Description
The present invention relates to a gas measurement device and a gas detection device.
This type of gas measuring device is described in Patent Document 1 below. This gas measuring device includes a housing, a sensor, and an air pump. The housing is provided with an intake port and an exhaust port. The air pump and the sensor are provided between the intake port and the exhaust port in the housing. By the air pump, air is sucked into the housing from the intake port and discharged from the exhaust port. The sensor can measure a specific component contained in the air in the housing.
The sensor is arranged such that its gas introduction surface faces the intake port of the housing. For this reason, the air flowing into the housing by the air pump directly hits the gas introduction surface of the sensor. For this reason, the inflowing air blows into the sensor, and the sensor output signal may fluctuate due to the influence of the air.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a gas measuring device and a gas detecting device capable of suppressing fluctuations in the output signal of the gas sensor due to the influence of gas. It is to provide.
In order to solve the above problems, a gas measuring device of the present invention includes a gas sensor and a housing. The gas sensor is accommodated in the housing. The gas sensor has a gas introduction surface. The gas introduction surface can introduce gas into the gas sensor. The housing includes an intake port through which gas outside the housing can flow , an exhaust port, a wind shield, a first portion, and a gas flow path. The windbreak portion is provided in the housing so as to face the intake port and be inclined with respect to the intake port . The first part faces the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor. The gas flow path is a path through which the gas flowing in from the intake port can be circulated to the exhaust port. The gas flow path includes a space between the first part and the gas introduction surface, and after the gas flowing in from the intake port hits the wind shield, the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor It flows through the space between the first parts to the exhaust port. The space is disposed adjacent to an end of the wind shield portion on the exhaust port side. The gas sensor is disposed closer to the exhaust port than the wind shield portion in the gas flow path, and is disposed so that the gas introduction surface is substantially parallel to the flow direction of the gas flowing through the space. It is .
In the case of such a gas measuring device, since the gas flows through the space between the first portion of the housing and the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor, it is difficult for the gas to directly hit the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor. That is, it is difficult for the gas flowing through the space of the gas flow path to be blown into the gas sensor from the gas introduction surface. And since the gas which flows in from an inlet port hits a windshield part, the gas which distribute | circulates a gas flow path becomes difficult to blow in into a gas sensor further from a gas introduction surface. Therefore, the gas measuring device can suppress the fluctuation of the output signal of the gas sensor due to the influence of the gas flowing through the gas flow path. Further, the gas flowing through the space flows along the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor. Therefore, the gas flowing through the space of the gas flow path becomes more difficult to be blown into the gas sensor from the gas introduction surface, and therefore the gas sensor output signal fluctuates due to the influence of the gas flowing through the gas flow path. Can be further suppressed.
In addition, since the gas flowing in the gas flow path flows along the inclined wind shield, the gas flow is hardly hindered by the wind shield.
The gas measurement device can be configured to further include a mounting portion. The mounting portion may be configured to be adjacent to an end of the wind shield portion on the exhaust port side. The gas sensor may be mounted on the mounting portion.
The mounting portion may be configured to face the first portion of the housing. The windbreak portion may be configured to face the second portion of the housing. The gas flow path may have a first area and a second area. The first area may be configured to be partitioned into the first part and the mounting part of the housing. The second area may be divided into the second part and the windbreak part of the housing. The distance between the first part of the housing in the first area and the mounting part is smaller than the distance between the second part of the housing in the second area and the windshield part. It is possible.
In the case of such a gas measuring device, since the distance of the first area is smaller than the distance of the second area, the specific component contained in the gas tends to stay in the first area. Since the gas sensor is provided on the mounting portion in the first area, the measurement accuracy of the specific component of the gas measurement device is improved.
The gas measurement device can further include a fan. The fan may be configured to be provided in the housing and to allow gas to flow into the housing from the intake port. In the case of such a gas measuring device, the gas flows into the gas flow path from the intake port by the fan, but the gas is difficult to blow into the gas sensor from the gas introduction surface as described above. Therefore, even if the said gas measuring device is provided with the fan, it can suppress that the output signal of a gas sensor fluctuates by the influence of the gas which distribute | circulates the inside of a gas flow path.
The gas detection device of the present invention includes a gas sensor and a housing. The gas sensor is accommodated in the housing. The gas sensor has a gas introduction surface. The gas introduction surface can introduce gas into the gas sensor. The housing includes an intake port through which a gas outside the housing can flow, an exhaust port through which the gas flowing into the housing can be discharged out of the housing , a windbreak portion, a first portion, and a gas flow path. Have. The windbreak portion is provided in the housing so as to face the intake port and be inclined with respect to the intake port . The first part faces the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor. The gas flow path is a path through which the gas flowing in from the intake port can be circulated to the exhaust port. The space is disposed adjacent to an end of the wind shield portion on the exhaust port side. The gas sensor is disposed closer to the exhaust port than the wind shield portion in the gas flow path, and is disposed so that the gas introduction surface is substantially parallel to the flow direction of the gas flowing through the space. ing.

In the case of such a gas detection device, since the gas flows through the space between the first portion of the housing and the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor, it is difficult for the gas to directly hit the gas introduction surface of the gas sensor. In addition, since the gas flowing in the gas flow path flows along the inclined wind shield, the gas flow is hardly hindered by the wind shield.
In addition, the said gas detection apparatus can be set as the structure similar to the gas measurement apparatus of each said aspect.

The
The

The
The
The
The
Hereinafter, the method for using the above-described gas measurement device will be described in detail, and the gas measurement program and the gas discharge program will be described in detail. When the
Then, the
As a result, when the
In S6, when it is determined that the
When the
Thereafter, the
When the
The gas measuring apparatus as described above has the following technical features. First, it is possible to suppress fluctuations in the output signal of the
Second, the measurement accuracy of the specific component of the gas measuring device is improved. This is because, with the
Third, it is possible to prevent the specific component contained in the gas from remaining in the

Further, the control unit of the gas measuring device can be changed in design so that the gas sensor or the gas sensor and the fan are turned on when the operation switch is in the open position. In this case, when the operation switch is movable to other positions other than the open position and the closed position, and the control unit turns off the gas sensor or the gas sensor and the fan when the operation switch is located at the other position, good. The gas measurement device of the present invention can be configured to include a position detection sensor that detects a state in which the operation switch is located at the closed position, the open position, the exhaust position, and / or another position. In this case, the control unit may perform on / off of the gas sensor, on / off of the fan, and / or measurement of a specific component included in the gas, as described above, according to the output signal of the position detection sensor. When the position detection sensor is used, the movable contact and the first, second, and third fixed contacts are omitted.
