Description
実施例1では、リードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムは心室部位に埋め込み可能な第一リードレス心臓ペースメーカー(LCP)と、心房部位に埋め込み可能な第二リードレス心臓ペースメーカー(LCP)とを含み、第二LCPは心房収縮を感知するように構成され、第一LCPおよび第二LCPは、第一LCPおよび第二LCPがトラッキングモードにおいて心室部位にペーシング治療を提供可能なように通信可能に接続されるように構成され、第一LCPおよび第二LCPの少なくとも一方は、第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなった場合に、非トラッキングモードにおいて心室部位にペーシング治療を提供するように構成される。
Claims (14)
- 心室部位に埋め込み可能な第一リードレス心臓ペースメーカー(LCP)と、
心房部位に埋め込み可能な第二リードレス心臓ペースメーカー(LCP)とを含み、前記第二LCPは心房収縮を感知するように構成され、
前記第一LCPおよび前記第二LCPは、前記第一LCPが、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮に応じて前記第二LCPによって送信されて前記第一LCPによって受信される事象信号に基づいて、トラッキングモードにおいて前記心室部位にペーシング治療を提供可能なように、通信可能に接続されるように構成され、
前記第一LCPは、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなった場合に、非トラッキングモードにおいて前記心室部位にペーシング治療を提供するように構成され、
前記非トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第二LCPは前記第二LCPによって感知された各心房収縮に対する事象信号を、前記第一LCPに通信しないリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第一LCPは、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなったか否かを判断し、前記リードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムを前記トラッキングモードから前記非トラッキングモードに変化させるように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第二LCPは、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなったか否かを判断し、前記リードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムを前記トラッキングモードから前記非トラッキングモードに変化させるように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第一LCPおよび前記第二LCPの少なくとも一方は、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなったか否かを判断するように構成されるとともに、これらは一括して前記リードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムを前記トラッキングモードから前記非トラッキングモードに変化させるように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1、3、および4の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第二LCPは前記トラッキングモードから前記非トラッキングモードに切り替わるように前記第一LCPに信号を通信するリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第二LCPは前記第一LCPに感知された各心房収縮に対する事象信号を通信するリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第一LCPは前記第二LCPから受信した各事象信号に応じて電気刺激を送達するように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記非トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第一LCPは前記第二LCPから受信した信号とは独立して電気刺激を送達するように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記非トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第一LCPは所定の頻度で電気刺激を送達するリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記非トラッキングモードにおいて、前記第二LCPは前記第一LCPに人工的な心房収縮を表す事象信号を通信するリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第一LCPは所定の頻度よりも高くない頻度で電気刺激を送達可能であるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第二LCPによって感知された心房収縮の間隔が閾値時間よりも短くなったか否かを判断することは、前の連続する心房事象の各対の間隔の二つ以上を平均化することを含むリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記第一LCPおよび前記第二LCPは患者の身体を通して導電的に通信可能に接続されるように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
- 請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステムにおいて、前記トラッキングモードから前記非トラッキングモードに切り替わった後、前記第一LCPは送達される電気刺激の頻度を所定の頻度まで徐々に下げるように構成されるリードレス心臓ペースメーカーシステム。
