, and is a wristwatch case. 1 is arranged between the inner peripheral surface of 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the timepiece module 7, and in this state, the upper end portion is configured to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface located below the retaining member 26.

In this case, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 5, the drop-off prevention unit 33 has a length (thickness) in the axial direction of the operation member 21 that is greater than a length (thickness) in the axial direction of the retaining member 26. And the length of the mounting portion 27 in the axial direction is substantially the same. Further, the drop-off preventing portion 33 has a length (width) in the circumferential direction of the presser member 8 at the contact surface that contacts the outer peripheral surface located below the retaining member 26. The portion 31 is formed longer than the circumferential length (interval).

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, a mounting hole 34 is provided in the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 along the axial direction from the inside of the watch case 1 toward the outside of the watch case 1. An interlocking portion 35 is attached to the attachment hole 34. The interlocking portion 35 is formed in a rod shape whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27. The interlocking portion 35 has an outer end portion located on the outer side of the watch case 1 screwed into the mounting hole 34 and an inner end portion located on the inner side of the watch case 1 incorporated in the watch case 1. The watch module 7 is configured to be inserted.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the interlocking portion 35 is connected to a timepiece movement (not shown) of the timepiece module 7 when its inner end is inserted into the timepiece module 7, and in this state, the operation member 21 is connected. The time and the like indicated by the hands 10 are corrected by rotating with the shaft portion 23 along with the rotation of the timepiece and operating the timepiece movement of the timepiece module 7.

Next, the case where such a wristwatch is assembled will be described.
First, the watch glass 5 is attached to the upper opening of the main body case 2 of the watch case 1, the first outer case 3 is attached to the upper outer periphery of the main body case 2, and the outer periphery of the main body case 2 and the first outer case 3 The second outer case 4 is attached to the outer periphery. In this state, the decorative ring 22 is attached to the outer periphery of the outer end portion of the through hole 20 of the main body case 2. As a result, the watch case 1 is assembled, and the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the watch glass 5 is covered with the first outer case 3 and the second outer case 4.

In the main body case 2 of the watch case 1, the parting member 12 is disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the lower surface of the timepiece glass 5 from the lower side, and the timepiece module 7 is disposed in the main body case 2 of the watch case 1. At this time, the first dial plate 13 and the second dial plate 14 are arranged in advance on the upper surface of the timepiece module 7, and each hand shaft provided on the timepiece movement in the timepiece module 7 (both not shown). 2) attach the pointer 10 and the function needle 11 respectively.

In this state, when the timepiece module 7 is disposed in the wristwatch case 1, the timepiece module 7 is aligned with the wristwatch case 1 and the parting member 12. At this time, the first dial plate 13 and the second dial plate 14 provided in the timepiece module 7 are aligned corresponding to each time character 12a of the parting member 12, and the outer periphery of the timepiece module 7 is attached to the watch case 1. The switch device 17 and the plurality of push button switches 18 to be attached are made to correspond.

In this case, since the operation member 21 is not inserted into the through hole 20 of the watch case 1, the parting member 12, the first dial plate 13, the second dial plate 14, and the watch module 7 are arranged in the watch case 1. When doing so, the operating member 21 does not protrude into the wristwatch case 1 and get in the way. Therefore, the parting member 12, the first dial plate 13, the second dial plate 14, and the clock module 7 are not restricted by the operation member 21, and the first dial plate 13, the second dial plate 14, and the clock module. 7 can be easily and satisfactorily incorporated into the watch case 1.

Then, the operation member 21 of the switch device 17 and the plurality of push button switches 18 are attached to the watch case 1. In this case, when attaching the operation member 21 of the switch device 17 to the wristwatch case 1, a plurality of waterproof rings 25 are attached to the outer periphery of the large-diameter portion 23 b of the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 in advance. The outer end portion of the rod-like interlocking portion 35 is screwed into the attachment hole 34, and the interlocking portion 35 is attached to the attachment hole 34 of the shaft portion 23 by screwing.

In this state, the interlocking portion 35 of the operation member 21 is inserted into the through hole 20 of the watch case 1 from the outside, and the operation member 21 is attached to the through hole 20 of the watch case 1. At this time, the interlocking portion 35 passes through the through hole 20 of the watch case 1 and protrudes into the watch case 1, and the small diameter portion 23 a of the shaft portion 23 is inserted into the small diameter hole portion 20 a of the through hole 20. The diameter portion 23 b is inserted into the large diameter hole portion 20 b of the through hole 20, and the head portion 24 is disposed so as to protrude to the outside of the through hole 20.

In this state, the plurality of waterproof rings 25 provided in the large-diameter hole portion 20b of the shaft portion 23 are in pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter hole portion 23b in a slidable state in the rotational direction. Further, the head 24 is disposed between the pair of protective cover portions 4 a provided in the second exterior case 4, and the upper and lower portions on the outer peripheral surface of the head 24 are exposed in the vertical direction. Further, the interlocking portion 35 protruding into the watch case 1 is inserted into the watch module 7 in the watch case 1 and connected to a watch movement (not shown) in the watch module 7.

At this time, a mounting portion 27 provided at the inner end portion of the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 protrudes into the wristwatch case 1, and the protruding mounting portion 27 serves as an inner peripheral surface of the wristwatch case 1 and an outer peripheral surface of the timepiece module 7. Between. Therefore, the retaining member 26 can be inserted between the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the timepiece module 7 and can be attached to the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21.

In this state, with the open side of the notch 31 provided in the main body 30 of the retaining member 26 facing upward, the notch 31 of the main body 30 is made to correspond to the mounting groove 28 of the attachment 27, and this In this state, the notch 31 of the main body 30 is inserted into the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27, and the main body 30 is rotatably disposed in the mounting groove 28.

Then, when the head portion 24 of the operation member 21 is rotated in a state in which the rotation of the main body portion 30 of the retaining member 26 with respect to the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 is prevented, the mounting portion 27 rotates accordingly. As a result, the locking recess 29 in the mounting groove 28 rotates and the engagement protrusion 32 of the main body 30 is engaged with the locking recess 29. As a result, the retaining member 26 is rotated integrally with the operation member 21.

In this state, since the engaging convex part 32 of the main body part 30 is located at the lower part, the retaining member 26 falls out of the mounting groove 28 of the attachment part 27 along the notch part 31 of the main body part 30. In order to prevent this, the head 24 of the operation member 21 is further rotated in a state in which the engaging convex portion 32 of the main body portion 30 is engaged with the locking concave portion 29 of the mounting groove 28.

Then, the retaining member 26 rotates together with the shaft portion 23, and the engaging concave portion 29 of the mounting groove 28 and the engaging convex portion 32 of the main body portion 30 rotate and move from the lower side toward the upper side, and the main body portion 30. The opening side of the notch 31 rotates and moves downward. Thereby, the retaining member 26 does not fall down from the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 along the notch portion 31 of the main body portion 30.

In this state, the presser member 8 is inserted into the wristwatch case 1 from below, the main body portion 8a of the presser member 8 is disposed on the lower surface of the timepiece module 7, and a plurality of presser pieces 8b of the presser member 8 are attached to the wristwatch case. 1 is inserted between the inner peripheral surface of 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the timepiece module 7. Thereby, the timepiece module 7 is fixed in the wristwatch case 1 by the pressing member 8.

At this time, the drop-off prevention portion 33 provided on the outer peripheral portion of the presser member 8 is inserted between the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the timepiece module 7, and the upper end surface of the drop-off prevention portion 33 is prevented from being removed. It abuts on the outer peripheral surface located below the member 26. In this state, even if the head portion 24 of the operating member 21 is rotated and the retaining member 26 is rotated together with the shaft portion 23, the retaining member 26 does not fall out of the mounting portion 27 of the operating member 21.

Further, in this state, the outer diameter of the main body portion 30 of the retaining member 26 is larger than the inner diameter of the inner end portion of the small-diameter hole portion 20a in the through hole 20 of the wristwatch case 1, so The outer peripheral portion comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1. For this reason, the operating member 21 is attached to the through hole 20 of the watch case 1 in a rotatable state without slipping out of the watch case 1. Thereafter, the wristwatch 6 is attached to the lower portion of the wristwatch case 1 to assemble the wristwatch.

By the way, when disassembling the wristwatch, the back cover 6 is removed from the lower portion of the wristwatch case 1 and the presser member 8 is taken out from the wristwatch case 1. At this time, the drop-off prevention part 33 arranged below the retaining member 26 is taken out from the wristwatch case 1 together with the presser member 8. For this reason, the retaining member 26 can be detached from the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21. In this state, the retaining member 26 can be removed from the mounting portion 27 of the operating member 21 by rotating the head 24 of the operating member 21.

That is, by rotating the head 24 to rotate the attachment portion 27 and rotating the retaining member 26 together with the attachment portion 27, the locking recess 29 of the mounting groove 28 of the attachment portion 27 is moved to the lower side. The open side of the notch 31 provided in the main body 30 of the retaining member 26 is directed upward. Then, the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 relatively moves along the notch portion 31 of the retaining member 26, and the engaging convex portion 32 of the main body portion 30 is detached from the locking concave portion 29 of the mounting groove 28. The retaining member 26 falls out of the mounting portion 27.

Thereby, the head 24 of the operation member 21 can be pulled out of the watch case 1. At this time, the shaft portion 23 is extracted from the through hole 20 of the watch case 1 to the outside while the interlocking portion 35 of the operation member 21 is extracted from the timepiece module 7. Thereby, the timepiece module 7 can be taken out from the wristwatch case 1. For this reason, a wristwatch can be disassembled easily and easily.

Next, the operation of the wristwatch switch device 17 will be described.
In the switch device 17, the time can be adjusted by moving the pointer 10 and the like by rotating the head 24 of the operation member 21. At this time, both sides of the head 24 of the operation member 21 are protected by a pair of protective cover portions 4a provided on the second exterior case 4 of the wristwatch case 1, and the outer peripheral surfaces positioned above and below the head 24 are in the vertical direction. Is exposed. For this reason, the outer peripheral surface located above and below the head 24 is sandwiched between fingers and rotated.

Then, the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 rotates in the through hole 20 of the wristwatch case 1, and the interlocking is inserted into the timepiece module 7 and connected to the timepiece movement (not shown) as the shaft portion 23 rotates. The part 35 rotates. Thereby, the hand shaft (not shown) of the timepiece movement is rotated according to the rotation of the interlocking unit 35, and the hands 10 are moved. Thereby, the time pointed by the pointer 10 or the like is corrected.

At this time, even if the retaining member 26 rotates together with the shaft portion 23, the outer peripheral surface located at the lower portion of the retaining member 26 is in contact with the upper end surface of the drop-off preventing portion 33 provided on the presser member 8. As a result, the retaining member 26 does not fall off from the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21. At this time, the circumferential length of the presser member 8 on the upper end surface of the drop-off prevention portion 33 is longer than the circumferential length of the notch 31 provided in the main body 30 of the retaining member 26. Therefore, the retaining member 26 can be smoothly rotated together with the shaft portion 23.

That is, when the retaining member 26 rotates together with the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 and the notch portion 31 provided in the main body portion 30 of the retaining member 26 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the dropout preventing portion 33, the notch Since each end portion located on the open side of the portion 31 is not caught by the end portion of the upper end surface of the dropout prevention portion 33, the cutout portion 31 of the retaining member 26 moves downward and the dropout prevention portion 33. Even when the upper end surface of the stopper member 26 is reached, the cutout portion 31 of the retaining member 26 passes smoothly over the upper end surface of the dropout prevention portion 33.

Thus, according to the switch device 17 of this wristwatch, the wristwatch case 1 in which the timepiece module 7 is incorporated and the through hole 20 is provided, and the wristwatch case 1 is rotatably inserted into the through hole 20 of the wristwatch case 1, and An operating member 21 having a shaft portion 23 provided with a mounting portion 27 protruding into the wristwatch case 1 and a mounting portion 27 of the operating member 21 are detachably disposed and rotate integrally with the operating member 21. By providing the retaining member 26 that prevents the operation member 21 from coming out of the wristwatch case 1 and the retaining member 33 that prevents the retaining member 26 from falling off the mounting portion 27, the retaining member 26 can be simplified. The timepiece module can be easily assembled and disassembled without being restricted.

That is, in the wristwatch switch device 17, the watch module 7 can be assembled in the watch case 1 in advance before the operation member 21 is attached to the through hole 20 of the watch case 1. The shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 is inserted into the hole 20, and the retaining member 26 can be detachably disposed on the mounting portion 27 of the shaft portion 23 protruding into the watch case 1. The retaining member 26 can be prevented from dropping off from the mounting portion 27.

Thus, in this switch device 17, the retaining member 26 can be easily and easily attached to and detached from the mounting portion 27 of the operating member 21, so that the operating member 21 can be easily attached to the watch case 1 by the retaining member 26. In addition, the retaining member 26 can be removed from the operation member 21. Thereby, since the operation member 21 can be easily removed from the wristwatch case 1, the timepiece module 7 can be easily assembled and disassembled without being restricted.

That is, in the switch device 17, the shaft portion 23 of the operation member 21 is inserted into the through hole 20 of the watch case 1 in a state where the watch module 7 is assembled in the watch case 1, and the mounting portion 27 of the shaft portion 23 is inserted. Since the operation member 21 can be easily and easily attached to the watch case 1 simply by arranging the retaining member 26, the timepiece module 7 is not restricted by the operation member 21 and can be easily assembled. Can do.

Thereby, in this wristwatch, the clock module 7, the first dial plate 13, the second dial plate 14, and the parting member 12 are not restricted by the operation member 21, so the clock module 7, the first dial plate 13, The second dial 14 and the parting member 12 can be maximized with respect to the outer shape of the watch case 1, and the watch module 7 can be easily manufactured. Can also provide a preferable one.

Further, in this switch device 17, the retaining member 26 can be easily and easily detached from the mounting portion 27 by simply removing the drop-off preventing portion 33 from the inside of the watch case 1, so that the operation member 21 can be removed. Since the watch module 7 can be easily and easily removed from the inside of the through-hole 20 of the case 1 and thus can be easily and easily removed from the inside of the watch case 1, disassembling easily and satisfactorily. Can do.

In this case, in the switch device 17, the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21 is provided with an annular mounting groove 28 provided adjacent to the inner end portion of the shaft portion 23 located on the inner side of the watch case 1, and the mounting portion 27. A locking recess 29 provided in the groove 28, a notch portion 31 into which the retaining member 26 is detachably inserted into the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27, and the wristwatch case 1. A ring-shaped main body 30 that is larger than the inner diameter of the inner end of the through-hole 20, and a portion that is located in the notch 31 of the main body 30 and can be engaged with and disengaged from the locking recess 29 of the attachment 27 The retaining member 26 can be attached to the attachment portion 27 in a state where it can be detached.

That is, in this switch device 17, even when the watch module 7 is assembled in the watch case 1, the retaining member 26 is inserted between the outer peripheral surface of the watch module 7 and the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1. Since the notch 31 of the main body 30 can be easily inserted into the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 from the open side of the notch 31 provided in the main body 30 of the retaining member 26, it is easy. The retaining member 26 can be disposed in the mounting groove 28, and the engaging protrusion 32 of the main body 30 can be moved into the engaging recess 28 of the mounting groove 28 simply by rotating the head 24 of the operating member 21 in this state. 29 can be engaged.

Therefore, in this switch device 17, when the head 24 of the operation member 21 is further rotated in a state where the engagement protrusion 32 of the main body 30 is engaged with the engagement recess 29 of the mounting groove 28, the shaft portion 23, the retaining member 26 rotates, and the engaging recess 29 of the mounting groove 28 and the engaging protrusion 32 of the main body 30 can be rotated and moved from the lower side toward the upper side. The open side of the notch 31 can be rotated downward so that the retaining member 26 does not fall out of the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 along the notch 31 of the main body 30. Can be arranged.

Further, in the switch device 17, when removing the retaining member 26 from the mounting portion 27 of the operation member 21, the head 24 is rotated to rotate the mounting portion 27, and the retaining member 26 is rotated together with the mounting portion 27. By doing so, the locking recess 29 of the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 can be moved to the lower side, and the open side of the notch 31 provided in the main body 30 of the retaining member 26 can be directed upward. .

Thereby, since the mounting groove 28 of the mounting portion 27 can be relatively moved along the notch portion 31 of the retaining member 26, the engaging convex portion 32 of the main body portion 30 can be moved into the locking concave portion of the mounting groove 28. 29, and the retaining member 26 can be detached from the mounting portion 27 and removed, whereby the head 24 of the operation member 21 can be pulled out of the watch case 1. The member 21 can be easily removed.

Further, in the switch device 17, the drop-off preventing portion 33 is disposed in the watch case 1 and is provided in the press member 8 that presses the watch module 7 in the watch case 1, so that the press member 8 in the watch case 1 is provided. When the watch module 7 is fixed to the wristwatch case 1 by the presser member 8, the drop-off prevention part 33 of the presser member 8 is arranged below the retaining member 26 provided at the attachment part 27 of the operation member 21. Accordingly, even if the drop prevention unit 33 is provided, the number of parts does not increase, and the assembly work and the disassembly work can be easily performed.

In this case, the drop-off preventing portion 33 has a length in the circumferential direction along the inner peripheral surface of the watch case 1 at the contact surface that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the retaining member 26 in the notch portion 31 of the retaining member 26. By being formed longer than the circumferential interval, the retaining member 26 rotates together with the operation member 21, and the notch portion 31 provided in the main body portion 30 of the retaining member 26 is located above the drop-off preventing portion 33. When the end surface is reached, each end portion located on the open side of the cutout portion 31 can be prevented from being caught by the end portion of the upper end surface of the drop-off prevention portion 33, thereby preventing the retaining member together with the operation member 21. 26 can be rotated smoothly.

Further, in the switch device 17, an interlocking portion 35 that is inserted and connected to the timepiece module 7 incorporated in the watch case 1 and operates the timepiece module 7 according to the rotation operation of the operation member 21 is attached to the operation member 21. Thus, the head portion 24 of the operation member 21 can be rotated to rotate the interlocking portion 35, whereby the timepiece module 7 can be operated reliably and satisfactorily.

That is, in this switch device 17, when the operating member 21 is inserted into the through hole 20 of the wristwatch case 1 with the interlocking portion 35 attached to the operating member 21, the interlocking portion 35 is inserted into the timepiece module 7. In this state, when the head portion 24 of the operation member 21 is rotated and the interlocking portion 35 is rotated, the handpiece 10 of the timepiece movement or the like is rotated according to the rotation of the interlocking portion 35. The time can be adjusted easily and reliably.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the holding member 8 is provided with the drop-off preventing portion 33 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be provided on, for example, the back cover 6 attached to the lower portion of the watch case 1. The module 7 may be provided on the inner frame for assembling the wristwatch case 1.

In the embodiment described above, the rod-like interlocking portion 35 is attached to the operation member 21, and the interlocking portion 35 is inserted into the timepiece module 7 and connected to the timepiece movement. The interlocking portion 35 is not necessarily provided, and the operation member 21 can also be applied to a pushbutton switch that presses a switch portion provided on the outer peripheral portion of the timepiece module 7.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a wristwatch has been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily a wristwatch, and can be applied to various types of timepieces such as a travel watch, an alarm clock, a table clock, and a wall clock. Further, the present invention is not necessarily limited to a watch, and can be applied to various electronic devices such as a mobile phone and a portable information terminal.
