Description
Claims (14)
- 人工呼吸システム内の圧力緩和及び圧力調整を提供するためのバルブであって、当該バルブが:
電磁石と;
該電磁石に接続されたシャフトと;
該シャフトに接続されたダイヤフラムと;を備え、
前記電磁石は、入力信号に基づいて前記シャフトを介して前記ダイヤフラムに力を加えて、患者回路への接続部に関して前記ダイヤフラムを昇降させ、
前記患者回路内の圧力が正の圧力閾値以上である場合に、前記バルブの開口部を通じて前記接続部から周囲に空気を、前記患者回路内の圧力が前記正の圧力閾値未満となるまで放出させることを可能にするように前記ダイヤフラムを上昇させ、前記患者回路内の圧力が負の圧力閾値以下である場合に、前記バルブの開口部を通じて前記周囲から前記接続部に空気を、前記患者回路内の圧力が前記負の圧力閾値を超えるまで提供することを可能にするように前記ダイヤフラムを上昇させる、
バルブ。 - 前記ダイヤフラムと前記シャフトとの間に接続されたプランジャをさらに備え、該プランジャは、前記入力信号に基づいて前記ダイヤフラムを昇降させるように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記電磁石は、磁石の周りに配置されたコイルを有する、
請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記シャフトは、前記磁石を介して設けられている、
請求項3に記載のバルブ。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記入力信号によって前記電磁石に電流が全く供給されないようなときに、前記人工呼吸システムの前記患者回路から圧力を放出するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記電磁石に供給される電流に基づいて、前記人工呼吸システムの前記患者回路内の選択された圧力を維持するように構成されている、
請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 人工呼吸システムであって、当該人工呼吸システムが:
前記人工呼吸システム内の圧力を制御する請求項1に記載のバルブと;
該バルブに接続されるとともに、前記入力信号を前記バルブに提供するように構成された制御装置と;を備え、
前記電磁石は、前記入力信号に基づいて前記シャフトを介して前記ダイヤフラムに力を加える、
人工呼吸システム。 - 前記患者回路内の圧力を測定するように構成された圧力変換器をさらに含む、
請求項7に記載の人工呼吸システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記圧力変換器によって測定された前記圧力に基づいて前記入力信号を変更するように構成されている、
請求項8に記載の人工呼吸システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記患者回路から圧力を放出させるために、前記電磁石に電流を全く提供しない、
請求項9に記載の人工呼吸システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記電磁石に電流を供給するように構成されており、該電流の大きさは、前記ダイヤフラムによって加えられた圧力に比例する、
請求項9に記載の人工呼吸システム。 - 人工呼吸システムの圧力緩和及び圧力調整を提供するためのバルブの作動方法であって、当該作動方法は:
前記人工呼吸システムの制御装置が、患者回路内の圧力を示す電気信号を受信するステップと;
前記制御装置が、メモリから読み取った正の圧力閾値を設定するステップと;
前記制御装置が、前記メモリから読み取った負の圧力閾値を設定するステップと;
接続部を介して前記患者回路に接続されたバルブであって、前記電気信号に基づいて、電磁石と、該電磁石に接続されたシャフトと、該シャフトに接続されたダイヤフラムとを含むバルブに入力信号を前記制御装置が提供するステップであって、それによって、前記電磁石は、前記入力信号に基づいて、前記シャフトを介して前記ダイヤフラムに力を加えて前記患者回路への接続部に関して前記ダイヤフラムを昇降させる、提供するステップと;
前記患者回路内の圧力が前記正の圧力閾値以上である場合に、前記制御装置が前記入力信号を提供して、前記バルブの開口部を通じて前記接続部から周囲に空気を、前記患者回路内の圧力が前記正の圧力閾値未満となるまで放出させることを可能にするように前記ダイヤフラムを上昇させるステップと;
前記患者回路内の圧力が前記負の圧力閾値以下である場合に、前記制御装置が前記入力信号を提供して、前記バルブの開口部を通じて前記周囲から前記接続部に空気を、前記患者回路内の圧力が前記負の圧力閾値を超えるまで提供することを可能にするよう前記ダイヤフラムを上昇させるステップと;を含む、
作動方法。 - 前記制御装置によって、前記圧力が前記正の圧力閾値未満となるときを判定するステップと、前記圧力が前記正の圧力閾値未満となるときに、前記制御装置が、前記バルブを閉じた位置に維持するステップと、をさらに含む、
請求項12に記載の作動方法。 - 前記制御装置によって、前記圧力が前記負の圧力閾値未満となるときを判定するステップと、前記圧力が前記負の圧力閾値未満となるときに、前記制御装置が、前記バルブを閉じた位置に維持するステップと、をさらに含む、
