Description
The present invention relates to an electrolysis system having an electrolysis apparatus that electrolyzes seawater or salt water to generate electrolyzed water containing hypochlorous acid.
Conventionally, in thermal power plants and nuclear power plants that use a large amount of seawater, the agglomeration of algae and shellfish in contact with seawater such as intakes, pipes, condensers, and various coolers has become an issue. Yes.
To solve this problem, electrolysis is performed on natural seawater to produce sodium hypochlorite (chlorine, sodium hypochlorite), and the electrolytically treated water containing sodium hypochlorite is taken into the water inlet. A marine organism adhesion prevention device that suppresses marine organism adhesion by injection has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Also, a deoxygenation method is known in which ammonia is injected with a large pH (hydrogen ion index) value (for example,
By the way, in a plant that takes in a large amount of seawater, such as a thermal power plant, and discharges ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater such as boiler wastewater, it is necessary to install a marine organism adhesion prevention device and an ammonia nitrogen removal device, respectively. It was.
That is, in the marine organism adhesion prevention device, in addition to the control of changing the concentration of hypochlorous acid contained in the electrolyzed water while keeping the injection flow rate of the electrolyzed water constant, the flow rate of the electrolyzed water and the hypochlorous acid concentration There is a method for controlling the concentration. On the other hand, in the ammonia nitrogen removing device, the concentration of hypochlorous acid is kept constant, and the operation is controlled by changing the injection amount of the electrolytic treatment water.
Therefore, it has been difficult to perform both treatment for preventing marine organism adhesion and removing ammonia nitrogen using a single seawater electrolyzer.
This invention provides the electrolysis system which can remove the nitrogen component contained in the nitrogen content drainage discharged from a plant while suppressing adhesion of marine organisms in a water intake using one electrolysis device. is there.

According to such a structure, while using one electrolyzer, while suppressing the adhesion of marine organisms in the seawater line, it is possible to remove the nitrogen component contained in the nitrogen-containing wastewater discharged from the plant.
According to such a configuration, the amount of hypochlorous acid supplied to the nitrogen treatment tank and the amount of hypochlorous acid injected into the seawater line can be kept constant.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to prevent nitrogen-containing wastewater that is insufficiently nitrogen-treated from being discharged out of the system.

The control device operates the
When the amount of hypochlorous acid in the electrolyzed water E reaches a predetermined amount, the same control as the control of the electrolysis system 1 of the first embodiment is performed.
Note that the method for retaining the wastewater in the

Similarly to the control device of the second embodiment, the control device of the present modification is an electrolytic process that flows out from the
