Claims (12)
- 可搬式下水処理システムであって、
未処理の下水を受け入れ、これを下水ストリーム内の前記処理システム内へと方向付けるための下水取り込み手段と、
前記下水取り込み手段に結合された浄化装置であって、
上部と底部の間を延びる垂直軸と、
前記垂直軸を取り囲み、浄化装置内部を画定するタンク壁であって、さらに、
前記上部に隣接して配設された保持チャンバであって、前記上部の下方に離間した距離だけ延びるほぼ垂直の円筒状の側部を有する、保持チャンバと、
前記保持チャンバの下方に配設され、前記底部まで延びる循環チャンバであって、隣接する前記保持チャンバから隣接する前記底部まで、前記垂直軸に対して選択角度で収束するほぼ円錐状の壁を有する、循環チャンバとを画定する、タンク壁とを有する、タンクと、
前記底部に隣接する前記循環チャンバに結合され、前記浄化装置内部と流体連通する下水ストリーム注入ポートと、
前記保持チャンバ内に配設され、処理された下水の処理された下水ストリームを前記浄化装置から吸い上げるように適合されたヘッダ手段と、を備える浄化装置と、
前記下水取り込み手段と前記浄化装置手段の間に結合された、前記下水を非生物学的に殺菌するための殺菌手段と、
前記殺菌手段と前記浄化装置の間に結合された、前記下水内にけん濁された固体材料を溶液から沈殿させ、除去のために一緒に一塊にするための凝集化手段と、
前記下水を処理して凝集化された固体材料が前記浄化装置のタンク内に付着することを阻止するためのポリマー処理手段と、
前記処理された下水をろ過するためのろ過手段と、
を備え、
前記殺菌手段が、
前記サージタンクの下流側に結合された、硫黄、臭素、塩素、ハロゲン、クロラミン、およびオゾンの化合物を含む酸の群の中から選ばれる選択酸を前記下水ストリーム内に注入し、前記下水ストリームのpHを低下させるための酸注入手段と、
前記酸注入手段の下流側に結合された、前記下水ストリームの前記pHを上昇させるために水酸化カルシウム(Ca(OH)2)、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)および水酸化カリウム(KOH)を含むアルカリ化合物の群の中から選択される選択アルカリを前記下水ストリーム内に注入するためのアルカリ注入手段と、
前記アルカリ注入手段の前記下流側に結合された、前記下水ストリームの前記pHを7.0にほぼ等しい値まで戻すためにpH中和剤を前記下水ストリーム内に注入するための中和剤注入手段と
を備えるものである、
可搬式下水処理システム。 - 前記下水ストリーム注入ポートが、前記下水ストリームを前記浄化装置内へと前記円錐壁に対して接線方向に注入するように適合される、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 前記選択角度が、29度を上回らない、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 前記選択化合物が、前記下水ストリーム内でイオン化して液体状態の二酸化硫黄(S02)を生成する、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 前記選択化合物が、オゾンである、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 前記選択化合物が、イオン化して、容量で20ppm(百万分の一)から100ppmの間の前記下水ストリーム内にけん濁された二酸化硫黄の濃度を生成する、請求項4に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 二酸化硫黄の前記濃度が、75ppmである、請求項6に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。
- 前記酸注入手段が、
前記サージタンクの上流側の前記下水ストリーム内に結合された二酸化硫黄発生装置であって、
下水保持チャンバと、
酸素源と、
前記チャンバに結合された硫黄焼却炉とを有する、二酸化硫黄発生装置を備え、
前記硫黄焼却炉は、硫黄を、前記酸素源からの酸素と反応させて前記下水保持チャンバ内で前記下水の存在下で二酸化硫黄(S02)ガスを生成し、
前記下水は、選択量の前記二酸化硫黄ガスを吸収する、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。 - 前記凝集剤が、
塩化第二鉄(FeCL)、硫酸第一鉄(FeS04)および硫酸アルミニウム(A1S04)を含む鉄化合物の群から選択される、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。 - 前記浄化装置に結合され、
前記円錐壁内に配設された汚泥出口ポートと、
前記汚泥出口ポートに結合された汚泥出口弁と、
前記汚泥出口弁に結合された汚泥タンクと、
前記汚泥タンク内に結合された汚泥混合装置と、
前記汚泥貯蔵タンクに結合された汚泥フィルタプレスと
を有する汚泥取り扱い装置を備える、請求項1に記載の可搬式下水処理システム。 - 未処理の下水を受け入れ、これを下水ストリーム内の前記処理システム内へと方向付けるための下水取り込み手段と、
前記下水取り込み手段に結合された浄化装置であって、
上部と底部の間を延びる垂直軸と、
前記垂直軸を取り囲み、浄化装置内部を画定するタンク壁であって、さらに、
前記上部に隣接して配設された保持チャンバであって、前記上部の下方に離間した距離だけ延びるほぼ垂直の円筒状の側部を有する、保持チャンバと、
前記保持チャンバの下方に配設され、前記底部まで延びる循環チャンバであって、隣接する前記保持チャンバから隣接する前記底部まで、前記垂直軸に対して選択角度で収束するほぼ円錐状の壁を有する、循環チャンバとを画定する、タンク壁とを有する、タンクと、
前記底部に隣接する前記循環チャンバに結合され、前記浄化装置内部と流体連通する下水ストリーム注入ポートと、
前記保持チャンバ内に配設され、処理された下水の処理された下水ストリームを前記浄化装置から吸い上げるように適合されたヘッダ手段と、を備える浄化装置と、
前記下水取り込み手段と前記浄化装置手段の間に結合された、前記下水を非生物学的に殺菌するための殺菌手段と、
前記殺菌手段と前記浄化装置の間に結合された、前記下水内にけん濁された固体材料を溶液から沈殿させ、除去のために一緒に一塊にするための凝集化手段と、
前記下水を処理して凝集化された固体材料が前記浄化装置のタンク内に付着することを阻止するためのポリマー処理手段と、
前記処理された下水をろ過するためのろ過手段と、
を備える、可搬式下水処理システムであって、
前記可搬式下水処理システムを公道上で運ぶように適合された少なくとも1つのトレーラであって、
ほぼ平坦なデッキであって、
舌端部とトラック端部との間を延びる長手方向軸と、
前記長手方向軸とほぼ同一の広がりを有する上面および反対側の底面と、
前記底部表面上に前記長手方向に平行に、かつ前記長手方向の両側に離間した距離を離して配向された複数のレールであって、支承表面と係合して前記可搬式下水システムの作動時に前記可搬式下水処理システムを支持するように適合される、複数のレールとを有する、平坦なデッキと、
前記舌端部に結合され、前記少なくとも1つのトレーラを前記公共道路でけん引するためのけん引トラクタと結合するように適合された舌手段と、
前記トラック端部上に配設され、前記道路と係合し、前記舌手段が前記けん引トラクタに結合されたときに前記トレーラを支持するように適合された複数のトラック車輪を有するトラックであって、前記トラック車輪が、前記可搬式下水処理システムの作動時に前記支承表面の上方に懸架される、トラックを有する、少なくとも1つのトレーラを備える、可搬式下水処理システム。 - 可搬式下水処理システムであって、
種々の下水源から下水を取り込み、これを蓄積するための容器と、
前記容器内で下水を循環させるための循環ポンプと、
前記容器内の前記循環ポンプの下流に設置された高密度材料フィルタと、
前記高密度材料フィルタの下流に設置され、前記下水中の固体を所定のサイズとする少なくとも1つのグラインダと、
前記下水中の固体のサイズを更に小さくするための少なくとも1つの軟化ポンプと、
前記軟化ポンプの下流に設置され、前記下水を可搬式下水処理システム内で循環させるための推進ポンプと、
前記推進ポンプの下流に設置され、可搬式下水処理システム中の下水の圧力を一定にするためのサージタンクと、を有する
下水取り込み部と、
前記下水取り込み部に結合され、未処理の汚水を処理された汚水になるように浄化するための浄化手段と、
前記下水取り込み部と前記浄化手段の間に結合された、前記下水を非生物学的に殺菌するための殺菌手段と、
前記殺菌手段と前記浄化手段の間に結合された、前記下水内にけん濁された固体材料を溶液から沈殿させ、除去のために一緒に一塊にするための凝集化手段と、
前記下水を処理して凝集化された固体材料が前記浄化手段に付着することを阻止するためのポリマー処理手段と、
前記処理された下水をろ過するためのろ過手段と、
を備える、可搬式下水処理システム。
