Description
車両には、車両の減速時に運動エネルギを電気エネルギに変換して回収する回生装置(14)が搭載されており、蓄電装置は回生装置によって回収した電気エネルギを充電し、
制御手段は、回生装置が電気エネルギを回収している場合であって、車両用空調装置によって蓄電装置の電力を消費する必要があると判断した消費必要状態にある場合には、ヒータを駆動して冷却媒体を加熱し、蓄電装置の電力を熱エネルギに変換するようにヒータ、調整手段、第1ポンプおよび第2ポンプを制御し、
制御手段は、消費必要状態にある場合であって、第2温度センサによって検出された温度が所定温度未満の場合には、ヒータを駆動して冷却媒体を加熱し、第1回路を循環する冷却媒体が第2回路でも循環するように調整手段、第1ポンプおよび第2ポンプを制御し、消費必要状態にある場合であって、第2温度センサによって検出された温度が所定温度以上の場合には、ヒータを駆動して冷却媒体を加熱し、第1回路にて冷却媒体を循環させて、第2回路では第1回路からの冷却媒体が循環しないように調整手段および第1ポンプを制御することを特徴とする。
本発明の第1実施形態に関して、図1〜図5を用いて説明する。車両用空調装置10は、車室内を空調するための空調用空気を車室内に送風する。図1に示すように、車両用空調装置10は、たとえば走行用モータ11を走行用駆動源とし、走行用モータ11に対する電力供給手段として燃料電池(FCスタック)12を備える燃料電池ハイブリッド車(FCHV)に搭載される。したがって走行用モータ11は、FCスタック12および車載のバッテリ13の両方から電力が供給されて駆動する。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (4)
- 車室内を空調するための空調用空気を前記車室内に送風する車両用空調装置(10)であって、
車両の駆動源(11)を冷却する冷却媒体が循環する第1回路(18)と、
車両に搭載される蓄電装置(13)の電力を消費して、前記第1回路を循環する前記冷却媒体を加熱するヒータ(17)と、
前記第1回路に設けられ、通過する前記空調用空気と熱交換して、通過する前記空調用空気を前記冷却媒体によって加熱する加熱用熱交換器(19)と、
前記第1回路に設けられ、前記冷却媒体を循環させる第1ポンプ(20)と、
前記第1回路を循環する前記冷却媒体が循環可能であり、車両に搭載される発熱部(12)を冷却するための第2回路(23)と、
前記第2回路に設けられ、前記冷却媒体を循環させる第2ポンプ(27)と、
前記第1回路と前記第2回路とを接続し、前記第1回路に流れる前記冷却媒体の循環量と前記第2回路に流れる前記冷却媒体の循環量とを調節する調整手段(21)と、
前記ヒータ、前記調整手段、前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプを制御する制御手段(16)と、
前記第1回路を循環する前記冷却媒体の温度を検出する第1温度センサ(22)と、
前記第2回路を循環する前記冷却媒体の温度を検出する第2温度センサ(28)と、を含み、
前記車両には、前記車両の減速時に運動エネルギを電気エネルギに変換して回収する回生装置(14)が搭載されており、前記蓄電装置は前記回生装置によって回収した電気エネルギを充電し、
前記制御手段は、前記回生装置が電気エネルギを回収している場合であって、車両用空調装置によって前記蓄電装置の電力を消費する必要があると判断した消費必要状態にある場合には、前記ヒータを駆動して前記冷却媒体を加熱し、前記蓄電装置の電力を熱エネルギに変換するように前記ヒータ、前記調整手段、前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプを制御し、
前記制御手段は、
前記消費必要状態にある場合であって、前記第2温度センサによって検出された温度が所定温度未満の場合には、前記ヒータを駆動して前記冷却媒体を加熱し、前記第1回路を循環する前記冷却媒体が前記第2回路でも循環するように前記調整手段、前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプを制御し、
前記消費必要状態にある場合であって、前記第2温度センサによって検出された温度が所定温度以上の場合には、前記ヒータを駆動して前記冷却媒体を加熱し、前記第1回路にて前記冷却媒体を循環させて、前記第2回路では前記第1回路からの前記冷却媒体が循環しないように前記調整手段および前記第1ポンプを制御することを特徴とする車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記消費必要状態にある場合であって、前記第1温度センサによって検出された温度が第1所定温度以上であり、前記第2温度センサによって検出された温度が第2所定温度未満の場合には、前記ヒータを駆動して前記冷却媒体を加熱し、前記第1回路を循環する前記冷却媒体が、前記第2回路でも循環するように前記調整手段、前記第1ポンプおよび前記第2ポンプを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記第2回路に設けられ、通過する前記冷却媒体の熱量を外気へ放熱する放熱用熱交換器(25)をさらに含み、
前記調整手段は、前記放熱用熱交換器へ流れる前記冷却媒体の流量を調節し、
前記制御手段は、前記消費必要状態にある場合であって、前記第1温度センサによって検出された温度が第1所定温度以上であり、かつ前記第2温度センサによって検出された温度が第2所定温度以上の場合には、前記第2回路の温度が前記第2所定温度未満となるように前記放熱用熱交換器を通過する前記冷却媒体の流量を前記調整手段によって制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記第2回路によって冷却される発熱部は、燃料電池(12)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用空調装置。
