Description
Claims (1)
- 開口部が形成されたケース体を準備する工程と、
前記開口部に蓋体を配置する工程と、
前記ケース体の開口縁部と前記蓋体の外周縁部とにレーザ光を照射して、前記蓋体の外周縁部と前記ケース体の開口縁部とを溶接する工程と、
を備え、
前記ケース体は、底板部と、前記底板部の外周縁部に接続されると共に上方に向けて立ち上がる周壁部とを含み、
前記周壁部は、外周面と、前記開口部を形成するように環状に延びる上面と、前記外周面および前記上面を接続する接続面とを含み、
前記接続面は、前記上面から前記外周面に向かうにつれて下方に向かうように形成され、
前記レーザ光は、前記蓋体上に位置する第1照射位置に照射される第1ピーク光と、前記第1照射位置および前記接続面の間に位置する第2照射位置に照射される第2ピーク光と、前記接続面に照射される第3ピーク光とを含み、
前記第1ピーク光の強度は、前記第2ピーク光の強度および前記第3ピーク光の強度よりも高く、
前記第3ピーク光の強度は、前記第2ピーク光の強度よりも高く、
前記接続面は、傾斜面であり、
前記ケース体の上面を前記ケース体の外側に伸ばした平面を仮想平面とすると、前記仮想平面に対する前記傾斜面の傾斜角度は、15度以上45度以下である、二次電池の製造方法。
