Claims (5)
- 熱電子を放出する直線状に張られたフィラメントと、2組のグリッドとアノードを有する真空管であって、
前記アノードの両方は、平面基板上の同一の面に形成され、
前記フィラメントは、前記平面基板と平行に、前記アノードの両方と対向する位置に配置され、
前記グリッドのそれぞれは、同じ組の前記アノードと第1所定間隔を有して対向し、前記フィラメントと第2所定間隔を有するように、前記アノードと前記フィラメントとの間に配置され、
前記フィラメントを、2組の前記アノード同士の中間点に対応する位置で固定するフィラメント中間固定部と、
当該真空管内の真空度を保つためのゲッターリングと、
前記ゲッターリングを、前記フィラメント、前記グリッド、前記アノードに対して遮蔽するためのゲッターシールド
を備え、
前記ゲッターリングは、前記グリッドのそれぞれから等距離に配置されている
ことを特徴とする真空管。 - 請求項1記載の真空管であって、
前記第2所定間隔は、0.2mm以上0.6mm以下である
ことを特徴とする真空管。 - 請求項1または2に記載の真空管であって、
前記第1所定間隔は、0.15mm以上0.35mm以下である
ことを特徴とする真空管。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか記載の真空管であって、
前記フィラメントは、固有振動の基本周波数が3kHz以上である
ことを特徴とする真空管。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の真空管であって、
前記グリッドのそれぞれの中心は、前記フィラメントの片端から1/4の位置と対向しており、前記フィラメント中間固定部は、前記フィラメントを2分する位置である
ことを特徴とする真空管。
