Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure of a partition made of cold leaf humidity controlled paper for fresh leaf herbs, a container box and a transport system for transporting fresh leaf herbs such as edible herbs using the same, and a fresh leaf herb.

Conventionally, in container boxes for transporting fresh leaf herbs such as edible herbs, a large number of retail leaf cases containing fresh leaf herbs are stored and stored so that they can be displayed and sold in stores. I was carrying it. Because fresh leaf herbs are greatly affected by the temperature of the distribution process, the quality of the herb is influenced by the temperature of the distribution process, so a cold storage agent is placed in the box so that the fresh leaf herb does not deteriorate. In order not to get in the way of the case, it was covered with a removable frame on the bottom corner of the box and isolated with tape. Also, if the inside of the box is dried, there will be no discoloration or freshness of leaves, and there will be a loss of commercial value. In addition, if the water drops on the surface of the leaves, it may become dirty.
Patent Document 1 describes a structure in which a box body is divided into two by a central heat insulating plate, and one side contains dry ice and a frozen product, and the other stores a refrigerated product.
Patent Document 2 describes a structure in which an accommodation space is formed in the center of the box body and the periphery thereof by a partition plate.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-8515

If a cryogen that is stored in the box so that the fresh leaf herb is not deteriorated is stored in the bottom corner of the box or on one side of the box, a temperature difference will occur between the box and the place near the cryogen. As the quality of leaf herbs varied, there was a risk that the cold insulation would condense and wet the box bottom, resulting in deterioration of the box. In addition, in the structure in which the housing space is formed in the center of the box body and its surroundings by the partition plate, simply placing the cold insulation agent in the central space not only does not allow the cold air to reach the inside of the box, but also causes the condensation of the cold insulation agent. There was a risk that the box bottom would be wetted and the box deteriorated.

In addition, as described in claim 13, the present invention provides a fresh leaf herb contained in a container accommodated in a fresh leaf herb container of a container box for transporting fresh leaf herbs according to claim 10 or 11. It is something to be offered.
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 14, the container-containing fresh leaf herb container according to claim 13 is a container-containing fresh using a container larger than the vent hole provided in the cryogen storage frame. It is intended to provide leaf herbs.

According to the partition plate made of cold and humidity control paper according to the present invention, as described in claim 1 of the present invention, it is detachable by surrounding the central position of the bottom of the box having the bottom plate, the top plate and the side plate. A refrigerating agent storage frame made of water-absorbing paper that is erected on the wall, and a refrigerating agent provided in a position that can be assembled at a position distant from the bottom of the inside of the refrigerating agent storage frame, It is composed of a water-absorbent paper-made cryogenic agent installation shelf to be placed, and has a configuration in which a fresh leaf herb accommodating part is partitioned on the outer periphery of the cryogenic agent accommodating frame, so that the refrigerant is installed including the center position of the box Since the cooler in the vicinity of the center is isolated from the bottom, side, and top of the box, the heat energy of the cooler is directly conducted to the outside and does not escape. Fresh leaf herbs stored in the fresh leaf herb container on the outer periphery of the body It has the effect of being able to store well, and the cryogen storage frame is made of water-absorbent paper, so unlike conventional foam, it is easy to fold, recycle without storing space before and after use and transport There is little effect on the environment, and the cost can be reduced. In addition, water is absorbed even when the condensed water on the surface of the cooling agent drips, so even if the bottom of the box is paper, the strength is reduced due to the condensed water. In addition, even if it is a water-repellent bottom, water does not accumulate at the bottom, so water droplets do not adhere to the surface of the fresh leaf herb, so there is an effect that the fresh leaf herb does not hurt and contains a cooling agent Since the frame body and the cooling agent installation shelf are made of water-absorbing paper, there is an effect that the moisture retaining function in the box can be provided by absorbing the condensation of the cooling agent.

Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 2, at least one of the two pairs of the cryogen storage frames is cut out so as to substantially coincide with the interval between the two cryogen storage frames. The notched piece portion is provided between the two cold-reserving agent housing frames and the cold-retaining agent installation shelf is provided, so that the notched piece portion allows the notch piece portion to be attached to the cold-reserving agent housing frame. There is an effect that the ventilation hole and the cooling agent installation shelf can be provided simultaneously.
At least one of the cutout piece portions may coincide with the interval of the cryogen storage frame body, but when the cutout piece portions are provided in both of the cold storage agent storage frame body, it may be overlapped to match the interval, Further, it may be joined at the middle so as to match the interval.
Moreover, the space | interval of a cooling agent storage frame is a space as a cold storage agent installation shelf, and the notch piece part should just have a substantial distance to the surface to oppose, and the space | interval of a pair of cold storage agent storage frames is partial. If they are different, it is sufficient if the distance reaches the part. Further, there may be a part that is enlarged for fixing, a part that does not reach the part, or the like.
Further, both of the two pairs of the cryogen storage frame frames are cut out so as to alternately correspond to the interval between the two cryogen storage frames, and the cut piece portions are formed as the two cryogen storage frames. In the case where the cooling agent installation shelf is provided across the body, there is an effect that the ventilation hole and the cooling agent installation shelf can be alternately provided in the cooling agent storage frame by the notch pieces facing each other.

Further, according to the present invention, a pair of substantially parallel score lines that form the planar shape of the cold storage agent installation shelf at the center of the middle partition plate in the unfolded state of the paper partition plate as described in claim 3 And a pair of inner folding lines provided along a line connecting opposite ends of the cut line, and provided in a substantially perpendicular direction from the pair of cut lines toward the edge of the partition plate, respectively. The one frame side portion between the cutting line, the inner folding line provided along the straight line that substantially coincides with the cut line, and the plane shape of the cooling agent installation shelf in the center portion The inner fold line provided along a straight line that substantially coincides with the cut line that forms the other frame side located diagonally opposite to the cut line, and the auxiliary frame side separated from the frame side part substantially coincide with the cut line The outer folding line provided along the straight line to be installed, and the cold insulation agent installed in the central part And having an unfolded state composed of an outer fold line provided along a straight line that substantially coincides with the cut line that forms the other auxiliary frame side located diagonally opposite the auxiliary frame side. Thus, the cryogen storage frame is raised by a pair of parallel cut line portions and a pair of inner folding line portions that form the planar shape of the cooling agent installation shelf at the center of the partition plate, and each cut line portion The folding frame side part and the auxiliary frame piece part are folded along the inner fold line part and the outer fold line part and overlapped with each other, so that the cold insulation agent is placed at a position away from the bottom part in the cold insulation container frame. Made of cold-insulated paper that can divide the fresh leaf herb storage part into the box on the outer periphery of the cryogen storage frame and the cold storage agent installation shelf that is placed in a space including the center of the box There is an effect of providing a partition plate.

In this case, the height of the cold insulation agent installation shelf is provided along the line connecting the width of the cut line portion that forms the planar shape of the cold insulation agent installation shelf at the center of the partition plate and the opposite end of the cut line portion. The width of the inner folding line part is equal to the width of the inner folding line part, and the width of the inner folding line part becomes the same height when the plane shape of the cryogen installation shelf is a rectangular parallelepiped. When the plane shape of the cryogen installation shelf where the width of the line part is smaller than the width of the inner fold line part is a boat shape, the height of the end of the cut line part is lower than the center part of the inner fold line part On the contrary, the width of the cut line portion is larger than the width of the inner fold line portion. If the plane shape of the cryogen installation shelf is a drum shape, the end portion of the cut line portion from the center portion of the inner fold line portion. Height increases.
Further, according to the present invention, as described in the fourth aspect of the present invention, by having a configuration having a separation line portion provided in a substantially right angle direction from the substantially center portion of the cut line portion toward the edge of the partition plate, The height of the cut line part of the agent installation shelf is half the width of the cut line part, and the cut line part is supported by both the standing frame side part and the auxiliary frame piece part, rather than supporting either one. There is an effect that can be stably supported.

Further, according to the present invention, the intermediate line portion of the pair of inner folding line portions provided along the line connecting the opposite ends of the cut line portion is wider than the interval between the cut line portions. By having the configuration that forms the provided wide intermediate line portion, it is possible to stably accommodate the cold insulation agent by narrowing the both ends of the cryogen installation shelves, and at the lower portions of the both ends, There is an effect that can guide and collect condensed water.
Also, by providing an inner curved line part in parallel with the cut line part from the end of the wide intermediate line part toward the edge of the partition plate, the shape of the cryogen storage frame is almost the same shape as the cryogen installation shelf Can be.
Moreover, this invention is the inside fold line part provided relatively along the line which ties the opposite edge part of the cut line part which forms the planar shape of a refrigerant | coolant installation shelf as described in Claim 6. Provide an intermittent part with no fold line part in part, separate both ends of the opposing intermittent part by a notch line part, and separate the center of the separation part along a straight line that matches the separation line part. By having the structure which provides a piece part, while being able to support a cooler agent installation shelf stably by a standing piece part, there exists an effect which can send out cold air along a box bottom part by a vent hole.
Here, the standing leg piece is a part that is connected as a part of the cryogen storage frame from a part of the cryogen installation shelf to the bottom of the box, and supports the cryogen installation shelf. If it is, shape is not ask | required.

Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 7, one of the standing frame sides separated by a separating line provided in a substantially perpendicular direction from the cutting line to the edge of the partition plate is the cutting line. Is bent at a substantially right angle by an inner folding line portion provided along a straight line that substantially matches the straight line, and an auxiliary frame side portion separated from the standing frame side portion is provided along a straight line that substantially matches the cut line portion. The outer fold line portion is bent at a substantially right angle to the outside, and the cold storage agent storage frame is raised by a pair of inner fold line portions opposed to each other with the planar shape of the center of the cold storage agent installation shelf at the bottom. By making the raised frame piece part of the frame piece part and the auxiliary frame piece part overlap and assembling, the folded upright frame piece part and the auxiliary frame piece part are overlapped, so that the cold-humidified paper is being manufactured. Assemble the partition plate and easily accommodate it in the box There is an effect that can Rukoto.

Further, the length of the standing frame piece portion along the separation line portion from the cut line portion of the standing frame piece portion and the auxiliary frame piece portion is longer by the length of the cut line portion than the auxiliary frame piece portion. Since the folded upright frame piece portion and the auxiliary frame piece portion have the same size, they can be easily accommodated in the box by assembling the partition plate made of cold and humidity controlled paper.
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 8, the length obtained by adding the length of the cut line portion of the cryogen installation shelf and the width of the standing frame piece portion or the auxiliary frame piece portion on both sides thereof is the width of the box. Therefore, there is an effect that the horizontal width of the partition plate made of cold and humidity controlled paper is substantially matched with the horizontal width of the box and can be stably accommodated.
In addition, as described in claim 9, the present invention has an effect of providing one or a plurality of ventilation holes in the cryogen storage frame so that the cooling and humidity control action can be stably distributed over the entire box. is there.
In addition, the vent is a hole for ventilating the cold air from the cryogen to the fresh leaf herb container, and the shape is not particularly limited, but the size is such that the cryogen does not come out and the hole is open. good. Moreover, even if it is a ventilation hole made by a notch, it should just be a size from which a cooling agent does not escape.

In addition, the present invention provides a fresh leaf by a container box for transporting fresh leaf herbs using the partition plate made of the cold and humidity controlled paper according to any one of claims 1 to 9, as described in claim 10. There is an effect that can be stored and transported without deteriorating herbs.
In addition, the present invention provides a container box for transporting fresh leaf herbs that is lightweight and easy to fold and assemble by comprising a cardboard box that can be assembled. There is an effect, and the dew condensation water is absorbed by the cooling agent installation shelf, so that there is an effect that the bottom portion deterioration due to the dew condensation water does not occur as in the case of the polystyrene foam box.
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 12, the folded partition plate made of cold-insulated and humidity-controlled paper according to any one of claims 1 to 9 is assembled and accommodated in a box, and a cold-insulating agent-accommodating frame. The effect of providing a transport system for fresh leaf herbs that stores the cool insulation agent in the center of the box by the shelf with the cold insulation agent and stores the fresh leaf herbs around the box and stores or transports them. There is.

Moreover, as described in claim 13 of the present invention, the fresh leaf herb in a container accommodated in the fresh leaf herb container of the container box for transporting fresh leaf herb according to claim 10 or 11 is Since fresh leaf herbs are put in a container and stored in a container box for transportation, perishable fresh leaf herbs can be stacked and stored, and the stacking position is almost the same at the top and bottom, and the same cold and moisturizing effect can be obtained.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on illustrated embodiments.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the middle partition plate body 20 made of the cold and humidity controlled paper partition plate according to the present invention is positioned at the center of the bottom 31 of the box body 30 having the bottom plate, the top plate, and the side plates. Then, the cooler storage frame 1 made of water-absorbent paper that can be detachably installed and assembled, and the cooler 40 can be assembled at a position distant from the bottom 31 in the cooler storage frame. It has a configuration in which a fresh leaf herb storage section 50 is defined on the outer periphery of the cool storage container frame 1.
Here, the water-absorbent paper refers to paper that has not been subjected to processing such as water-repellent coating, gloss paint or film sticking on the surface of the paper, and soaks when dripping water. Further, the water-absorbing paper may be a single sheet, a plurality of stacked sheets, or a sheet bonded like a cardboard. Furthermore, the thing which improved water absorption can also be used by processing a surface, such as a crack, a cut | interruption, and fluffing.
In addition, the cooling agent is a type that can be used repeatedly by adding a highly water-absorbing resin to water, sealing it in a container, and cooling it, or in a container that has the effect of cooling the surrounding gas such as dry ice or ice in the container. What is necessary is just a thing, and it is preferable that it is a cryogen which can be used repeatedly especially.

The center of the bottom of the box is located near the intersection of the center position of the long side and the center position of the short side, and the position of the area including the width of up to 20% of the length of each side. Say. The central part of the box means a position of ± 20% of the central position in the height direction at the central part of the bottom of the box. Further, the space including the central part includes a part of the central part of the box.
Moreover, the cryogen installation shelf should just be a shelf or a step part which can put a cryogen. The bottom surface does not need to be completely closed, and any shape that can support and maintain the weight of the cryogen can be used.
In addition, as for the material of the cryogen storage frame, basically, it is sufficient if the cryogen installation shelf has water absorption, but it is efficient to produce the whole with the same material from the manufacturing process. Also from the viewpoint of enhancing the wet effect, it is preferable that all the material of the partition plate is made of water-absorbing paper.
In addition, fresh leaf herbs are herbs whose edible part is mainly the leaf part and may be accompanied by roots, stems, etc., but the edible leaf part is mainly used It is. Fresh leaf herbs are specifically mustard green, siblet, lemongrass, watercress, selbachico, sorel, perilla, tarsai, celery, basil, sage, arugula, mint, endive, fragrant vegetables, oregano, parsley, marsh, chervil A fresh leaf herb that is a single item or a combination of leaf herbs such as red beet, thyme, dill, baby spinach and tarragon. Furthermore, the mixed cut leaf herb which selected or cut only the leaf part from these, or the baby leaf which mixed several kinds of young leaves etc. are also contained.

In addition, the fresh leaf herb storage part is a part that is divided by the box and the partition plate, and is a part that stores the fresh leaf herb.
Thereby, since the cold insulating agent 40 can be installed including the center position of the box 30, the cold insulating agent 40 in the vicinity of the center is isolated from the bottom surface, the side surface and the top surface of the box 30. Since the heat energy of the agent is directly conducted to the outside and does not escape, the fresh leaf herb accommodated in the fresh leaf herb accommodating portion 50 on the outer periphery of the cold-reservoir accommodating frame 1 can be stored with good freshness.
In addition, since the cryogen storage frame 1 and the cryogen installation shelf 2 are made of water-absorbent paper, the wall surface and bottom of the box and the stored fresh leaf herb are prevented from getting wet by absorbing the condensation of the cryogen. And can be moisturized in dry conditions.
In the development of FIG. 5, the paper partition plate main body 20 in the first embodiment is formed at the center of the quadrangular portion 10 having a horizontal width twice the height of the box 30 and a vertical width of the bottom 31 of the box 30. A pair of cut line portions 3 are provided in parallel in accordance with the contour shape of the elongate cooler installation shelf 2, and the inner fold line portions 4 are opposed along a line connecting the end portions 3a of the opposed cut line portions 3. It is provided. In addition, a separation line portion 5 is provided in a substantially right angle direction from the substantially central portion of each cutting line portion 3 toward the edge portion of the middle partition plate body 20.

Accordingly, when the rectangular portions 10 on both sides are raised in the right-angled direction with the inner fold line portion 4 serving as the contour line of the cryogen installation shelf 2, the quadrangular portion 10 is stored in the cryogen installation shelf 2 and the cold insulation agents on both sides thereof. The frame 1 is obtained. At that time, the standing frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 on both sides thereof stand up integrally with the cold insulation container frame 1, and support the cold insulation installation frame 2 upward. It is half the width of the cut line portion 3 in the cut line portion 3 portion of the cryogen installation frame 2, and the middle portion of the inner fold line portion 4 in the middle portion wide portion of the inner fold line portion 4 of the cool insulation agent installation frame 2 Half the width.
As a result, the height of the cryogen installation shelf 2 of the first embodiment is lower in the narrow cut line portion 3 portion and higher in the middle wide portion. In contrast, the boat-shaped bottom 2a is low on both sides. In this case, if the water-absorbing member is accommodated in the boat-shaped bottom portion 2a whose both sides are lower than the center portion, water can be absorbed even if the condensation of the cooling agent flows.
Moreover, the intermittent part 11 which does not have a fold line part is provided in a part of the inner side fold line part 4 which forms the planar shape of the cryogen installation shelf 2, and the notch line part 12 between the both ends of the opposing intermittent part 11 is provided. And the center of the separating portion is separated by a separating line portion 13 along a straight line that coincides with the separating line portion 5, and the standing leg piece portion that stands together with the cooling agent storage frame 1 and supports the cooling agent installation shelf 2. 14 can be provided. At the same time, it is possible to provide a through hole 15 directly in the frame on the box bottom side by cutting out the stand piece 14 in the cooler installation shelf 2.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the cryogen installation shelf 2 is rectangular, its height is constant at half the length of the cut line portion 3, and in other examples omitted in the figure, In the case of a drum shape in which the cut line portions 3 at both ends of the cryogen installation shelf 2 are enlarged, the wide end portions are high and the narrow center portion is low, so that the cryogen is placed in the center of the cryogen installation shelf 2. It can be stably installed in the part.

In the developed view of FIG. 5, the upright frame piece 6 is bent inward at a substantially right angle with respect to the cold insulation container frame 1 at the inner folding line portion 8 that is in line with the cut line portion 3. The auxiliary frame piece 7 is in contact with the cut line portion 3 portion of the agent installation shelf 2, and the auxiliary frame piece 7 is bent outward at a substantially right angle with the outer fold line portion 9 in line with the cut line portion 3 as a boundary. The cryogen storage frame 1 is reinforced on the inside of 6.
As shown in FIG. 6, the length of the cut line portion 3 and the two auxiliary frame piece portions 7 is formed so as to be substantially equal to the lateral width of the box body 30, thereby starting up together with the cold insulation container frame 1. The cryogen storage frame body 1 can be quickly assembled simply by bending the raised frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 so as to overlap each other so as to overlap with each other and fitting them into the box 30. In this case, the width of the standing frame piece portion 6 is longer than the width of the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 by the length of the cut line portion 3. In other words, the auxiliary frame piece part 7 is shorter than the standing frame piece part 6 by the length of the cut line part 3.
If the inner auxiliary frame piece 7 is in close contact with and inscribed in the box 30 even if the width of the outer standing frame piece 6 that is in close contact with the inner wall of the box is reduced, the cold insulation container frame 1 and the cold insulation are provided. The bond installation shelf 2 is maintained in the assembled state. When the inner auxiliary frame piece 7 is shortened, if the standing frame piece 6 is in close contact with the box 30, the fresh leaf herb container 51 accommodated in the fresh leaf herb container 50 without any gaps. The auxiliary frame piece portion 7 can maintain a state of being in close contact with the standing frame piece portion 6. It is also possible to use the standing frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece body 7 by overlapping them and fixing them with a stapler, an adhesive tape, an adhesive or the like. Further, when neither the standing frame piece 6 and the auxiliary frame piece 7 assembled with each other match the box 30, either the standing frame piece 6 or the auxiliary frame piece 7 is attached to the box 30. Can be used fixedly.

In the developed view of FIG. 5, reference numeral 16 denotes a boundary line portion between the descending inclined portion and the central flat portion of the boat-shaped cooling agent installation shelf 2, and 17 is provided in the cold storage agent housing frame 1 so as to coincide with the boundary line portion 16. The inner folding line part. In addition, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 4, a plurality of vent holes 18 are appropriately provided in the cryogen storage frame 1. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 31 denotes an inner lid piece portion of the box 30 made of a corrugated ball and the like, and 33 denotes an outer lid piece portion.
Moreover, it is preferable that the box 30 is made of a material having a heat retaining effect in a form that can be substantially sealed. For example, in the case of a paper box, it is manufactured by bonding or combining various types such as JIS standard 02 type, 03 type, and 0.04 type. It may be a combination of lids that block the surface. Almost sealed may be completely sealed, but the fresh leaf herb cannot be directly touched from the outside, as long as it is covered with folded paper, plastic or board, etc. As a method of maintaining the covered state, it is possible to fasten with glue, stapler, or the like, but it is preferable that the gap is filled with tape or the like.

Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 8, or FIG. 9, the standing member 14 and the vent hole 15 are not provided in the cryogen installation shelf 2, and FIG. A plurality of vent holes 19 are opened.
FIG. 10 shows a case where the cryogen installation shelf 2 is rectangular, and its height is constant at half the length of the cut line portion 3. In Example 1, the height of the cryogen installation shelf 2 corresponds to the length of the cut line 3, but is not limited to half the length of the cut line portion 3. For example, as shown in the development view of FIG. 11, in the cryogen installation shelf 2 formed by the cut line portion 3 and the inner folding line portion 4, the separation line portion 5 is perpendicular to the one end portion 3 b of the cut line portion 3. When provided, when the standing frame piece 6 is raised by the inner folding line part 4, the height of the cut line part 3 of the cryogen installation shelf 2 becomes the length of the cut line part 3.

From this, the height of the cut line portion 3 of the cooling agent installation shelf 2 is determined according to which position of the cut line portion 3 the cut position 3b of the cut line portion 5 is provided, and the cut line portion 5 is separated from the one end portion 3a. It is determined by the length of the distance of the position 3b. In other words, when the standing frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 stand up, the larger one becomes the standing height. However, when the separation position 3 b of the separation line portion 5 is deviated from the center of the cutting line portion 3, one of the standing frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 supports the cold storage agent installation shelf 2. Therefore, in the stability, strength, or ease of assembly, the first embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 10 in which the support height of the standing frame piece portion 6 and the auxiliary frame piece portion 7 are equal is preferable.
Note that the thickness of the paper is not particularly specified as long as the shape can be maintained by accommodating the cryogen. In addition, as a paper folding method, when cardboard or thick paperboard is used, it is preferable to crease and fold along the crease. In particular, when it is against the paper or when it is folded in a direction different from the direction of the corrugated cardboard, it can be easily folded by attaching a crease.

In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 12 or FIG. 13, the partition plate body 60 is made of thick paper such as corrugated cardboard. In the rectangular development view, an elongated notch 62 that forms the opening 61 is provided in the central longitudinal direction. The outer fold line part 63 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the notch hole 62, and it can be folded in half. Both ends 64 of the notch hole 62 are provided with inner folding line portions 65 obliquely in a perpendicular direction, and the opening 61 is formed by bending the notch hole 62 outward in a right angle direction on the opposite side. An outer fold line portion 75 that partitions and forms the long diameter frame portions 71 and 72 and the short diameter frame portions 73 and 74 of the cold insulator support frame portion to be formed is provided diagonally opposite.
In the developed view of FIG. 12, when the outer fold line portion 63 is folded along the longitudinal direction of the notch hole 62, the support frame portions 66 and 67, 68 and 69 are overlapped. When the inner fold line portion 65 is folded inward and the outer fold line portion 75 is simultaneously folded in the perpendicular direction so as to divide the long diameter frame portions 71, 72 and the short diameter frame portions 73, 74, it is shown in FIG. As described above, the basic form of the partition plate main body 60 that is a rectangular parallelepiped with the long diameter frame portions 71 and 72 and the short diameter frame portions 73 and 74 facing each other is completed.
Here, the opposed long-diameter frame portions 71 and 72 have a notch line portion 79 and an outer bent portion in a convex shape so as to be the cryogen installation shelves 76, 77, 78 having a folding width matching the interval. The line portions 80 are provided at the same supporting height, and the latch holes 82 for engaging the convex-shaped protrusions 81 are provided. In the illustrated embodiment, the total number of the cryogen storage shelves is three in total, but one or more shelves can be provided at appropriate intervals. In addition, the cutout piece can be provided with the air holes 83 and the cooling agent installation shelf at a time in the cooling agent storage frame. The ventilation holes and the cooling agent installation shelves can be alternately provided in the cryogen storage frames 71 and 72 by the notch pieces facing each other.

Example 3 shown in FIG. 6 provides a container box 30 for transporting fresh leaf herbs using the intermediate partition plate body 20 made of the cold and humidity control paper shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. In the case of the embodiment, the box 30 is composed of a corrugated cardboard box and is assembled at the storage site for fresh leaf herbs. Similarly, the partition plate main body 20 is also assembled at the site, and the standing frame piece 6 and the auxiliary frame piece 7 are inscribed in the box 30, so that the central cold-retaining agent frame 1 and fresh leaf herbs on both sides are accommodated. The part 50 is partitioned. The cryogen storage frame 1 is configured so that the cryogen 40 is accommodated on the cryogen installation shelf 2 which is the bottom thereof, and is positioned in a section including the center of the box 30. The fresh leaf herbs are individually stored in a breathable fresh leaf herb container 51 with sufficient air permeability, and a sufficient air gap is provided in the fresh leaf herb container 50 sequentially from the bottom 31 of the box 30. Is secured and accommodated. In this case, the fresh leaf herb container 51 is made of a flexible and flexible plastic product, and is sealed by the inner lid portion 32 and the outer lid portion 33 to elastically deform each other when stored and transported. It is configured to ensure air permeability. In addition, the packaging which covers the whole fresh leaf herb is preferable, and the fresh leaf herb container may be sealed or may not be sealed. However, in the case of a container for a fresh leaf herb which is a soft packaging material such as a film and is easily damaged by rubbing or the like, it is preferable to seal it and put air in the container. The material of the container 51 may be a single layer or a combination of multiple layers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, and polystyrene.
At this time, the fresh leaf herbs in the fresh leaf herb container 51 are evenly cooled by the cooler 40 stored on the cryogen installation shelf 2 above the box bottom 31 and installed in the center of the box 30. The freshness can be maintained by exposure. Further, in the case where the cooling agent 40 is condensed, since the cooling agent installation shelf 2 has water absorption, the bottom portion 31 of the box 30 is not wetted. Therefore, the fresh leaves in the fresh leaf herb container 51 The herbs do not get wet and deteriorate, and the moisture absorption also provides a moisturizing effect.
As described above, according to the present invention, the folded partition plate 20 made of cold and humidity control paper is assembled and accommodated in the box 30, and the cryogen is stored in the central portion of the box by the cryogen storage frame 1 and the cryogen installation shelf 2. The present invention provides a fresh leaf herb transportation system that accommodates 40 and stores fresh leaf herbs around it, which is packed and stored or transported.

In addition, the inventors have stored the cryogen in a 340 × 220 &180; 180 cardboard box in millimeters and a cryogen folder made of the same material of 120 × 150 &30; What was placed flat at the corner of the box and what was placed in the center was stored in a refrigerator at 6 degrees Celsius for 3 hours, then transferred to a constant temperature chamber at 27 degrees Celsius, and the outer surface temperature after 3 hours Was measured with a laser measuring instrument. The temperature distribution of the box placed flat in one corner was 14.5 degrees to 21.0 degrees with a temperature difference of 6.5 degrees, whereas the box placed vertically in the center. The temperature distribution of was 16.2 to 20.4 degrees with a temperature difference of 4.2 degrees. From this, it was confirmed that when the cold insulator is installed at the center of the cardboard box, the temperature tends to be low and the temperature difference is reduced as a whole.

In addition, using the same cardboard box and cold insulation folder as above, the same amount of polyethylene bag baby leaves using the cold insulation container frame of the present invention and those placed flat on the corner of the cardboard box And stored in a refrigerator at 6 degrees Celsius for 3 hours, then transferred to a constant temperature storage at 30 degrees Celsius and stored for 24 hours. As a result, all the boxes in the box using the cryogen installation shelf of the present invention The baby leaf was good, but the baby leaf inside the box placed flat on the corner of the cardboard box was confirmed to have water droplets on the surface of the bag in contact with the bottom. There was no discoloration of the baby leaf at the bottom or melting of the young leaves, and the baby leaf itself was a good product, but the baby leaf on the top surface had some discoloration that affected the product value.
In addition, it is preferable that the cooling period of the cooling agent lasts for 36 hours when it is distributed within 36 hours from the boxing production area to the store where the temperature can be controlled, and the distribution time until the box is opened in the market. If it is within 24 hours, it preferably lasts for 24 hours. Moreover, since it is preferable that the fresh leaf herb does not freeze, the cool temperature in the box is preferably 0 ° C. or higher, and more preferably 2 ° C. or higher. In addition, the growth of microorganisms affecting fresh leaf herbs can be suppressed at 20 ° C. or lower, but 15 ° C. or lower is appropriate for the storage of freshness of many fresh leaf herbs.
