両替レートを取得し、前記両替レートに基づいて、前記両替希望金額に応じた購入金額を算出し、
前記購入金額が確認基準金額以上の場合には、前記第１クライアント端末に確認画面を出力し、
前記確認画面に入力された確認情報に基づいて、両替希望金額に応じた金種を含めた予約情報を取得し、前記両替所情報記憶部に記録された混雑指標において混雑が少ない受取場所を特定し、前記予約情報を予約コードに関連付けて記憶し、
前記受取場所に関する情報及び予約コードを前記第１クライアント端末に出力し、
前記出力部に、前記予約コードに関連付けられた予約情報に基づいて、前記予約コードを含めた事前作成パッケージの作成指示を出力し、
