Description
The present invention relates to a laminate using biomass polyethylene.
In press-through pack packaging (hereinafter referred to as PTP packaging) and blister packaging, a large number of recesses (pockets) for placing articles are formed in the bottom material, and the entire surface of the bottom material is covered with a lid material to seal the opening. ing. Conventionally, a vinyl chloride resin sheet has been used as a plastic sheet for forming the bottom material, but recently, a resin sheet in which polyolefin, polyester, or the like is laminated has been proposed from the viewpoint of environmental protection (for example, see Patent Document 1). ).
In recent years, aliphatic polyesters such as polylactic acid, polyhydroxybutyric acid, polycaprolactone, and polypropylene succinate have been developed for the purpose of reducing the amount of petroleum resources used in packaging materials. Furthermore, biomass polyethylene (plant-derived polyethylene) is attracting attention because it has the same quality as the raw material monomer ethylene, except that it is obtained from biomass as compared to petroleum-derived polyethylene. Patent Document 2 proposes a laminated film using biomass polyethylene.
However, a resin laminate having a high biomass usage ratio and usable as a bottom material for PTP packaging or blister packaging has not been known so far.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the laminated body which can be used as a bottom material of PTP packaging and a blister packaging with the high usage rate of biomass.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a surface layer on both sides and a biomass polyethylene layer as an intermediate layer, and at least one of the surface layers is made of a polypropylene-based resin, and the biomass polyethylene layer is a biomass LLDPE100. % to 30%, it consists of the composition of HDPE0% to 70% biomass, between the surface layer comprising the polypropylene-based resin and the biomass polyethylene layer is coextruded a surface layer made of the biomass polyethylene layer and the polypropylene resin Provided is a laminate characterized by being laminated by adhesion through an adhesive layer made of a blend resin of polypropylene and polyethylene, which is a possible thermoplastic resin .
Both of the surface layers are made of polypropylene resin , or the surface layer opposite to the surface layer made of polypropylene resin is selected from polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride resin, fluorine resin Or a layer containing one kind.
When the surface layer opposite to the surface layer made of the polypropylene resin is made of a polyethylene resin, the surface layer made of the polyethylene resin and the biomass polyethylene layer are directly bonded, and from the polypropylene resin When the surface layer opposite to the surface layer is a layer containing any one selected from polyvinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride resin, and fluorine resin, it is bonded to the biomass polyethylene layer via an adhesive. It is preferable that
When both of the surface layers are made of a polypropylene resin, the laminate preferably has a Young's modulus of 340 to 1007 MPa.
It is preferable that the thickness of the biomass polyethylene layer is 25% or more of the total thickness of the laminate .
The laminate of the present invention has a high biomass usage ratio and can be used as a bottom material for PTP packaging and blister packaging.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments.
In FIG. 1, an example of the structure of the laminated body of this invention is shown. The
The
Biomass polyethylene may be a homopolymer of ethylene, such as high density polyethylene (HDPE), or a copolymer of ethylene and other monomers, such as linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Also good. Examples of other monomers (comonomer) to be copolymerized with polyethylene include α-olefins such as propylene, 1-butene, 1-hexene, and 1-octene. The comonomer may be produced by a method derived from biomass such as plants, or may be derived from petroleum. When the biomass polyethylene layer has a composition of biomass LLDPE 100% to 30% and biomass HDPE 0% to 70%, moldability is improved.
Petroleum-derived polyethylene does not contain 14 radioactive carbon ( 14 C), whereas biomass polyethylene contains 14 C, so it is possible to distinguish between them. The proportion of carbon derived from biomass (biomass degree) can be measured based on the content of 14 C. The biomass degree of the
The
The thickness of the
The
The polypropylene (PP) resin constituting the
The one
