Description
The present invention relates to a management method for accurately finishing an upper surface to a predetermined height when placing concrete for constructing a structure or the like.
When placing concrete, the mold is often assembled and uncured concrete is poured into the mold. Then, the upper surface is leveled using a scissors or the like and finished so as to have a predetermined height.
In order to finish the top surface of the placed concrete to a predetermined height, an index for the placement height in the form of a rod is set up within the range to be placed, and the top surface of the concrete is based on the index. Many equalization methods are used.
However, in the conventional method, there may be a difference in the finish depending on the skill of the operator. In particular, when the concrete member to be constructed by concrete placement is a concrete floor slab of a bridge or a floor of a building, such as when placing concrete over a wide area in the horizontal direction, High skill of the operator is required in order to finish to an accurate height without unevenness.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a concrete placement height management method capable of efficiently and accurately finishing the top surface of the placed concrete. That is.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
In this method, the relative positional relationship between the reference point and the photographing position is specified from the positional relationship between the image in which the reference point is imprinted and three or more reference points. Then, the relative positional relationship between the reference point and a plurality of positions on the upper surface of the placed concrete is specified from the two images by a three-dimensional photo measurement technique. Therefore, by setting the positional relationship between the planned finish height of the concrete upper surface and the reference point or the point imprinted in the photographed image, the position of the concrete upper surface and the planned finish height obtained from the two images are set. It is possible to specify the positional relationship with By contrasting these, when working to level the concrete, an operator leveling the top surface by displaying on the display means the range where the height of the top surface of the concrete is higher or lower than the planned finish height The height of the upper surface can be corrected based on the displayed image so as to approach the planned finishing height.
The invention according to
In this method, the height of the top surface of the concrete is displayed on the top surface of the concrete where the range that is higher or lower than the planned finish height is actually leveled, and the operator can adjust the height of the displayed position while viewing this display. It can be corrected. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently finish the upper surface of the concrete to an accurate height.
The invention according to
In this method, the top surface of the concrete can be efficiently finished to an accurate height as in the invention according to
The invention according to claim 4 is the concrete placement height management method according to any one of
In this method, it is possible to easily set the reference point, and it is possible to accurately calculate the height of the upper surface of the concrete that is calculated from the two positions and the shooting position.
As described above, in the concrete placement height management method according to the present invention, it is possible to finish the top surface of the placed concrete efficiently and accurately.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an example of equipment and its arrangement when carrying out the concrete placement height management method according to the present invention.
This method can be suitably used when concrete is placed in a predetermined range A to finish the upper surface substantially flat, and is a standard for setting the concrete around the range A to be placed. About the

A
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of reference point frames 1 are installed around a range A where concrete is placed. In this embodiment, it is installed near the four corners outside the rectangular area. Then, it is desirable to measure the distance between the reference frames for one reference point of each
As shown in FIG. 3, the
When it is difficult to fix the
When the installation of the
These calculation methods use a method known as photogrammetry or photometry, and the reference point is imprinted on the image from the image in which the reference point whose distance between them is known is imprinted. The photographing position by the digital camera is specified based on the position that is present. Then, the same point on the two images is specified, and as shown in FIG. 4, the position in the three-dimensional space is specified from the position where this point is imprinted on each image.
At this time, the photographing position by the digital camera and the position of the reference point can specify three-dimensional coordinates in a coordinate system set based on the photographing position as shown in FIG. Also, as described later, it can be displayed in three-dimensional coordinates converted into a coordinate system set based on the object to be measured. The step of specifying the shooting position by the digital camera is performed in advance before placing concrete. You may keep it.
The step of identifying the same point on the two captured images can be performed as follows, for example.
A partial range is extracted from one of the two images with a low resolution, and this is used as a template T 1 to scan the other image P as shown in FIG. Then, the correlation between the images is calculated while sequentially moving the positions, and the position where the correlation value reaches a peak is set as the same point between the two images. Then, increasing the resolution of the image, retrieve the further portion from a range taken out above as a template T 1 as a template T 2, the resolution is in the range t 1 the correlation value reaches a peak in a low state, The other image is scanned as shown in FIG. Then, the correlation between the images is calculated while sequentially moving the positions, and the position where the correlation value reaches a peak is set as the same point between the two images. The same point on the two images is specified for each block of a predetermined size for almost the entire upper surface of the concrete placed by repeating such operations.
The template T is desirably corrected according to the angle at which the image is taken, as shown in FIG. Images taken from two different positions are taken with the shape distorted even in the same part due to the difference in the angle of photography. Thus, if the template T 0 is taken out a part from an image of the remains were taken, the correlation value becomes smaller. Therefore, correction according to the angle at which the image was taken is performed.
Moreover, in order to make it easy to specify the same point from two images by the above scanning, light may be irradiated on the upper surface of the concrete when two images are taken. For example, by photographing by irradiating lattice light, the characteristics of each position are clarified, and the same point can be easily identified.
When the same point is specified on the two images as described above, the position in the three-dimensional space is specified from the position where this point is imprinted on the two images. Then, when the position of the upper surface of the placed concrete is specified, the positional relationship is calculated in comparison with the set planned finish surface, that is, the planned finish height of the upper surface. At this time, it is desirable to set a coordinate system in which the positional relationship is clear. For example, a coordinate system is set in which the set planned finishing surface is the XY plane, and the axis orthogonal to the XY plane is the Z axis. In this coordinate system, the position of the upper surface of the concrete identified from the two images indicates the difference in a positive value in the Z direction when it is higher than the planned finishing surface, and a negative value in the Z direction when it is lower than the planned finishing surface. Can show an amount lower than the planned finished surface. The contrasted values are displayed on a diagram showing the top surface of the concrete to be placed.
FIG. 6 shows an example of a diagram in which the position of the upper surface of the concrete specified from the two images is compared with the planned finish surface, and the difference in height is displayed in different colors. In this figure, the range higher and lower than the planned finish surface, and the degree of height difference are displayed by color coding. By displaying this figure on the display device 4, the concrete is placed and leveled. The height of the top surface of the concrete can be grasped when performing.
Further, by projecting this figure on the upper surface of the concrete leveled by the projecting
Although the
FIG. 7 is a schematic side view showing an example in which the concrete placement height management method according to the present invention is applied when a prestressed concrete bridge is cantilevered.
This bridge construction method is such that the
When the range of placing concrete is large and two digital cameras, that is, one set of digital cameras, cannot capture the entire area, multiple sets of digital cameras and projection devices are installed and divided into multiple areas. You can manage the installation height. In addition, a continuous image of the entire area can also be displayed when photographing the upper surface of the range where the concrete is placed in a plurality of regions. At this time, as shown in FIG. 8,
Moreover, the height of the planned finishing surface when placing concrete is not limited to being set as one plane, but can also be set as a combination of a plurality of surfaces. For example, when the upper surface of the
The concrete placement height management method according to the present invention is applied to the cantilever bridge girder described above, and when a concrete floor slab is constructed on the previously formed concrete or steel bridge girder. It can be suitably applied when it is necessary to level the concrete accurately over a wide range, such as when placing concrete on a floor of a building or when placing concrete on a pavement. Further, other equipment and operations to be used can be implemented with appropriate modifications within the scope of the present invention, and the form of the reference frame is not limited to that shown in FIG.
