Claims (6)
- 一方向に配列された複数の圧力検出素子からなる少なくとも1つの素子列と、
前記一方向が動脈の伸びる方向と交差する状態で、生体の皮膚上から前記動脈に対し前記素子列を押圧する押圧部と、
前記押圧部による押圧力を制御する押圧制御部と、
前記押圧制御部の制御によって前記押圧力が増加又は減少する過程で前記素子列に含まれる各圧力検出素子により検出された圧脈波に基づいて前記動脈内の第一の血圧値を算出する第一の血圧算出部と、を備え、
前記第一の血圧算出部は、前記素子列に含まれる各圧力検出素子により前記押圧力が増加又は減少する過程での任意のタイミングで検出された圧脈波に基づき、当該素子列に含まれる圧力検出素子の中から少なくとも1つを選択する処理を、前記過程での複数タイミングの各々に対して行い、前記複数タイミングの各々に対して行った前記処理によって選択した前記圧力検出素子により当該タイミングで検出された第一の圧脈波に基づいて前記動脈内の第一の血圧値を算出する血圧測定装置。 - 請求項1記載の血圧測定装置であって、
前記第一の血圧算出部は、前記第一の圧脈波の振幅変化に基づいて前記動脈内の第一の血圧値を算出する血圧測定装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の血圧測定装置であって、
前記第一の血圧算出部によって算出された第一の血圧値を用いて校正用データを生成する校正用データ生成部と、
前記動脈の一部を平坦に変形させるための押圧力で前記素子列が前記動脈に押圧された状態で、前記素子列に含まれる圧力検出素子から選択された1つの圧力検出素子により検出される圧脈波を、前記校正用データを用いて校正して、前記動脈内の第二の血圧値を算出する第二の血圧算出部と、を更に備える血圧測定装置。 - 請求項3記載の血圧測定装置であって、
前記校正用データ生成部は、前記第一の圧脈波の中から選択した圧脈波と、前記第一の血圧値とを用いて校正用データを生成する血圧測定装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の血圧測定装置であって、
前記第一の血圧算出部は、前記第一の圧脈波の振幅値と前記第一の圧脈波の検出時における前記押圧力とを対応付けた脈波包絡線データ、又は、前記第一の圧脈波の振幅値と前記第一の圧脈波の形状を特定する情報のうちの振幅値を除く情報とを対応付けた脈波包絡線データを生成し、前記脈波包絡線データから前記第一の血圧値を算出する血圧測定装置。 - 請求項5記載の血圧測定装置であって、
前記第一の圧脈波の形状を特定する情報のうちの振幅値を除く情報は、前記第一の圧脈波の最大値、前記第一の圧脈波の最小値、又は、前記最大値と前記最小値の平均値である血圧測定装置。
