Description
The present invention relates to an electric tool for detachably mounting a battery pack.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a cordless type electric tool that operates with electric power of a battery pack that is detachably attached is known. In a cordless type electric tool, when a user turns on an operation switch (for example, a trigger switch), electric power is supplied from the battery pack to the motor. There is also known an electric tool having an on-lock function that maintains the on-state of the operation switch even when the user releases the operation switch. The following
In the power tool of
Moreover, the control of the electric tool is complicated, and a microcomputer is often used for controlling the motor and the like. For example, in the case of a power tool that has a plurality of coils on the stator side and the drive source is a brushless motor or induction motor that rotates the rotor by switching the excitation of this coil, the control unit uses a microcomputer for fine duty control It is common to do. For this reason, when the above-described technology is used, if the power consumption of the microcomputer is generated, the power consumption of the battery pack may be reduced due to the power consumption of the control unit when it is left for a long time, contrary to the reduction of power consumption. There was a risk of overdischarge.
When this motor is used as a drive source, the trigger switch is provided to generate a control signal for an inverter circuit that drives the motor, and is arranged at a location different from the discharge path between the battery pack and the motor. Those without mechanical contacts were common. Therefore, regardless of the state of the trigger switch, the battery pack and the motor (inverter circuit for driving the battery pack) are always connected, and the power of the battery pack is consumed by the motor, the inverter circuit, and the like.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide an electric tool that suppresses power consumption of a battery pack. Another object is to provide a low power consumption electric tool having a function of preventing rotation of a motor when a battery pack is mounted with an operation switch turned on.

The

The capacitor C2 is provided between the output side of the operation switch 3 and the holding
The

FIG. 2 is a time chart of the voltage (current only at point D) of each part (points A to I) when the operation switch 3 is turned on after the
When the
When the operation switch 3 is turned on at time t2 after the power supply voltage of the holding
When the voltage at point D rises at time t2, since the power supply voltage of the holding
On the other hand, when the switching element Q8 is turned on at time t2, a current flows through a path passing through the input side (point A) of the operation switch 3, the resistors R7 and R8, and the switching element Q8, so that the base and the emitter of the switching element Q10 are forward biased. Thus, the switching element Q10 is turned on. Then, the voltage on the input side of the regulator 40 (voltage at the point E) rises, the
When the operation switch 3 is turned off at time t3, the voltage on the output side of the operation switch 3 (the voltage at point B) immediately decreases to the ground potential, and the output side of the operation switch 3, resistors R12 and R13, and the switching element Q11. The current through the path stops, and the switching element Q12 is turned off. Then, the voltage at the point G drops to the ground potential, and the
The
FIG. 3 is a time chart of the voltage (current only at point D) of each part (points A to I) when the
When the
According to the present embodiment, the following effects can be achieved.
(1) The operation switch 3 is provided in the discharge path of the
(2) The
(3) After detecting that the operation switch 3 is turned off, the
(4) If the
